Everything was perfect! Our Junior Deluxe Suite was spotlessly clean, well appointed, services daily and views of the sea. I got sick a couple of days in (tummy upset - eating away from the hotel, was just bad luck) the staff of the Sala Danang fussed over me, sending special tea with ginger to our room, making me toasted cheese sandwiches which was all I could stomach for a day. The oldest son flew in from Shanghai to meet up for his birthday and the staff heard and set up a special dinner table on the rooftop for a celebration dinner. We were greeted at their magnificent buffet breakfast each morning by name - this is a big hotel for hundreds of guests and they make everyone feel so welcome. The selection covered every possible taste and cultural desires, with eggs and pho cooked to order as well. We booked an extra night before having to head south basically because we just didn't want to leave. There were hugs when we left with vows to return. My first visit to Vietnam for the occasion of my Son’s marriage to his beautiful Fiancé and everyone in my party was made to feel welcome by the wonderful staff. It far out-weighed my expectations, what a beautiful place, from the Doorman that greeted us every staff member made us feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast Room was a real eye opener, every taste was exceptionally catered for, the food was delicious so even we could sample the Vietnamese choices as well as our full English! The guest rooms were spotless, there was wine, fruit and cake in my room on my arrival along with a personal message welcoming me to the hotel and at the end of my ten night stay my bed had been decorated with rose petals spelling out a thank you message for staying with them. I certainly found all the staff exceptionally warm and friendly a credit to the hotel which I will most definitely return to without doubt.

There was nothing not to like, beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, warm welcoming staff, exceptional food at all mealtimes in different locations throughout the hotel. Beautiful pool looking out over the warm South China Sea from the 25th floor, Sky Bar & Restaurant above, again with excellent food not to mention the views, it was a wonderful place I was soooo impressed.

Breakfast Spread was fantastic and the location was near to the beach. Massage nearby was good but few and you have to walk further down for more options. The Hotel concierge service helped us book out day tour to Hoi An and marble mountains at a reasonable pricing but they could have arranged for a driver that can communicate with a little bit of English as ours didn't understand any. Overrall, i would recommend my friends to come here for the stay for it's location to the beach and the wonderful facilities and view.

Location perfect. Breakfast perfect. Staff perfect. Rooms perfect. The hotel is right next to My Khe Beach (beachfront). The beach is nice and wide. Breakfast was more than we expected with a variety of meals and drinks. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. They even arranged an airport shuttle for us out of their regular hours. Rooms were big and clean with a spacious bathroom and a walk in shower.

Some neighbors were quite noisy but that's not the hotel problem. It's people's attitude and common sense.

Our stay at Sala Hotel was fantastic. The view from our room was breathtaking. The Staff were super nice and welcoming every time we came and went. They made us feel so comfortable and taken care ,especially My,She gave us excellent tips and always served us with charisma and a smile on her face. The breakfast spread was vast and had a lot of options to choose from.TOP…

how can you say something negative about a hotel like this ,,,Impossible …

We absolutely love it! It's very clean, we took the 45sq room and the space is more than what we expected. The balcony with ocean view is really wow! The bed is so comfortable. Variety of food in the breakfast buffet. Only no halal but few halal shop nearby like 5min ride. The hotel lobby smells so nice, and it's pretty big too, there's a proper working space in the corner. The staff are very polite and approachable. We requested about our room and they attended to it without any hassle. They don't promised, but they gave what we wanted. We've enjoyed their infinity pool too.

The rooftop bar and the pool was nice, we love the spa and the facilities for steam and sauna for couple usage ( you need to book in advance) and subject to availability. The spa reception (male) he is friendly and helping us for the arrangement. The bar supervisor also making sure we enjoying our drink to meet our expectations. Location also very convenient close to beach and have supermarket downtown and few massage places around.

The TV channel if can change to no subtitles or English subtitles would be better. We want to enjoy movie but the subtitles was fix in local language which cannot switch or remove

The hotel staff here is very incredible and very attentive. I have stayed at hotels all around the world and I can we calmness in my mind say that this is the best time I have ever had at a hotel. The pool has an amazing view and the sunbeds are so good! It’s possible to get shade because of all the trees 🌴 there have been planted. The Sala suite had an amazing ocean view and the cleanliness was top tier.

There can, at times, be a lot of children playing in the pool.

We only stayed one night, sadly, as we were flying from Viet Nam to Singapore the next day. Location was great, short walk to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming us for our short visit. Nice touch of a welcome fruit drink when checking in, then a fruit drink upon check out. Comfortable room had a great view of the beach (until the new building is finished across the road). The views from the restaurant were amazing. Really good breakfast as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Location was good generally, a lot of eateries around, beach is proximate, staff is very friendly and trying to do their best. Breakfast was of perfect variety, additionally we had a choice between crowded restaurant and more private club breakfast room. Bar and rooftop wine lounge were definitely of acceptable price even compared to craft brewery nearby. The room was pretty clean. We liked the stay.

A plumbing was a bit disappointing. Everything had a leak. The bathtub was not properly fixed at the floor.
