Great location, a short walk to the beach and many other locations such as restaurants. The breakfast was good. Staff is exceptional. Loved the place so much booked another month.

Everything was PERFECT! The location is very close the the beach, the room is clean, cosy and modern, the breakfast is really good. But the staff is really what makes the difference. In months of traveling, this is by far the best staff I've seen, thank you so much to the whole team :)

A lovely 2 night stay in the Dolphin Hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff, happy to help and answer any questions. Our room was as described, clean, spacious and comfortable. Looks like the kitchen was well equipped but we didn't need to use it. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of either western or Asian food. It's very close to the beach, but a bit further away from the main town. However, a cheap 10-minute Grab taxi gets you to most places. We would book again.

I had a studio apartment with the view of the beach. It was a lovely hotel with swimming pool in the roof. The staffs in front desk helped me with planning my tours and activities. They also warned me about flood areas in nearby cities during my stay. The breakfast was good. I would specially mention the front desk staff Yenh who was very helpful. They allowed early check-in also.

It feels like home staying at this apartment. The room is spotless, and the staff is super friendly. When we arrived, we found a broken cabinet in the kitchen. We informed the reception and she attended to it immediately. The next day the cabinet was fixed! The breakfast was excellent too. Every morning they served different types of Vietnamese dishes and they always asked us what we wanted to have. I'm a vegetarian and they served yummy vegetarian fried rice and omelet! A bonus for our stay is we get our 1 night refunded when we had to leave 1 day earlier. We didn't expect that, so we were impressed by their hospitality and service.

It would be better if they did regular spraying for insects on the stairs and near the pool. I have a phobia of cockroaches and when going down from the pool I encountered 3 big cockroaches on the stairs. It was scary to me.

All the staff at Dolphin hotel were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the facilities such as the gym and pool were great for the price we paid. We really enjoyed our stay at Dolphin hotel!

At first we stayed only for three nights, then decided to stay a little longer because the staff is super friendly, kind and helpful and the location is serene! The rooftop pool offered a great view over Da Nang and was a highlight every evening. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable! They offer great Vietnamese dishes for breakfast, alternating everyday, as well as typical "western" toast, eggs and jam. Since we stayed there a little longer we also used their laundry service which was fast and convenient. We would definitely recommend staying there, we truly had a wonderful time!

We couldn't get the A/C in the gym to work, but there were fans, and since we only went there one time, we didn't ask for help.

Modern, spacious apartment. Great to have proper facilities to sit, chill, make the odd simple meal. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and made especially for you. Staff were great, pressed lift button every time you came in, had laundry washed and delivered back within a day for 40,000 a kg. Patio on the roof with pool was nice to relax during the day

The part of the beach you are near is definitely the dead bit, need to go a lot further up to get beach bars, chairs, restaurants etc. It was SO hot in August, you needed to grab everywhere, including better parts of the beach. So, in some ways, we wish it was closer to the other end, or restaurants as we had to drive most places

We loved the hotel and the staff. The room was spacious, very clean and cosy. The staff was extremely kind, caring and helpful, they asked us every morning whether we have everything or we need something. The wifi was stable. We also tried the pool on the rooftop, it was very nice. The whole atmosprehe of the hotel was friendly. We also had breakfast and we found it delicious and plenty. We were satisfied with the location, there are groceries, restaurants and cafes nearby. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach. All in all, we had a really pleasant stay in the hotel. :)

The property is beautifully appointed . The rooms are spacious very clean , immaculate ( well done to the staff who were attending our rooms ) While it is in a quieter end of the beach , it then affords you the option of having a quiet nights sleep a nice stroll with a Vietnamese village atmosphere, then a very cheap taxi ride wherever you wish to go . It’s also only a short stroll to the beach . Above all else the staff are the among the best we have found anywhere .and we have stayed in 6 senses , palazzo Versace blah blah . So we are very experienced travellers and are on a 1 year trip , so while we initially booked in for 4 days we extended it by another 3 . The deciding factor …. Well it was the staff Rose in particular , they do as much as they possibly can, rather than what they just have to as is often the case in larger establishments . Just 6 star service from beautiful people. Loved it and will be back . However if you want to be in the Centre of it all , all the time , then maybe a bit quiet, your choice . As I’m wring this I am on the 7 floor looking along the beach and to the other side towards the mountains. Although you need the right room for that .

The immediate block around it is vacant and a little off putting initially , however the Vietnamese family’s would sit outside in the evening and the kids would play badminton in the streets . 1 thing that you may miss and find essential - rather surprisingly no room safe. That could be an improvement .
