Location, room, staff

Though I had booked a room with a balcony, but during check-in was allocated a room without a balcony, until I noticed and indulged in some uncomfortable discussions.

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The staff were very kind. The location was great, and the infinity pool was amazing! I visited at the end of March, and it was nice that the pool was practically empty. It was clean. We also used the massage service, and as guests, we received a 20% discount, which helped us relax. We opted for an oceanfront room with a bathtub, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We booked looking forward to the kids' play area as we have a 4-year-old, but unfortunately, it was closed due to COVID-19, which we missed on the website. It was disappointing to hear about the closure upon arrival. We hope it reopens soon. If the kids' space is open again, we'd like to stay here again.Also, when we outsourced laundry service instead of using the hotel's service, a woman who seemed to be a manager asked why we didn't use the hotel's laundry service, which made us slightly uncomfortable. While I understand her perspective, I felt it wasn't necessary to be upset about it.

Love the room with the beautiful view. It was easy to get around and there are plenty of restaurants around the area and at the beach opposite the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. There are a few convenience stores near by. Breakfast was great with a wide spread of food. Nice pool and a little bar upstairs. There was a lovely welcome dessert when we entered our room, a nice little surprise for my mum as it was her birthday trip.

Was disappointed as there was a miscommunication with my tour arranged by the hotel. I informed the staff that I wanted to book a tour but only had a driver to bring us to the tourist attraction. We got lost and missed out on a few things on the itinerary as a result of that including our meals.. The staff were truly apologetic though..

Canvas Hotel is in the heart of Da Nang Central Seafront and My Khe Beach is just steps away from the Hotel Front. The Hotel interior is pretty modern, rooms are clean and all rooms are non smoking. However, some rooms offers a balcony which smokers can enjoy the sunset view in the space of your own balcony. Moreover, a street behind this hotel offers a lot of genuine Spa Parlours (legit ones) and Laundry services which are 20K a KG, super convenient. The staffs are polite and all English speakers which makes your stay super comfortable and memorable.

There is nothing to fault about this Hotel at all.

It is a great hotel.. I like the location and staff The room was with balcony views to sea.. location: was very nice Staff: was very good and helpful and support always.. spicily (Linh Fang) in reception she was always care and content us by WhatsApp and ensuring everything is perfectly going also the Luggage carrying assistant (tall guy) forgot his name he was very nice and support all staff were always smiling and supporting Thanks to all and i will recommending this hotel to friends

Great location very close to My Khe Beach. We booked Triple Suite and the picture looks exactly the same. Very spacious room with a nice balcony. Great Breakfast selection. Staff are exceptional especially the GRO Tina (Truc) was super friendly to us and gave us some recommendations around the place upon arrival. The infinity pool on rooftop was also very nice. Will definitely come back and recommend 100%.

If the corridor can be air conditioned would be great, sometimes feeling stuffy getting out of the room waiting for the elevator.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Our room was fabulous with the best view. Bed was extremely comfortable; especially in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam. All staff are a credit to the hotel although we mostly dealt with Kate who was super helpful. Breakfast consisted of a massive spread to cater for all nationalities. We really enjoyed it. If we ever return to Da Nang, this hotel will be our first choice.

Great view to the Ocean, Nice and Clean Hotel Rooms, huge breakfast with just everything you need!! The Staff is outstanding!! They Are very helpful and amazingly friendly. If you ever need assistance in anything you should ask for Gro Thuc. She is just amazing and super Nice, she helps you out with everything you need and want ! Any Tour/Taxi/Trips just seek Gro Thuc !

The Pool Area is a little small and uncomfy but there Are huge beaches so dont worry, good for a quick dip in the Morning !!

Excellent location. Amazing views from room.Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with balcony door which was immediately sorted. Lovely clean rooms and such comfortable bed and pillows. Nice rooftop pool and bar

Breakfast was chaotic, not enough tables with children running around everywhere. Twice we had to leave and have no breakfast . Not a great selection of food. Housekeeping times need to be changed, we do not expect to be out of our room by 9am while we are on holiday. We did manage to get the room cleaned later after asking at reception on the days they came early and put a note under the door

The place was decent clean and the staff was quite good helpful and just cross the road the beach is there

The pool closes really early at 10pm also the restaurant says it closes at 10pm but it was always closed around 9pm during our stay its hard when you have a minor child along with you and there is someone on the bycicle always announcing something on a speaker every night all the time during the resting hours its not only that hotel its that whole street
