Hot Springs Hotel & Spa

The Front Desk Attendant Rhiannon was so kind and helpful in helping us with checking in and was able to get our room on the first level which was very appreciated! She does a wonderful job and we appreciated her! The breakfast was good and everything was stocked and ready for a busy morning. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a day of travel. The beds were comfortable.

The Hotel in general just needs an update. The bathrooms are very small and the bathroom door almost hits the toilet. Just a good remodel would make this place more comfortable for guests.

the location was great. bed was comfortable. amenities sounded great, although the spa was always being used by groups so we didn’t use it. the Dinner and the bartender were amAzing. we had the best dinner of our whole trip at a fantastic price! and a fine martini.

the breakfast was left unattended for long periods so everything ran out. we shared a hard boiled egg as there was only one left when we went down at 8:15. we felt bad for the throngs of people that showed up as we were leaving who didn’t get a half of a hard boiled egg.

A convenient location - near to the local hot spring pools, state park, and about a 15 minute walk to the old town area with restaurants and shops. the outdoor spa was great to soak in everyday. Our room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. Yes, like other commenters mention, the hotel is somewhat old but ownership is taking steps to renovate. I think the old charm is quite lovely. the taxidermied animals might be a bit much for some visitors, but I didn’t mind at all.

We have stayed at this property at least once maybe twice a year for the last 6-7 years. They have always honored my special requests, which doesn't happen everywhere. Great staff and awesome location with the Safari bar just down the hall. Good food and great drink prices. See you again next year!!!

Requested to rent a meeting space, but was informed they were booked. Never saw them in use? One of the local Banks allowed us use of their conference room free of charge. All is good.

Hot springs pool and restaurant is fantastic.. room very nice. Location in Hot Springs ♨️ State Park is great. Only took me several minutes to find the herd of 30 buffalo 🐃🐃🐃. Close to home. Was there last 🎄 Christmas and people and staff were all incredible. Don't raise the prices!!!

Not there fault but the outdoor pool was closed because water was too cold. Only May 1st so that couldn't be helped.

Room we reserved smelled bad so we requested a new one. Asked for first floor and when we got the new room, it was on the second floor because she had that on ready. The lights did not work and our phones and devices did not charge. The safari club was nice. Location was very nice.p

We have stayed here before and liked which is why we came back. This time was just s disappointment. It was the rooms.

Very quirky hotel. Had all the amenities you could need. Everything was very clean. Location was great and the beds were comfy. Continental breakfast was fresh, well stocked and had nice variety and plenty of seating.

Could use a major update. Only way upstairs is a service looking staircase, wallpaper is pealing from the walls and the furniture and carpets seemed to be original.

Comfortable place to stay. Clean and comfy rooms. Very simple set up. Check-in was quick and easy and front desk was helpful. The nostalgia of the place was awesome especially since I love the outdoors.

You could tell they were fixing the walls on the first floor so maybe the first impression was a little off. I wouldn't say I didn't like it since I knew what was happening and I work as a regional chief engineer for JJM hotel group.

The room was clean and easy access to the hot pool, the hot pool was relaxing. The shower had good water pressure.

The Safari Club hotel only had one server for each big room and was very behind. He did his best but the bartender took 5 minutes to open a bottle of beer to be delivered. The bartender was chatting with people instead of filling orders or helping the server get drinks out.

This place was right next to the State Park, which has the hot springs. They have a hot springs on site, which was great! The breakfast was good and the restaurant and bar served some great food.

This place is a museum of sorts. One that displays a LOT of hunted animals. Some now endangered. I would not recommend this to anyone who is sensitive to dozens and dozens of mounted animals on display.
