We only stayed one night in crazy house because we had read reviews that there was no privacy and the rooms weren’t very nice but we definitely loved our stay and would love to have stayed longer. It is true that if you stay in one of the themed rooms hundreds of tourists will try to look in the windows and open the door during operating hours and so if you want to stay in one of those, you do need to plan on being away from your room during the day. But they also have large comfortable rooms in a separate area that is completely private but part of the property. It was a lot of fun actually going through a little tunnel and coming out to another area that is for authorized personnel only and having a large comfortable room with a great bathroom and hot water which is where we stayed. And being able to view the place on private porches while the tourists are climbing all around the property during the day was great. And then when they close the doors It is your own private Funhouse. When we were there, there were only three other people staying on the property so all evening we had the whole place to ourselves to explore and take pictures and videos, and sit and have a beer and again first thing in the morning, running around and enjoying the place was fantastic. We’re so glad we stayed and we would’ve been very happy to stay several nights. Also, the staff was great. Super friendly and helpful and even helped us arrange our bus tickets when we left Our room was clean and comfortable and I would extremely highly recommend staying here. It is a once in a lifetime experience. Such a cool and creative space.
Everything was great

This place is really cool to experience. The work that has gone into building this is amazing. Sitting in the garden after the tourists have left for the day was very relaxing. Picture camping in a concrete tree house, no tv, no fridge, with little tea cups. Great for 1 night.
The bed was so uncomfortable. The rooms are not very practical for use so I wouldn't stay for many days. From 8.30am, you have tourists exploring the grounds that try and get into your room all day.

Very cool experience. Booked for two nights to be able to experience the property without the crowds and that was super smart because it does get busy here. It’s really awesome and I highly recommend.
People do try to come into your room because they think the room is part of the attraction despite the fact the property has posted a sign on the door in several different languages saying do not disturb. It’s actually pretty humorous how many people continue to yank on the door when it won’t open with the sign starring them in the face. Property could rope off the stairs going to all the rooms so this wouldn’t be an issue. Didn’t really bother us too much because we are very active and didn’t come to the property for lazy days but I could see how it may bother some.

It was such a unique experience to stay at an accommodation like this! You could definitely see the thought and effort behind the designs. Very cool to be able to walk around the property before the tourists arrive in the morning. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room and were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. There is no AC but it was overall cooler in Da Lat so we didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had!
This is no fault on Crazy House but do keep in mind that there are a lot of tourists that visit the property and we had multiple people try to enter our room (luckily it was locked). I do wish there were curtains on more of the windows as people could still peer in. I'm not sure if it is always like this but they turned off the cool night lights once the tourists left and the gate was closed. I thought they left them on so guests could walk around after hours and explore without tourists. Overall, I just wish they had some extra perks for guests who are staying on the property. You are treated the same as all of the other tourists. I think it would really add to the experience (especially for the price) if guests felt a little more special!

One of the most original place to stay in our lifes... We stayed in a room in the newer building, which was confortable and had the advantage not be disturbed by the daily visitors of the Crazy House, as other reviewers mentionned. It is a perfect opportunity to have the entire place for ourselves, early morning or in the evening without any crowd. We also appreciated to be able to enter or exit at any time, thanks to the night guard. The daily cleaning of the room and bathroom was well done, the furnitures were good.
The too short blanket for 2. The general humidity of the room can really be a problem without a regular airing

The staff was excellent, kind, and very helpful. Breakfast is not included, but the rooms were great and clean, and having access to the Crazy House after-hours was really cool.
The only issue is that during the day, there is not a lot of privacy. My friends and I made plans so that we were gone during the Crazy House's regular business hours, which worked out great. We had maybe an hour overlap one morning and the guests had no boundaries for people staying in the rooms, so it's best to lock up and leave for the day in this case. Otherwise, you can still stay on the property, but in the less kitschy rooms in the back - still very nice facilities, but not as cool as the ones on the main property.

It's an exceptional, extraordinary, outstanding, unbelievable and life long contributing effort spending by the owner to build this Crazy House. Truly admire and salute to their effort.
It's a huge building structure and it's continuously expanding, thats why i truly admire the owner's love and effort. Please keep going!!. However, the painting of the old parts need to maintain and repaint to make it shine as new (which we can see the owner have started to do so, hopefully next time when I came back again, it would amaze me again crazily. A bit noisy if you're staying inside your room coz travelers are coming into the house may disturb your privacy but it's alright as long as you don't mind to be the lion king of the zoo~ some of the Pathway could be a bit dangerous for the elderly or kids and might require some warning signs.

Super cool place to stay and be able to look around before and after all the visitors show up- room was very nice clean. Service was fabulous and they booked our bus transfer for ho chi min and it was a eventless journey (in a good way)
They lost my driving licence that we left as collateral for the Motobike we hired- it was found about 5 mins before we left but did cause a bit of stress as we were leaving. The customer service was still fantastic and they tore the office apart to eventually find it. Bed was also quite hard but no different to the rest of Vietnam

Very special experience that i will treasure for the rest of my life. The room was crazier than expected. The staff went above and beyond and were very helpful when we lost my son's jacket on the grounds. When you stay at Crazy House you have free reigns before and after opening hours and it's very cool to explore the house without any tourists. We had dinner in the garden at night and felt like VIP in a Dali painting.
It was quite dirty with ants and visible mites in the bed. Saw a few rats in the garden. It was expected in the area and didn't particularly bother us but if you're squeamish then it's something to be aware of.

The staff was excellent and everything was very easy. It was clean and really fun to have the run of the place after hours. I liked have a cafe on site and it's near restaurants, so breakfast and dinner were very walkable.
I recommend staying away during the day when tourists are there, or at least not being in your room. They will try to come in, despite the many signs and locks on the door. People were friendly, but it was an endless line of knocking and trying doorknobs, so our time was much better spent out of the room during the day.
