Friendly & helpful staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room & ensuite were spacious, squeaky clean and beautifully appointed. I had a room with a nice view looking out the mountains and district views. The hotel was located in Pasteur, a quiet or quieter end of town and up on the ridge. The room rate was very reasonable for what you got. I would come back to stay here again.

An electric kettle was provided but no tea or coffee amenities were available in the room. I think the hotel management should think about adding this convenience to make the hotel stay more complete. I stayed here on a holiday so I didn't need a desk but if you are staying for work there isn't one.

New Hotel with a very nice eating and relaxing area top floor. Breakfast had some really nice drink choices including Perilla juice and Kumquat tea which were firsts for me. Good Restaurant with reasonably priced lunch or dinner options.

I couldn't navigate the TV. No Safety box Breakfast could have been better with greater protein choices Location - but used a grab to get around. The Hotel does not come up when searched for in Grab - drivers have trouble locating the Hotel.

1. Staff very friendly and helpful even though there were some language barriers, they still tried their best to ensure that we had a smooth and pleasant stay. While it was raining, they waited near the hotel entrance to ensure we had umbrella to shelter us from the main road. 2. Very value for money (we stayed the family suite with 2 rooms and shared dining table and kitchen). 3. Very good views from hotel room 👍🏻 4. Hotel breakfast was simple and yummy!

No gym or pool or other activities 😢

I recently stayed at Birck House Dalat and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is brand new, and the spacious rooms were incredibly comfortable. This place is amazing. It is absolute luxury. The staff are so kind. The bedrooms are gorgeous and clean with amazing views. The restaurant has amazing views. Breakfast was good but dinner was average. Bathrooms are really nice.

We stayed in the room under the restaurant and we could hear the tables and chairs being moved around each morning, and one night until late when there was a party on.

We stay here for 2 nights and brick house did actually exceed more than my expectations. The location is good, just renting a bike from hotel and start exploring this beautiful small city. The view from my room is perfect and wide enough, beautiful sunrise and little house landscape view which make my Dalat trip unforgettable! Breakfast is switching on the both days and so far we’re satisfied enough. Recommended!

Everything is perfect!

The hotel is new, the rooms are big and have nice view. Beds are comfortable. The family room has kitchen and big dining table. It's located not in downtown that's why it's quiet at night. Roomrate is resonable.

The breakfast. Although there were quite alot of choices, the foods were not very tasty. There was no proper parking in front of the hotel, it's quite inconvenient to upload or unload the luggages.

Facilities in room were excellent. Superb view from room.

Builders working at 8am. Dogs barking, cockerels doing their dawn thing, easily hear neighbours etc. Basically didn't sleep well. Improved soundproofing would help.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are really nice with an incredible view and very clean. The whole staff was always friendly and in every situation helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for the great stay.

New & clean & beautiful building. Good & delicious breakfast. Latest technology. Nice city view. Comfortable bed. Useful space setting. Kind staff. Calm place.

No air-conditioner.(But we didn't need that.) Can't exchange money at the front. little bit far from the center of the city. Can't find the house on the Google map.(Because it's a new building, I guess.)
