The property is located near Tran Phu street ( the street is being revamped so it is very dusty with all transportation) which is close to many attractions and eatery places. It would take u about 19' walking to Dalat night market. The staffs are polite and attentive to your requests.

My booking features a room with patio featuring but when checking in, I got a room with two balcony instead. The owner should have updated the details up to date as it is not as I had expecteded. The room is not entirely sound-proofing so u can easily hear noise from restaurant opposite the hotel or anyone who talks loudly on the balcony/corridors. The sofa in my room had been torn on the surface and the light in the bathroom was flickering on my first day, however the staff promptly fix it the next day. There is a restaurant on 3rd floor where u have complimentary breakfast with a number of choice but I only had one during my 3-night stays as it is not good and I'm more interested in local delights.

The staffs were so friendly and very helpful, you could ask them everything such as the city, attractions,..We rented a motorbike and I thought that we had to pay whole of a day but they charged only a half day as they told me that we rented at noon 12pm. The location is so convenient, it's just 3 mins reach to Da Lat Night Market and they have so many restaurants, stores, coffee shops nearby.

The only thing was just a little but they might tell customers about the time serving of breakfast as too early finished at 9am. To compare with other hospitality places, it was really earlier as others would be served the breakfast until 9:30/10am. Also, we might expect to try the special food in Dalat but they had Bun Rieu which is Crab, Pork and Tomato Noodles Soup, is a kind of Western cuisine. I came from Western location, that's why we decided to skip the breakfast and ordered another food from Foody app.

Very friendly and supportive staffs. Comfortable and cozy room. Laundry service is a plus for rainy season or long stay. Easy access to Da Lat Night Market and other locations in city center.

Room is not completely soundproof. Parking area can sometimes be difficult for motor-bikers to drive in due to a steep slope next to it.

We stayed at Hera Boutique hotel from 15 to 21 Dec 22. We received good service from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping stuff, namely, Bunny, Huynh Di, Ka Be and Phuong. Bunny was conversant in English and provided us with many helpful tips and directions during our stay. The restaurant staff tried their best to accede to our request despite the language barrier. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Hera Boutique and would recommend it to anyone looking for a homely stay!

It was simply as advertised. I had arrived in Da lat and the original hotel I had booked into was nothing as described, and didn’t match the photos. So, I decided to change hotel. And very glad I did! Hera Boutique was clean and room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. A great location with loads of places to eat close by. It also has a lovely roof terrace - a great view while eating breakfast.

great location with all necessary facilities nearby. a comfortable walk to the lake. Ngan and the reception staff were very helpful especially when we had difficulty with foreign exchange. The breakfast on the rooftop was great with fabulous views of the surrounding area. a very comfortable and clean bedroom with no traffic noise.

this was one of the best hotel I stayed. It’s my pleasure to have stay in this hotel. the owner & staff was friendly & helpful. the hotel room was perfectly clean. rooftop with the great view. The breakfast was well done, suit our taste perfectly.

The view from the restaurant where they serve breakfast was awesome. Walking distance to the crazy House, lots of eateries near hotel and it's only about 13 mins walk to the night market.

The rooms are not well insulated. We could hear our neighbors talking.

Staff were very helpful for everything and well organised. Rooms were clean, and generally good value for money. WiFi was flawless for the entire time, rarely dropping off which was amazing as we were working.

Room was a little smaller than expected but not a big issue.
