I loved this place - will come back here! I booked 20 nights in the TMS hotel and I loved everyone of them. It starts with a very warm welcome where you're greeted with a friendly smile, a refreshing cocktail and a Hawaiian like flower necklace. When they asked me if they could take my photo I was a bit hesitant, but when they gave me the printed photo in a lovely welcome frame I was sold. My room was as hoped. Large, huge bed, huge bathroom with super nice walk-in shower with a big rain shower-head. I had booked a room with city view and that's what I got. I stayed at the 23rd floor and the views were fantastic, I had a nice balcony with seating options and it was simply perfect. What I also loved is the AC which was very sensitive, but in a good way. You could really fine tune the room temp by changing it only 1'C degree up or down. My room was also very quiet and when the sliding door the balcony is closed you shut out 99% of the outside noises. I didn't spend much time on the rooftop even though it is a lovely terrace with a good restaurant (I ate here once). The rooftop infinity pool is very relaxed, but it only offers a few beach beds so if you want to spend some time there you have to be early. I couldn't care less as right in front of the hotel there's a long-stretched white sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea in a perfect way. For only EUR 1,35 you can rent a bed for the day and get some refreshments too. The beach wasn't crowded when I stayed there and there's a lot of space if you want to have some more space. But again, this beach is plenty big and you will never feel crowded. What else? Well to my opinion the most important was the genuine feel of the hospitality in TMS hotel. Each and every team member was fantastic and incredibly service oriented and friendly. A big shout out and THANK YOU to Thanh Thào working in the small coffee corner in the lobby.

Our oceanview room on the 23rd floor was modern, spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the Da Nang beach coastline. Nice rooftop bar and pool. Location was excellent, just across the street from the very nice Bac My An beach. This was one of the nicest, cleanest public access beaches that I have visited compared Phuket, Hua Hin, Bali and Sentosa. There were also bars and restaurants within walking distance and attractions such as Dragon Bridge and Marble Mountains were just about 15mins by a short taxi/Grab ride. Also, liked that this areas is slightly quieter than the beach area further up north where the restaurants and hotels are more densely packed.

Location near beach bars meant that we could hear the music from our room, but these were promptly turned off at 11pm each night and didn't disturb our sleep. Breakfast selection was average; during breakfast peak hours, it could get a bit crowded due to tour groups but it remained a pleasant dining experience.

The guest relationship officers were excellent. Our room was facing the beach. There's an open-air nightclub/disco about 150 meters down the road. They were blasting their music late into the night which disturbed our sleep. The next morning, the GRO asked us whether we had a good sleep. My wife casually mentioned it's noisy and couldn't sleep. The GRO immediately took action and offered to change our room to a higher floor which we happily accepted. We had a good sleep after that. Next morning another GRO came looking for us while we were having breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise. She asked how was our sleep after we changed room. We told her we had a good sleep. The same thing happened when we checked out. Another GRO asked us the same question and hoped we had a good stay. We happily said yes. We're super happy with the excellent services of your GROs. They made us feel at home. Keep up the good services.

From the check-in, till last minute we stayed there, which was 23 days I think 🤔, we liked everything, the reception made us feel everyday very welcome ,including the guys at entrance ,who gave us the beach towels,the staff at the restaurant , from the Chef and all the waiters, were polite ,very caring, clean,and amazing food ( I worked 30 years in this business ) we ate there many times and the food was every time exceptional, already miss the (Pho noodles ,and bahn xeo,the sea food soup too ,the vegetables spring rolls,..really the whole menu.. The Spa staff, very professional, we had massages and Sauna to the hotel and some other places too, we like the most at the hotel and one another place, to the hotel the whole package from the Sauna ,the massage rooms, the staff ,the massage beds, very clean and always smelling perfect, thousand percent recommend that place 😀 Over all the best 5 star I've stayed so far, in the top of all ,just can't stay without mention her, the most charming and professional executive assistant manager, -miss Phuong ,-thank you for making us feel ( me and my cousin)very welcome everyday ,asking us every time if we needed anything, just to make sure we've got everything to make our holiday unforgettable in that place 😊 Till next time TMS ,see you soon...

Nothing we didn't like

What a perfect location, right opposite the beach and close to the best walking and eating streets in Da Nang. From the reception with a great coffee shop to the big rooms and friendly staff, this place is a winner. The breakfast was more suited for non europeans but still fine.

We were sooooo happy until we got into bed the first time. The mattress was well past its use date and I had to prop it with scatter cushions from underneath. The sun loungers had no padding and the metal supports made it very uncomfortable. It is sad that management does not address these two obvious issues as I am sure it must have been raised before. The hotel is truly fantastic and I would have easily given top marks but for these issues.

The TMS was a brilliant hotel. We had a room with a city /beach view. Fortunately for us we chose well as there was a typhoon & being facing the front may have been a little scary. However I think the rooms facing the beach front would be stunning. The sky bar & pool area was beautiful, the view is exactly what you see on the pictures however if it is in a busy period then we think you would struggle to get a bed as there are only a few but other than that. Truly an awesome hotel. The rooms are very spacious, exceptionally clean & the bed was very big & comfortable. All the staff were very happy & very eager to assist. The location was great, easy to walk into for dinner & all amenities. Overall you could not complain about this hotel, probably one of the best we have stayed in.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The location was great. Across the road from the beach and beach club and surrounded by the hustle of the Vietnamese people. Because of the prime location, it was loud and noisy. This didn't bother us as we live in HCMC so we are used to it but can't speak for everyone. The pool was beautiful but too small for the size of the hotel and there were only a handful of daybeds available. That said, a lot of guests mainly used the beach. The buffet breakfast was decent. It did get packed around 8ish but the wait wasn't too long. The kids club was a small room with little play equipment with toddlers. Rooms were spacious and clean. We even got an allowance of free laundry which was turned around in a day. Only complaint was lifts were slow but overall a pleasant stay for my family for an entire week.

Absolutely stunning hotel in an amazing location. The staff were very friendly and catered to our needs. The views from the pool and room were stunning! Reasonably priced and they even do some laundry for you free of charge.

There weren't very many sun beds by the pool but we typically didn't have to wait very long for them. The laundry service is free for 5 individual items of clothing but after that it's very expensive and you're better off going around the corner to one of the local laundry services. They did slightly shrink one linen shirt but everything else came back ok.

The standard of everything in the hotel but the stand out was the staff. Location is great, opposite the beach. The breakfast was 5/5 with a huge variety of food, varying everyday. The hotel was spotless throughout from room to reception to toilets etc. Of all the hospitality we have experienced, this stands out by a mile. It is a 5+ hotel for an extremely good price. We had a junior ocean suite and had the best view of the ocean. Free laundry service everyday day, free sauna / steam bath at the spa and more. Would recommend over other bigger brand hotels like the Sheraton / Hilton etc. They also offer tours that are cheaper / same price as other external tour operators and tell you when a tour may not be needed but recommend a taxi / driver / entrance fees instead.

Nothing… only thing is the hairdryer isn’t that strong.

We loved the extra large / oversized bed - it was not only wider but also longer than a regular king size bed. Also, the balcony with view on the beach/sea and city was great. The bathroom with the glass wall was nice too - big plus was that there is a blind in case you wanted privacy while being on the toilet. The hotel also had a lovely Spa, pool and rooftop terrace. The location was for us one of the best parts as it was very close to many restaurants and bars. Besides the hotel offered several trips to nearby attractions or drop off only in case you wanted explore it yourself. We once used the shuttle to Hoi An which was definitely worth it and very luxurious. The staff was outstanding! They always tried their best to make us comfortable and welcome. When arriving we received a floral wreath and a welcome drink. Big plus: the breakfast buffet! One of the best ones I ever had!
