Lovely spacious room, clean and comfortable. Best shower I've had in Vietnam. The owners were super friendly and helpful. They arranged food delivery for me as I was too tired to go out, gave me a care package when I left. Had a lovely conversation while the owners son played the grand piano. Good location near restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes walk from the Crazy House

Despite the details on booking.com saying I could pay by Visa or MasterCard I had to pay cash. I luckily just had enough but this meant I had no more cash - the owner did offer to drive me to a bank. Bit of a nuisance but not a major problem but this needs to be amended on the site

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Vietnam. The owner Tony and his family are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great location, well maintained, newly built and provides all required facilities. He arranged a new scooter for me at a very good price and also helped with bus ticket bookings. Dalat is also a beautiful hill town of Vietnam and one should at least stay for 2-3 nights. I'll definitely recommend this place and visit again in future with my family.

I stayed only for a day, I should have stayed more.

The location of the hotel is ideal with restaurants, cafes and the famous night market close by. Our room was clean and spacious, and the price was an amazing deal. But what made our stay truly special was the owner Tony, not only helping us with everything from renting a motorbike over great suggestions for food and cafes to where to bring our laundry, but truly treated us as friends. We sang and laughed together by the campfire on the rooftop, had great conversations over tea and drinks and genuinely felt at home. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Lovely stay, Tony is fantastic and helped with organising a taxi from the airport for me. The rooms are huge with everything you need, hot water and great shower pressure its amazing. We were so busy in the day that we just retreated to bed at night (super comfy) without socialising but we could hear the piano downstairs occasionally and it was beautiful to listen to.

Good location - a little traffic noise but off the Main Street. Large bedroom and very clean. The owner, Tony, and his family are so welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to help us with sorting out a SIM card - taking me to the phone shop on his scooter and booking tours for us.Best value for money on our trip to Vietnam.

The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. All of them speak very good English. They booked the bus + pick up for us, gave us some Tipps and explanations about Da Lat and the surroundings and even gave us a lovely care package for the bus ride containing drinks :) they even helped us with a bus from Quy Nhon to Hoi An since it was Tet Fest and I was afraid to get no ticket anymore if I didn't book it in advance. The rooms were very big and clean and looked exactly like on the photos. We were offered to get the room cleaned (daily) but we didn't need it for the few days. If you enjoy music you will love the fact that Tony, the owner, has a piano in the ground floor. You can use or just listen to him when he plays now and than. I also saw a guitar and a video him playing. I guess u could even ask if u can play. Last but not least the hotel has a could location since its in a small calmer street. Still you have a fruit market, several coffees and street food around the corner. Furthermore 'cause its close to the canal you can enter city center in around 15-20min walk at the canal with is nice and relatively quiet. I completly can recommend Dalat Stream Hotel, loved the stay and would come here again.

I guess if you like it more busy you should book inside the city center. Or you can just walk 15min ;-)

From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The warm welcome I received was truly memorable, and the affordable price compared to other hotels in the area was a definite plus. The owners even helped us extend my stay for 3 more nights without any additional charges for service fee, and we was even upgraded to a larger room without paying extra! My first and second rooms looked exactly like the photos, with stunning decor and thoughtfully-considered amenities, including a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I highly recommend Da Lat Stream Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Da Lat. Trust me, this hotel will not disappoint! I will definitely be coming back here whenever I have a chance to visit Da Lat!! :)

My trip was pretty short :((

The property is located a short walk from the busy city centre so it's relatively quiet at night. The hotel is owned by Tony and his family and my interactions with them were my favourite part of the stay. Tony is very knowledgeable and is only too happy to suggest places to visit and restaurants to eat at. There was a grand piano downstairs and it was always a delight to hear music.

Off the main road so the location was very quiet. About 20min walk to the night marker area. Lots of local places to eat, they can also provide recommendations. Good size room, comfy bed and area to store bags. Shower pressure was great. Nice shared area. Family was so friendly .

Nothing we didn't like!

The location was near most tourist attractions, incld. Cho DaLat (Dalat Night Market). The room is clean and tidy, although there is no aircon in the room (you don't need one since the weather is cool). The owner was very helpful and nice. Definitely will be back to this hotel when I come again to DaLat.
