The front desk manager Khang along with the bellman Huy went out of their way to assist us in retrieving a bank card that was accidentally left in one of the bank machines after a completed transaction. The end result was we were able to get the card safely back in our hands without any unexpected circumstances happening with it. A BIG Thank You goes out to both of them for their patience and the attentive customer service given to us in this unsettling situation. Also, Vi at the front desk was also very kind and helpful to us with booking tours. The entire staff was really wonderful. The door man and the kitchen staff were always friendly and very welcoming. We highly recommend the Avora Hotel!

We liked everything about this hotel!

The room is adequate for us, clean and cozy. definitely value for money, and near to the river han. Big praise to the lovely and beautiful girl in the service of breakfast time, Ms Phuong Thao, who not only answer our question about the coffee brand that they use, but made a spesial effort to asked her friend, Ms Thanh Nga, who show us the package, and also told us where to buy it. Really appreciate her enthusiasm. 2 thumbs up!!!

Just a suggestion, that their bathroom glass door is highly risk to break, because it is really close to washing bowl counter

Excellent location, Great views of the dragon bridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to surprise my husband on his birthday with a cake. So special. We booked a suite with river view and it had the wow factor. Spacious, modern, clean, overlooking the river and the dragon bridge but the best of all was the bed. So comfortable the best bed we had our whole holiday. The breakfast was simple but good. I highly recommend Avora Hotel and would definitely stay again when in Da Nang

Excellent Hotel

Return to the country I was born to visit once a year, take the time to travel and discover new things and changes. This is always the best hotel that I choose for my visits to Danang, the quality is really good every time I come back. Staffs were very friendly and kind, they remembered me and asked about my trip, talked to me like a friend. Last time I came back, the room with river view was sold out, so I chose the double room. However still very satisfied, the room was very warm and clean, perfect for short or long trips, really comfortable stay. If you don't want to go out for breakfast, the hotel restaurant is a good choice. Recommend!

Avora Hotel If you are in Da Nang and want some affordable hotel that is nearby the Dragon Bridge and Night Market, you should stay in Avora Hotel. The price of one room is very affordable and the room itself is clean and nice. The receptionist and staff in this hotel is very helpful, they even advised us the good stuff to do, restaurants to eat, and places to go that are cheaper. They also have buffet breakfast that you can really enjoy.

The best hotel out there in Danang. It’s located nearby all of the tourist thing you need to do. The view of our room is just amazing, right next to the river where you can see the Dragon bridge. I will definitely coming back to stay again. Kudos to all of the staff in the hotel especially to the receptionist lady on the first day when we’re checking in. I am sorry that I forget your name, but thank you for all the effort and help.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful room with fantastic views. The room was in great condition, comfy bed and okay aircon. The shower needs a curtain or window to block the whole room getting wet.

Wonderful staff who looked after us very well. The view from our bedroom was amazing, spent hours just looking out over the river and surrounding areas. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was large and airy.

The view from our room is breathtaking, especially at night with the colourful cruises and Dragon bridge, the rooftop bar (not operational yet)is the best place to view the bridge show. Breakfast is adequate but can be crowded.

The bathroom should have shower curtains, the slippery bathtub can be a potential hazzard especially for the elderly. No lights at the closet area.
