The location is just right, many options around the area. Just cross the road and you are on the beach area. The staffs were all doing a perfect job.

If you are going for the Spa, I do recommend it as the massage is comfortable. However, I think it is my luck that my masseur was not paying attention, she was distract by phone. I can tell she is using her phone while massaging. Also, it was almost like a good 10 to 15 mins in total that she was actually communicating using her headphone connected to the phone. As such, it resulted in an unpleasant experience for me. If massage is what you are looking for instead of spa, then I recommend the massage shop that is just 2 hotel away from diamond sea, they offer a much better massage. (Walk few steps and you will reach the shop)

Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the other bellboys were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly valued as a guest, and we were grateful for their assistance throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a highlight for us Being just steps away from the beach meant that we could enjoy stunning views and easily access the sand and water whenever we wanted. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel offered a wide range of activities, and the staff were always there to provide recommendations and help us plan our day. The facilities and amenities at Diamond Sea Hotel were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt completely at ease during our entire stay. We also made use of the swimming pool and fitness center, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We cannot speak highly enough of Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the rest of the bellboys who made our stay at Diamond Sea Hotel so memorable. my 2nd trip to danang within 3 months and still prefer to stay along My khe beach. Aawsome view of beautiful my khe beach from hotel balcony. Very conveneint location. Friendly staff and simply love the place.

bath room is huge and modern with a large tub. however, its a bit of inconvenient for elderly having need to climb into bath tub for shower. As the bath room is quite spacious and trust able to add in a shower corner or provide a wooden stool.

This property was nice clean and modern. All staff were superb and very helpful.

This hotel needs more elevators. Only 2 elevators being used by staff and guests, which resulted in long waits for the elevator as every time one came it was mostly full of staff going about their house keeping duties. One morning it took us 20mins to get into an elevator because they were always full of cleaning staff.

Except for the lack of natural light, our room was very comfortable. Good amount of space for a twin share room. Our room was cleaned every day (always good to have the bins emptied and to get more bottled water). Being 6ft tall, it would have been nice if the pool was a deeper (only 1.2M at the deep end). That certainly didn't stop us spending a lot of time poolside. With the hot weather, was great to be able to order cool drinks whenever we wanted. Great location, across the road from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars close by. All the staff were amazing - ready with a smile, a greeting and ever so helpful.

As above, our room didn't have much natural light and I found the pool a little shallow for my height. I do however understand I am a lot taller than the average Asian person. I didn't enjoy the coffee served at breakfast in the restaurant. Coffee ordered in the bar or from foyer was great though.

Very close to the beach, breakfast was exceptional, lovely staff, helpful, honest and made our stay wishing we had more time. Definitely going back there. It’s not the cheapest option available but it feels value for what you pay for. We didn’t use the pool as the beach was across the street

Nothing, however if you are sensitive to road background noise you can hear that. Comes with staying in a hotel across from the beach

We were on the 18th floor with ocean views. Absolutely beautiful! Lovely room, super comfy bed and bathroom, beautiful pool. The restaurant/breakfast was amazing! And the staff, Lisa in particular helped us book a private car and tickets (at a great price) to Ba Na Hills so that we had flexibility with time (other option was bus tour with set times). She also gave us some restaurant tips. Across the road there are several restaurants with ocean views. About 50 metres away - a handy mini mart for snacks, milk etc

The hotel is in an excellent location directly across from the beach, we had absolutely beautiful views from our room (1804). Breakfast was plentiful & fresh, staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooftop pool & bar/restaurant was also really lovely. Our room was also a great size, very clean, plus the tv had heaps of channels - really everything was great! The room was EXACTLY as advertised, in fact it was even better than we expected. Thank you to all the staff especially to Lisa at the front desk for all her help & advice 🫶

Great room with comfortable bed, day bed and balcony overlooking the beach. Huge selection at breakfast and a good value rooftop bar with great views. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area, both expensive and local. I would definitely stay there again.

The WIFI was not secure which was extremely disappointing for a property of this standard and meant having to go to a local coffee shop to do any banking transactions etc. The shower was into a kind of spa bath tub which was a bit weird but other than that it was great.

Great location, walking across the road to the beach, the hotel has everything including hiring scooter. The balcony room was so worth it, soaking in the sun and sea breeze, enjoying the great view of the beach. Thank you all staffs for your great friendly and very helpful services, thank you for looking after my family and making the holiday so enjoyable. We had a great experience staying at your hotel. Will stay again next time we visit Danang. Highly recommend hotel
