We had a couple of emergencies on our trip to the area. I had a non-cancellable reservation and could not make it to the motel as planned. I called, and they were very flexible. They were able to release our room and allow us to reschedule our reservation when we knew what our new travel dates were. Exceptional customer service!!

There were only two things that were annoyances. One they can attempt to rectify, the other they can't. #1. The room had a heavy chemical smell from the cleaning agents they used. It would be nice if they could try and address the smell (the room was very clean, but the cleaning smell was strong). #2. Also, the road noise is pretty loud throughout the night, but due to the motel's location, there is nothing they can do about this. We just ran the AC fan all night.

We went out for Breakfast since there was a good cafe in town. This was a cozy hotel, very western/country feeling. It was clean and people were friendly. Accomodations were fine. At this point in the trip we had already stayed at some of the overpriced places in the Yellowstone/Grand Tetons area and were hoping for a clean, pleasant hotel, affordable hotel in town, which we got . (It is not on a mountain top, by the way; it has a view of a butte called Round Top Mountain.) Our room did not have a chain lock or dead bolt and was on the first floor. Our friends had a chain lock. So not a high-security place if you are transporting valuables.

There was an older guy around the check-in area who offered to help take in our suitcases but he never actually made a move to do so. He was very friendly and talkative with plenty of stories. He seemed drunk but it may have been something else. We saw him a couple of other times in similar condition. Not threatening, just part of the local color, I think.

We never saw the staff, but our key was available for us and the cabin to our liking. It was a quiet place, with good beds. Since we stayed there on Labour Day we had some difficulties finding a restaurant, but in the end had dinner at the Hot Springs Hotel & Spa which was excellent and very closeby. We had breakfast at the Black Bear Café, also closeby and very good and cozy.

The staff was so welcoming and accommodated us even though booking.com had booked the wrong days for our stay. The night we arrived, Sue did not have us scheduled. She was able to temporarily place us in another room fir the night. She made us feel welcome and was so attentive to my granddaughters and their puppy. She helped make our vacation memorable, comfortable, and pleasant.

Booking.com. I paid a lot more than what the room would have cost if I had booked through the hotel it's self. The dates were booked incorrectly as well. I booked for Fri-Mon and they booked us for Sat- Tues.

It was a cute, cozy place. The staff was the nicest people ever. I love the way they loved and accepted our dogs. They thought of our dogs just like they were part of our family. It was great to have the kitchenette to cook our own meals. The beds and sheets were fantastic. So cozy. The weather was perfect for us to eat meals on the fun little deck. We also enjoyed card and board games on the deck, with our dogs having a nice safe place to stretch out. If you are traveling with pets, this is definitely the place to choose. It’s also very kid friendly, with sidewalk chalk, and a spring horse to ride. I love this place. It is the place I will chose to stay every time I go to Thermoplis.

The bathroom sink sprayed water all over the floor if you turned it on to the right, which was the hot water I think, so we didn’t have hot water to wash our hands in that sink. But we just used the kitchen sink. The shower floor was a little to rough for my sensitive feet.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Good location- 5 minute walk from Hot Springs State Park one way and 5 minutes to Broadway the other way. Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.

The bathroom was shabby and in need of renovation and the shower was small. In fact the whole complex was in need of renovation but, to be fair, it did have a charm about it in spite of its defects. A bird nesting on the fire extinguisher outside our room kind of summed the place up - run down but with charm. Although not perfect I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I love the property’s closeness to the numerous hot springs and the cabins are an excellent change of pace from your typical hotel rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful and seemed like they cared about our stay and making it nice.

I have no complaints about the property. It is a great value for the price and a comfortable stay.

Awesome place! You will feel like you are staying with family! The sheets and bed were so comfy it was as if it were a magic sleep place! The little touches like popcorn, water bottles, dedorizer spray, pouch of soap, shampoo, etc. Shower a bit tiny. Location great, so close to restaurant and Dairyland and Hot Springs Park! Manager is just so friendly and helpful! TV, Coffee Pot, fridge all worked well!

Wifi kept cutting out, but that was only bad!

Such a homey room! The sheets and bed felt like I was enveloped in a warm pudding cup. So.many lovely touches like popcorn, air fresher in bathroom, and super plushy towels! The location is walking distance from a restaurant, wonderful Dairyland, and downtown. Very close to Hot Springs Park. Super amazing manager! Cabins have kitchens, rooms no kitchens but good sized and fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Only Wifi not great. All else Awesome!

The hotel is nice and a good value. There is an ice cream shop nearby as well as a miniature golf (had the ice cream, but did not golf) Thermopolis is a neat town. They have many things to do including the Hot Springs Bath House, which is free. Also, the suspension bridge and drive nearby to see Bison.

Not a lot of restaurants to eat. The diner was good for breakfast and would have eaten there for dinner, but did not know it was there
