The spa was amazing, the therapists were highly trained. Seeing the reviews and having bad experiences in the past, we were a bit skeptical to go in for a massage at the hotel and fortunately we decided to give it a go and were really impressed with the service. The hotel also have incredible ocean views and we could see the lady Buddha statue from our room.

The lift sounds were too high and we could hear ‘ding dings’ the whole night with people going in and out of the hotel at all times. This really disturbed our sleep. At peak time 6 - 10am the lifts would be so busy and crowded that it takes you around 15 mins to get to the breakfast buffet. There were no chairs in the balcony for us to sit down and enjoy the views. The bathroom needed a good clean to get rid of stains, mould and dirt in the grouts. It was really disgusting to look at the shower tiles and bathroom sink. There was a foul smell in the lobby and hallways at all time which was really unpleasant.

Everything was extremely beautiful. Very helpful staff. Hoang helped us with organizing our 2-day tour to beautiful places for a very good price. I would come back for sure.

Everything you would expect from staying with Sheraton. All the staffs were very friendly and professional. Beautiful pool at the top floor. Nice gym for working out. Breakfast were nice. We ordered Twin rooms and the beds were more than adequate size and comfort. We also like the hotel for providing recyclable glass water bottles instead of plastic bottles.

We were assigned one of those connecting rooms. The door, however, does not filter out noise well. We were waken by next door guests' loud TV and other noises at 6am and 7am in 2 of 5 days we stayed. Not very pleasant when you're trying to sleep in on holiday.

The suite was lovely and had a great view. The staff arranged cake and some decoration in our room as it was our anniversary. Service generally were great. We also went to the spa twice. Massages were really good. Thank you!

Hotel website mentioned of halal food availability but when we arrived and confirmed with the staff, there was no such option. In room dining did not have any vegetarian friendly options. Breakfast buffet was very limited for vegetarian and was cold both days we went. The lifts were really, really slow!

Absolutely incredible stay - I experienced severe food poisoning while in Da Nang and the hotel staff were incredible - they took me to hospital and stayed with me, took me back to hotel, looked after my daughter and treated me with incredible care. I would give them 20/10 if I could. And the hotel is beautiful too, with beautiful sea views and five star facilities including a gorgeous roof top pool.

Everything was above and beyond :)

The true 5-star hotel! Not only the room but the facilities are all well 5-star. They hv 270 degree view of the city n beach at the gym, they hv great restaurant (Horizon) at the roof top with big enough for laps swimming pool, together hv the poolside afternoon tea for great beach view. The massage package is value of money. They hv professional massager not juz the environment. The room is a little bit small yet u will forgive it when u hv the best view of the beach. Guess what, because of such great value, I hv booked again to go back nxt month

Beach view, beds - OMG so comfy. The team working at the hotel were amazing at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always subtly looking out for you to make sure everything was looked after. I had a rude guest trying to repeatedly push past me in quite a full-on way in the breakfast queue, the lady checking people in for breakfast noticed this and personally made a point to serve me first and escort me to my own table. All without making a fuss. Also, Tai deserves a shout-out - he was so helpful both on my arrival and also with some internet questions I had (the internet was fine and fast btw). For the gluten-free, GF bread was available at breakfast, often sweet varieties (with berries etc).

All I can fault are the lifts. They are slow for a hotel of this standard, It's a big hotel with a lot of guests but the lifts seem to run really inefficiently. And on a couple of occasions, all of the floors pressed cleared and we ended up going the other way for a while. First-world problems but not in line with the rest of the hotel experience.

The location , the staff , the room. it was a n amazing stay. A huge shoutout to one the staff member name Loc. he helped us a lot with the places to visit nearby and provided every detail a foreigner needs to keep his trip safe and smooth. Gonna visit one more time before danang becomes crowdy 👍👍

Breakfast staff were nice and friendly. Bed was very good. Pool on roof is cool and you get some good views up there.

The elevators were very slow, 4 total but still waited long time each time, not horrible but easily noticeable.

From the moment I arrived at the reception and checked in, to the lovely surprises I found when I entered the room by remembering the little note I mentioned that this trip was for my mother's birthday, and those staffs at the kitchen who always welcome us with huge smile and recommend us to have the most nutritious breakfast, and until the final moment of check-out -- all the staff members were very kind and attentive. The room was spacious enough and got an amazing view exactly same as the photo. Also 36th floor swimming pool was huge plus. Definitely would come back for next time.
