This was a typical older Holiday Inn that had been remodeled and was nicely done. The room was very nicely remodeled and comfortable. The front desk clerk at check-in was very nice.

As compared to the included breakfasts that we had at the Holiday Inn Expresses that we stayed at throughout our trip, we had to purchase $5 coupons for a very basic and limited breakfast in the restaurant. I guess that it was worth $5. The waitstaff was very friendly.

When I booked online I was not allowed to make changes to the reservation. However, my movers changed my move date and I needed to come a day early. They changed my reservation despite the no change policy. When I arrived, I was exhausted after a long day. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was able to get food right on the premises, which was a welcome relief. The pool was perfect: the atrium was light filled but not stuffy or stinky as some indoor pools can be. I would stay here again!

The first and only Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at that had a partnership with a major restaurant chain—Old Chicago’s. We had supper, some drinks and breakfast w/a $5.00 coupon the next morning! This suddenly became a destination stay….

Everything was better than most

The room was clean and beds comfortable, the option to buy your breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is a fantastic idea, my family thinks! By far one of the best pools we have seen on our stay during our road trip and breakfast was great too!

Clean! Some amenities that I loved; mini store downstairs charged directly to the room, Old Chicago is literally attached to the hotel & the pool is 24hrs. Great stay. Wonderful staff. Would stay again Also had usb chargers in the room by the bed! Life saver since we all forgot wall adapters 🙌

A little mishap for noise in the room , but coffee and staff made it great.

The hotel was actually an older building. We liked that old school hotel looking inside. The bathroom was renovated recently. So the bathroom was nice and clean. The location was great.

Outside of the building was not clean. There was a lot of litter/trash outside of the building. Also, it would be great if the hotel can make a ‘pet zone’ so that way pet owners can use that spot only in order to keep everywhere else clean. I saw lots of dog poops on the grass side. It wasn’t pretty.

Comfortable, clean rroom. Pleasant, helpful staff. Great indoor swimming pool and hot tub and an Old Chicago restaurant connected to the hotel. Great food, wonderful outdoor area.

the handicapped accessible room was close to the front door, so my wife didn’t have to walk very far. also, they called me the day before, and had everything ready upon our arrival.

Nice clean Facility

No hot water for tea or coffee in the lobby. There was a Keurig in the room, but not my preference
