Breakfast was great. There was hot breakfast and some gluten free options. I liked the room and bathroom. The bed was pretty good. I would say the support was medium where I prefer a soft bed. I could walk in the morning though so that’s exciting. The floors weren’t carpeted in the room. The ac unit seemed to work well.

It’s tough to enter the parking lot from the east. The parking was a little tight. The lamp by the bed didn’t have a way to plug in my phone. The exercise machines need fixed or replaced. It was a little more than I wanted to pay.

Very clean property. Currently undergoing a renovation so that is where my facilities rating came into play. Be aware that the property is no longer Blue Breeze but a Hilton Spark. Nice place to stay when on the road.

Nothing. I was there overnight passing through. Other than being in Rock Springs and under renovation, there was nothing I didn't like. The continental breakfast could include some protein if possible.

I was not expecting much from a 2 star hotel but this one was honestly better than some of the 4 star ones I stayed at. I booked it last minute after they closed all roads due to a snowstorm. This hotel has hardwood floors (so much better than a carpet)! The bathroom was very clean and it might have been remodeled or maybe it was just so clean it appeared new, especially the bathtub. The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good too no fruit or vegetables but I was not expecting that anyway and was happy with the pancakes I made. Overall I was very impressed and wanted to write a review because ithe hotel exceeded my expectations.

Room was cold when I arrived. I had to turn the heat on. Color has been changed on the outside of the building and there is a new sign out front. This made it very difficult to find. Lots of building going on & construction noise in the unit above me went late.

Very big room (we were pleasantly upgraded to a 3-bed, double-room with huge accessible shower, room was clean, breakfast included, friendly staff, nice pool itself, though the setting of a bare, fence-enclosed area was sparse.

My final bill was higher than what I was quoted as a grand total. I confirmed after booking that the pet fee was included, but was ultimately told when I arrived that I was misinformed. Disappointed in that it was higher than my budget. But, I was placed in a better room, so ended up not minding as much.

For some reason, all the hotels in Wyoming are overpriced, as compared to other non Metro areas. This is an excellent hotel, but a little pricey. The options didn't look good, so we chose this one, glad we did.

Overpriced, but all the hotels in the area with decent ratings are. It was worth paying a little extra in my opinion, beautiful hotel for the area.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and I had to wait quite awhile to check in because the front desk person was off helping someone else in the hotel. We were told that there would be a cold breakfast that we could pick up at the front desk the next morning but it wasn't make clear that some of the items (like the sausage sandwich) needed to be microwaved in order to eat them. We took our cold breakfast and hit the road not realizing that we needed to heat things up before leaving.

The staff is great at this location. We've stayed in the same hotel brand in other places but the folks here are the best and very accommodating. I like that there is no carpet and is very clean. I always get freaked out with dark carpets coz you can't see how dirty the carpet is.

The staff was very friendly, she even upgraded our room at no charge. The room was very clean. The bathroom had a spacious and elegant feeling. the room also had a good quality flat screen tv and large mini fridge. There were two places to take my dogs out, one right outside my room and the other behind the hotel, both very accessible. The area has many great places to eat that are very close and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again!

Needed a room for 5 people and with disability bathroom. Wow just wow! Love this room. No bugs.

We got our disability room, but it was on the second floor?? Building doesn't have an elevator. The layout doesn't make sense at all. Manager fixed it and gave us a room on the 1st floor. More of a design defect.
