The breakfast was great. Coffee available all day. Courteous staff. Good working/desk accommodations. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants though choice was meager. Pool was warm and exercise room was adequately furnished.

Towels and bedding were not changed daily. Trash receptacles in the breakfast room need to be emptied more often (however, the facility was full 4 of the 5 days and lots of folks were using the breakfast room}.

Stopped here for one night on our way home. Close to hwy. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. Staff friendly although the guy helping us to check in seemed like he was strung out.

The breakfast was free but food was just ok. Have learned free breakfast is really just to put food in your belly.

Location was good, breakfast was good, lots of variety, staff was very friendly. Elevator broke down but next day manager had her son and 2 of his friends available to take all our luggage down to the car, very respectful young men, pool was good, pool maintenance person very nice to my grandson who asked a lot of questions

The place was very clean and comfortable. The room was very well taken care of. It was quite convenient.

The loud talking from the person in the next room was so easily heard that we could clearly hear what they were saying and it even woke us up early in the morning. It seamed like they were in our room!

Breakfast was pleasant. Nice selection and the facility was clean. Staff was very accommodating of my earlier than planned arrival time. Gave me the details for the amenities available at the site.

Had a bit of difficulty finding the location as it is set back behind other building.

The room was clean and the staff was professional. Had to wake up at night due to a faulty fire alarm. When I went to the front desk she turned off the fire alert, informed her that she is not allowed to do that, only fire fighters can turn it off once they arrive, but they never did. According to the fire system, smoke was coming from the back office and there was nothing to trigger it. Front desk lady was not trained how to act in situations like this. Other than that everything was OK.

Room was spacious including the bathroom. Workout room was a good feature. Coffee always available. Pretty good breakfast but not top of the line.

Coffee pot in room did not work. Cost of room was higher than originally set at in Booking.com; not knowing the reason. Orange juice Despenser was not working.

The bed and linens were very comfortable... everything seemed nice & clean. Staff was pleasant and professional.

Breakfast had a nice selection, but the eggs with cheese were very strange (kind of like cheese whiz). Everything else was great, tho!

Excellent facility. Clean room. Well set up, comfortable bed, quiet heating air conditioner. Would give it a all excellent rating but out room faced the freeway with a lot of road noise

We arrived early staff said no problem and we got our room. Beds comfortable. Room clean . The breakfast was really good! Above and beyond. Good in room coffee as well

Found a few long dark hairs in bathtub .some of the wash cloths were a bit stained and worn .But that was minor. Otherwise very clean.
