Where shall I start?? From the first day we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect spot across from the beach. Our rooms were well appointed with a balcony that looked over the ocean for spectacular morning sun rises to colourful lights and sounds of the night. We loved it. The rooms were serviced every day, service staff were lovely and were prompt if we needed anything done in our rooms. Breakfast was included in our tariff, wow, what an array of different foods. Staff were attentive, we would like to mention wonderful staff members who helped us out, especially as we had a family emergency while we were there. Thao, David, Tina and Gin, you were all wonderful in the restaurant, Wynn at the pool bar, very professional and made good cocktails and presented us with some nice afternoon tea! Sussan, Hannah, Jenny, Ellie - who I noted was the employee of the month, their professionalism was second to none, they were very helpful with anything we needed. We would like to thank you all for looking after us when we had a family emergency, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you and congratulations BlueSun for having a wonderful hotel and loving staff.

Such a wonderful hotel with amazing staffs. The receptionist Jenny was very helpful in advising and helping us book our excursion and ensuring we had great comfort. Restaurant and pool staff (especially Emily), really went a long way to look after my family. Great Location. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach is across the road and is absolutely stunning and clean. There was plenty of water sport activities as well. The pool on the 17th floor was amazing for the kids and not forgetting the stunning view from the rooftop. Would definitely recommend this hotel and visiting Danang!

We recently stayed at the BlueSun Danang Beach Hotel and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Jenny and Ellie at the reception made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only lovely but also exceptionally helpful, assisting us with accommodations and meticulously organizing tours that suited our interests.The hotel itself boasts a fantastic location with stunning views and modern amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. However, what truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Jenny and Ellie. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable.I cannot recommend BlueSun Danang Beach Hotel enough. If you're visiting Da Nang, do yourself a favor and stay here. You'll be in great hands with Jenny and Ellie, and I assure you they will make your visit memorable!

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The location is great, right across the boulevard from the beach which is wonderful for walking and biking along the boardwalk. The hotel is well situated to explore the city on foot with great restaurants nearby. However, there are many restaurants along the boardwalk that play loud music at night - it didn't bother me as it was turned off every night by 11 or 11:30, however may bother some with sea view rooms. We had sea view rooms and the view from our balconies was lively, but lovely.

Only thing and very small, is the breakfast buffet is lovely, however they could replenish as it is pretty sparse by 8:30 a.m. with still an hour to go...

Our stay here was lovely! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with great service. The breakfast was especially delicious with a diverse array of Asian and Western food options available. Our room was clean and nicely made-up, with a gorgeous ocean view. We were a family of 5 in two connecting rooms, and we had more than enough space for everyone. Facilities such as bar, pool and spa were also easily accessible and of good quality. Location of the hotel is excellent – close to bustling streets and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic!

Very convenient location. Lovely, helpful front of house staff led by Stephanie and Tony. Nice clean room, comfortable bed. with a super view across to the beach and the bay. Super breakfast although very crowded when the tour groups are there at the same time as you. Superb pool and chill area on the top floor. Excellent value for money.

Although we were on the 15th floor the street noise from certain mobile vendors went all night which was annoying as well as live music which we think came from the pre- Da Nang Marathon Festival a short distance down the road.

breakfast was very good . The beach just accross the road. The room 902 is spacious and the bed is very comfortable.Next door is a very busy seafood Restaurant with fresh fruits stall for sale in the front with many good reviews from Korean tourists. Staff at the Hotel were very attentive and nice.

We have issue with the Wifi in the first two days . After that Wifi was working well. I also feed back about the garbage bin in the front the Hotel without the lid and the smell was not pleasant as you walk by . They were happy to have received my feedback and removed the bin .

Location and friendliness of the staff. Very helpful all the time and with parking our scooter

Our king size bed was composed of two single beds, leaving a gap between. Our room was facing a wall. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff regularly placed used cutlery back on the table when resetting tables. Crockery not washed and polished properly. Housekeeping was sometimes unprofessional, ringing the door bell and knocking when it was obvious that the guest were still inside.

We stayed in a Suite Triple Ocean room with Balcony, room 602 ( level 6 room 02), then 1002 (level 10 room 02) because we decided to come a day earlier, staff were very accommodating with our request. I actually preferred the view from Level 6, where the beach was at eye level, and you could see the locals clearly playing happy sack and doing thai Chi on a morning. Beautiful sight. I honestly can't fault Bluesun at all . It was clean, spacious, and had good hot water pressure. The beds were comfortable, and we had the breakfast included. With such a great selection and diverse menu, we even got bacon and eggs,croissants, coffee, and juice with an abundance of fresh fruit. The pool is to die for, and so are the pinacoladas . Staff were so friendly, welcoming you with a warm smile every time you walked through the door , and so were other guests, It was such a great vibe. The location was amazing , seafood restaurants and beach parties across the road, but funily enough, the rooms are soundproof and sound was not an issue, with scooter hire on the street behind, Danang, And it's people make it the most adorable place on this earth. Thank you, Bluesun, for introducing me to Danang in a way I will never forget, 10/10 😊

Absolutely nothing. Can't fault it ....At all.

We stayed here 3 separate times starting in January through March 2024. The staff was so warm, genuine, friendly, and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! Tiffany, was especially wonderful with helping us with all of our needs. We had a comfortable, 2 room suite with a balcony and Oceanview. It was perfect! I’ve lost count of all the massages I had when I stayed at this hotel. They were all fantastic! The buffet breakfast was also delicious every morning. When we come back to Da Nang, we will definitely stay here! Thank you to all of the staff that made our trip so memorable!
