The hotel is pretty good and new. the food is great and the location is amazing in front of the beach. the pool is amazing and the gym is quite complete.

the hotel is pretty much a business hotel. no facilities for families and not much to see around when the beach is closed due to the weather.

THE STAFF WERE GREAT. VERY HELPFUL AND HAD A GREAT MANNER TO WELCOME US. IN PARTICULAR, WE WOLD LIKE TO SPECIFICALLY SINGLE OUT TRANG, KIET, AND THE CATERING MANAGER. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS AND THE REST OF YOUR STAFF. I AM A FREQUENT TRAVELLER FOR BUSINESS AND USE THE IHG HOTELS AND I HAVE NEVER USED YOUR HOTEL CHAIN BEFORE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL BE CERTAINLY CHANGING MY PREFENCE.

Hilton Garden Inn was located at the coastline of Danang with spectacular views both for the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Walking by the pristine beach in the early morning and in the evenings was really memorable. Breakfast was always a wonderful spread of fresh salads, fruits and local noodles dishes and western dishes and something to look forward to each morning. Service is par excellence with thoughtful staff who will recommend nice restaurants and markets and understand your particular request. Rooms are clean with fresh towels and the beds are firm and comfortable. Excellent all round services and facilities.

I am speechless my cousin and I stay in Garden Inn Hilton for 6nights and it was worth every second. We also celebrated her 40th birthday in the hotel with the staff and they made everything extra special for us Both we didn’t even want to go out and stay in the hotel and celebrated her birthday it was so special thank you once again to all the staff at Garden Inn Hilton. And also special thanks to the manager Duong Trong who made our stay extra special for changing our room to the Seaview without hesitation accommodating us according to our needs and also to the reception staff Thong they were so helpful with all our need and can’t go wrong with the buffet breakfast the rooftop pool you wouldn’t even want to leave your hotel this place was a definitely good choice for us we loved everything about and I can’t fault anything in this hotel a definitely 10 for us. Attitude very respectful very kind and helpful aswel looking forward to bringing my children back to this hotel very family friendly and is also good for kids aswel. Once again thank you for making our stay extra special.

Room is nice and clean, breakfast is quite good. And you can easily take Grab to everywhere (Dragon bridge, markets, Lady Buddha, Hoi An, etc). Nice restaurants nearby

There is a beach nearby but you can't swim there (not allowed and it's also quite dirty). To get to the main beach area you have to walk about 10-15 minutes. Hotel location is outside the central area which can be good if you are looking for less noisy environment. But not much to do around the hotel. Hotel pool looks fancy in the photos but it is small and it was always very windy up there (27 floor). Food and drinks quite expensive

Found the staff in the foyer area a tad rude. I was watched more than once struggling to get through the big heavy glass doors with hands full of bags. One staff member I saw through the corner of my eye deliberately stepped further right of the door as I got closer. They missed out in the end because no tips. The hotel we stayed in in Hanoi was the absolute opposite of this and they were rewarded accordingly. Aussies aren't flashy when we have money ;) There's a tip for you lot next time.

I personally dislike whole “eco” policy when you don’t have necessary hygiene items in the room and have to ask for them. Just put them in the room - if I don’t need them, I won’t use them. Who would like to wait for room service to bring you a toothbrush like you haven’t paid for it already? In addition - they ask for deposits. Strange thing from an international hotel chain. Haven’t seen it in other places in Vietnam. Rooftop bar isn’t actually rooftop - it’s one floor lower than gym. So they actually have a rooftop gym instead.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are very good. The rooms were very clean and to a high standard and the view of the beach from the rooms was beautiful. We had a great stay here.

We had booked a family room (so interconnecting rooms and even though I’d booked for 5, the youngest child being 12, in the kids room there were only 2 single beds. The pool was nice but it could get a bit windy as it is on the 27th floor. It was a bit too far away from the main action so we had to get Grabs to get us to dinner etc.

The hotel had a distinct sense of freshness and modernity. One of the highlights was the bathtub, perfectly positioned to overlook the beach. It was an absolute delight to indulge in a relaxing bubble bath while savoring a refreshing drink. Every aspect of our stay was flawless. As we ventured to other hotels in the subsequent days, it became evident that Hilton stood above the rest. The balcony offered a pleasant space to unwind, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending an hour swimming in the rooftop pool. Hilton truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

As you might anticipate, the hotel tends to attract a significant number of large travel groups. Consequently, there can be occasional delays during check-in or check-out if you happen to coincide with a group going through the process. However, apart from this minor inconvenience, the Hilton Garden Inn is an impeccable choice.
