The staff, starting with those at the front desk, but including the housekeepers, bellhops, and restaurant servers were always friendly and sought to know how they could make our stay better. Our rooms were cleaned daily and in top condition. The restaurant served a variety of foods, all fresh and appealing. The gym, while small was adequate and offered an amazing view of the Han River, the peninsula, and beyond to the ocean. The Furgun coffee shop was also pleasant with a variety of both hot and cold beverages with a relaxing atmosphere. Finally, our rooms had a spectacular view of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge.

The hotel is situated near some night entertainment which did not bother me, but one of my colleagues needed a room change in order to sleep better. I must say, however, the hotel staff was quick to find a different accommodation for my colleague and everything was good for the remainder of the trip.

Amazing Riverview and Dragon Bridge corner room . We have travelled a lot and in relation to value for money this is the best room we have ever stayed in by far . Wi-Fi strong . Very big clean rooms with comfortable round beds . Huge Bath ! Helpful Guest relations people specifically, Huong Giang , who was always there to assist and more . Location handy to everything . Refreshing rooftop undercover pool . Great Breakfast .

Only one small thing .. 2 out of the 3 days we stayed .. at breakfast .. I had to ask for the bacon and sausages to be replenished as not a huge Westerner menu .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haian Riverfront Hotel Da Nang. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of places to eat and bars dotted around, only a short walk to Han Market. The Sky Bar has happy hour and is really good value for cocktails, the view from the top floor is amazing. From the hotel you can see the Dragon Bridge unfortunately we missed the fire breathing performance as this only happens on the weekends. However, the bridge does light up every evening at 7pm. The staff at the Haian were welcoming and friendly each and every member of staff was very approachable and wanting to assist, nothing felt like too much trouble. Breakfast each morning has a huge and varied selection to choose from, one of the best we had experienced in Vietnam. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable, not super hard like most of the beds we have experienced in Vietnam. We had a room with balcony, the room was quite large with a nice bath and shower. Good water pressure and nicely set out. Rooms are cleaned daily however you can hang a do not disturb sign and just request fresh towels if you choose to. All in all this hotel is recommended for a lovely relaxing stay in DaNang.

My only little issue would be we booked a room with a balcony however the balcony was so tiny there was room for 1 person to stand and a pot plant. This wasn't clearly shown in the photos or communicated to us when booking - most people would expect a balcony to be somewhere to sit outside not necessarily big, but larger than standing space. We estimated this one to be around 300mm (Deep) x 400 (Wide) mm or 11" x 15"

The staff here are wonderful, attentive to the guest's needs. The included breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, albeit predominantly of Asian types. I enjoyed the Firgun coffee shop for meeting with colleagues or just hanging out, and there are a number of food options outside the hotel in walking distance. The hotel and the rooms are well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. This was my second visit to this Da Nang hotel, and I will stay here again should I be in this city.

I cannot think of anything to complain about.

Out of all the places we stayed in Vietnam, we enjoyed this hotel the most ! Everything was very new and thought through. The room was really comfortable and well equipped. I was particularly pleased with having an iron in the room since all my clothes were wrinkled from all the moving around Vietnam. I also liked that they had a big mirror not just the small ones at the makeup desk. We had a spectacular view to the dragon bridge from our room, but if the room is on the other side, the rooftop bar also has great views is not too crowded. We were very surprised to see the fire and water show during the weekend at the bridge, We hadn't read about that. The hotel arranged transport for us to all the best sightseeing spots, including Ba Na Hills and helped us with acquiring tickets. Breakfast was very diverse . We stayed in the 8th floor a think and still could hear some of the traffic down bellow but it was way better than some other places we stayed in.

Not much, really. We really liked the cocktails on the rooftop, but the food wasn't necessarily the greatest. When I was picking the hotel, i was really impressed by the pictures of the pool, but ultimately didn't get to swim there. You go past it though when going to the rooftop and it didn't look as impressive as the photos.

Tops marks to all the staff for friendliness and helpfulness. Room was spotless and kept very clean. Bed was very comfortable Amazing view from room of river and Dragon bridge Breakfast options were great

Pool is part of the gym area, inside and no sun lounges Some noise at night as next door to a nightclub, but nothing the hotel can do about that and it is located in a busy city

The hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. The room are clean and the hotel breakfast are delicious.

The staffs can be quite rigrid with visiting policies. My friend visited me at around 1.30am and the hotel staff did not allow my friend to go up despite the fact that i'm with my friend. Shouldn't it be common for friends visiting during hotel stay. With guest confirmation, the hotel staff should just allowed the visitor for visiting.

Superb location. Just across the riverbank. Within walking distance to the Pink Cathedral and Han Market. Lots of restaurants and cafe around. Mr Anthony (the manager) and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Mr Anthony gave us a good recommendation of a seafood restaurant patronized by locals. Room was spacious and had a good view of Dragon Bridge. Comfortable bed and big bathroom. Got a big bathtub. Toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, razor were provided. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Spa (body massage) was good too.

Just one - could have provided plastic laundry bags for guests to put dirty laundry to bring home to wash. The linen laundry bag provided in the room was meant for hotel use only, cannot bring home.

I really liked the room and also the location of this hotel naer downtown Danang. I also celebrated my spouse's wedding anniversary in Danang Vietnam this year. The staff were very nice to prepare folded towels to resemble two swans, placed on our bed, along with scattered rose petals and also prepared a small cake for our anniversary. I also liked that there was a swimming pool on the 20th floor and there is 30minute complementary foot massage provided to guests if you book for at least two consecutive night at the hotel. there is also a small gym/exercise area next to the swimming pool area. The view from our room, of the Han River, was marvelous and excellent! You could also see the fire dragon show from the dragon bridge on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.

I did not like that the check in counter is located on the "second floor" of the building. If you have lots of luggages, then prepare to have the bell boy or staff carry your bags up those flight of stairs. Otherwise, this hotel is an excellent hotel with lots of ammenities and my wife and I would come back to this hotel if we stay in Danang.

Great location in central Da nang, by the river. Plenty of great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Reasonably priced. Clean rooms. Nice view on the river and dragon bridge (would be spectacular on a Fri/Sat bridge show. Buffet breakfast wasn’t very good, food not tasty, not many options, and the breakfast restaurant was too small for the hotel size. Staff were friendly. Overall clean hotel room in central location. Wouldn’t want to stay more than one or two nights.

Wasn’t able to check in 2 hours earlier. No reason given by staff, just said ‘no’.
