The staff that hosted us, Tham and Nghi were exceptional. Tham helped my mum to find a wonderful spa and salon and took effort to make reservations for her . Nghi knew we are going for a hike to Lang Biang Mountain and prepared waters and ensure our bottles and full to last the hike. The location is good, just a short walk to the night market and the Lake. There is also a nice bakery just beside the apartment

More of a suggestion that it will be good to provide hanging area or string or poles to hang clothes. we did our laundry using the washing machine but need to put on chairs at the balcony to dry

Location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated that our towels were changed and the room refreshed daily. The sauna in the bathroom was a highlight for my sister and I, we also enjoyed the large outdoor deck in the morning. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great in the shower. Many thanks to Anh and Harry for the warm hospitality, great coffee and fresh juices.

The gym area could be better set up, it's very cramped. This is just being picky, but the living area in the apartment was small compared to the photos. It was still comfortable for our group of 5 and we enjoyed the space.

We stayed 4 nights in this apartment. During the first night, they put us in the apartment that facing the main road. It was a bit noisy and when it rain the water splashed on to the roof. Our daughter couldn't sleep and we requested for a change. The staff immediately transferred us to another apartment that is much quieter and with better view. We appreciated to their kind assistance to make our stay there very pleasant and comfortable.

There are several aspects of this property that I really liked. Firstly, the location along the main road is incredibly convenient, with a variety of good restaurants within walking distance. It made dining options easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of my stay. Additionally, the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

Hotel staff is very helpful. His name is Tien in night shift. He helped us to book a car to have sightseeing, recommended us the attraction place and also local food restaurants. The room is perfect, many lightings and accessories in room. The location is not far from Dalat Night market, can walk only 10 mins. You can have Buffet restaurant for grilled food just opposite from the hotel and also nabe restaurant beside the room. We stayes with Deluxe Apartment for 4 people.

There is some people always amoking in front of our room which we don't like. Another one, as we stay for 4 people, hotel provides free water only 2 bottles which quite few and another thing, hotel does not provide floor mat in the bathroom which is quite wet when we finish shower.

(1) The customer service of the front desk was excellent. The staff was helpful. We went with a driver with a car for an one-and-a-half day tours that they recommended. We enjoyed the tours. (2) We had good cappuccinos at the property. (3) The rooms were clean for our 3-bedroom apartment. (4) Each bedroom apartment has its own attached bathroom.

(1) The wifi signal on the second floor of the apartment was very weak. They will need to improve on it. (2) The kettle wasn't working. The staff kindly replaced one for us. (3) There were no bathroom floor mats. I would think the floor mats would help as there is no kerb between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom where the WC and the wash basin are. As such the water from the shower would flow and splash to the other parts of the bathroom. (4) The staircase to the 2nd floor where the 2 rooms are is rather narrow. It is very difficult to lug the luggages up to the 2nd floor.

The hotel is just close to DaLat Cathedral with very good location. All the staffs in the hotel are very friendly and speaks good English. Once we arrived late in the hotel, the staff helped us with our luggages immediately at the hotel door. And the girl in reception during our stay here is very warm and makes us feel at home :)

Maybe the sound proofing in the room can be improved. I can hear people walking in the corridor in early morning.

Very clean and fully equipped. The staff namely Tram was so helpful and friendly. Eateries are within walking distance and there’s a bakery next door.

Our duplex unit was at the back of the building and access was walking down a sloped road which was difficult with heavy luggage. The staff did help us with moving some of the luggage.

Good location, good price, clean accommodation, the accommodation was much larger than the photos, and I liked the structure of the accommodation. And all the staff are friendly, and they responded quickly and kindly to help us enjoy a comfortable trip!

Don't have. However, the window in the room was blocked by a wall, so it was a bit stuffy. Also, the sound of pigeons crowing outside was too loud, and the soundproofing from other accommodations was not good.

Everything was amazing. We traveled with 6 people and arrived early at 6 am in the morning. The staffs were very kind and let us use the bathrooms to freshen up. Later we were also checked in early. Throughout our stay, all the employees were super nice and supportive. The room was fully equipped (kitchenware, amenities, etc…), new refurbished and clean ☺️☺️
