The location was ideal for a good family vacation. The hotel is situated 20 mins from the airport and the my the beach was just around the corner. The buffet breakfast was good and plenty and had variety. We tried the food in their restaurant, it was way better than many other food joints around the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and were excellent in their service. We had a good holiday thanks to the amazing staff - Yen, Binh, Huong, Na, Ha, Manh and Quoo. They arranged for a nice surprise cake to celebrate our child's birthday - a lovely gesture.

The rooms were smaller than anticipated. The restaurant is not open in the evenings for dining considering we had kids and going around searching for a dining was sometimes difficult.

Good size room and very functional. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool was cool and refreshing. The staff was very kind and caring. Mr. Quan the doorman was always very helpful and helped us with parking. Great location with many coffee shops, restaurants and mini marts close by. Short walk to beach.

Breakfast had many asian selections but not enough western foods. No fried rice or steamed rice. Had bread but need some pastries, sweet cakes, pancake and waffles. Bed was too hard for me.

Chi House is very nice, the swimming pool is great! The rooms are very comfortable, nice and modern. The shower is great for everyone including those with mobility issues. The personnel is incredibly nice and kind, very professional, they make you feel at home. Restaurant food and service is great. Among others I got the names of some of the great staff: Kevin, Hà, In restaurant: Hera FBM, NiNa FB,Duong FB, Duyen FB, Duyen FB, Duc Chef Sorry I miss other names, but all of them are really great!! Location of the hotel is also great! One block from a very nice beach, and in the same street you have a minimart, some restaurants, a very nice massage salon, and very friendly neighbors I stayed one week and didn’t want to leave. I will definitely comeback to DaNang and this great hotel! One last comment: The excellent service means they have a very good management.

Nothing wrong. Everything is great

It was perfect for the end of our trip. We got a two bedroom two bath. Clean. Modern. Good working ACs. Great buffet breakfast. Great location. Only 10 to 15 min ride to airport. Nice pool.

Not enough seating at buffet breakfast, but it was really busy. Guests were using the safety flotation devices inappropriately and staff didn’t seem to be aware or care. It wasn’t a problem for me or my kids, but god forbid in an emergency there may not have been one available since guests were floating around with them for fun. Otherwise, no complaints really about the facility really.

Very nice hotel. The apartment was clean and good size. Very good breakfast included. I really liked the pool view from the restaurant! Nice pool, however the weather was a bit cold during our stay, we didn't use the pool. Within short walking distance from the beach! Lots of restaurants around, so we actually didn't need to use the kitchen!

There were no shelves in the shower to put shampoo, body wash ect.! So we have to put them on the shower floor! Our apartment was facing the main street, a bit noisy at night. The other room has no window, that's the main drawback! Also, the kitchen only had microwave and stove, no cookware nor cutlery at all!

Chi House was amazing. All the facilities were super new and clean. The staff were super helpful, especially Ha who helped us with all our luggages and always greeted us with a smile. The pool was beautiful, and the sauna was such a nice treat too. The rooms also had Netflix and YouTube which is a small but very nice touch. Location wise, Chi House was perfect - It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and everything else was pretty accessible by either walking or by bike/car. Overall, we loved our stay at Chi House so much, we wish we could have stayed longer.

There was ongoing construction during our stay which was a little annoying, but to no fault of Chi House at all. They were very apologetic and forthcoming about it.

Beautiful new hotel. The staff in the restaurant, cafe and reception are so kind and helpful! Breakfast is very good and there is much choice both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice pool view. There are also many plants in the hotel which gives it a nice atmosphere. They also make the best coconut coffee! We definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was great! Honestly, nothing to complain about. The room was spacious, with well maintained facilities and hot water, transportation options offered by the hotel were incredibly reasonable (even compared to Grab). Would recommend this compared to all the other highly rated places in Da Nang.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights (5 people) . The hotel is absolutely amazing. The room we had was spacious. There were everything we needed. It was cleaned by the staff every day. Breakfast was very tasty. The people were very nice, always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend it and we are glad that we could be here. Thank you
