I loved this place - will come back here! I booked 20 nights in the TMS hotel and I loved everyone of them. It starts with a very warm welcome where you're greeted with a friendly smile, a refreshing cocktail and a Hawaiian like flower necklace. When they asked me if they could take my photo I was a bit hesitant, but when they gave me the printed photo in a lovely welcome frame I was sold. My room was as hoped. Large, huge bed, huge bathroom with super nice walk-in shower with a big rain shower-head. I had booked a room with city view and that's what I got. I stayed at the 23rd floor and the views were fantastic, I had a nice balcony with seating options and it was simply perfect. What I also loved is the AC which was very sensitive, but in a good way. You could really fine tune the room temp by changing it only 1'C degree up or down. My room was also very quiet and when the sliding door the balcony is closed you shut out 99% of the outside noises. I didn't spend much time on the rooftop even though it is a lovely terrace with a good restaurant (I ate here once). The rooftop infinity pool is very relaxed, but it only offers a few beach beds so if you want to spend some time there you have to be early. I couldn't care less as right in front of the hotel there's a long-stretched white sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea in a perfect way. For only EUR 1,35 you can rent a bed for the day and get some refreshments too. The beach wasn't crowded when I stayed there and there's a lot of space if you want to have some more space. But again, this beach is plenty big and you will never feel crowded. What else? Well to my opinion the most important was the genuine feel of the hospitality in TMS hotel. Each and every team member was fantastic and incredibly service oriented and friendly. A big shout out and THANK YOU to Thanh Thào working in the small coffee corner in the lobby.

Proximity to beach and attractions around DaNang, eg Hoi An, marble Mountain, Ba Na Hills ect... lots of good eating and drinking places within a 5 minute walk. Hotel and staff were excellent Morning Breakfast very good and staff in Breakfast room were marvellous We had a room on the 21st floor with partial sea views and views of the Lady Budda ( this is one attraction that is free and best visited at 7am when there are very few tourists ). The room was spacious with a narrow balcony, we were able to have our doors open all the time and avoided living in air-conditioning.

Really the only thing I didn't like was that it's a big hotel and can get very busy. We stayed 8 nights and our room lacked storage space for clothes, only hanging space, no shelves.

Our oceanview room on the 23rd floor was modern, spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the Da Nang beach coastline. Nice rooftop bar and pool. Location was excellent, just across the street from the very nice Bac My An beach. This was one of the nicest, cleanest public access beaches that I have visited compared Phuket, Hua Hin, Bali and Sentosa. There were also bars and restaurants within walking distance and attractions such as Dragon Bridge and Marble Mountains were just about 15mins by a short taxi/Grab ride. Also, liked that this areas is slightly quieter than the beach area further up north where the restaurants and hotels are more densely packed.

Location near beach bars meant that we could hear the music from our room, but these were promptly turned off at 11pm each night and didn't disturb our sleep. Breakfast selection was average; during breakfast peak hours, it could get a bit crowded due to tour groups but it remained a pleasant dining experience.

Everything was good, from the welcome to when we left, the staff made sure we hadn’t left anything behind in our rooms. We were welcomed in the sweetest way with a fresh flower necklace and tea, it was one of my highlights of staying at TMS. Ideal location opposite the beach. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The staff also made sure the cleanliness of our room was maintained, doing regular checkups and asking if it was to our standard. The rooftop views are incredible. It was lovely having dinner in the bar, the chef made sure we were happy at each stage of our 3 course meal and they were very attentive. We were also brought up a scale to our room so we could weigh our suitcases before departure.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent generous and varied, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a good experience.

The curtains let in quite a bit of light, making it difficult to sleep in. Additionally, the doors are not very soundproof, so I was frequently woken up by noise from the streets, even while staying on the 18th floor. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to consider.

The guest relationship officers were excellent. Our room was facing the beach. There's an open-air nightclub/disco about 150 meters down the road. They were blasting their music late into the night which disturbed our sleep. The next morning, the GRO asked us whether we had a good sleep. My wife casually mentioned it's noisy and couldn't sleep. The GRO immediately took action and offered to change our room to a higher floor which we happily accepted. We had a good sleep after that. Next morning another GRO came looking for us while we were having breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise. She asked how was our sleep after we changed room. We told her we had a good sleep. The same thing happened when we checked out. Another GRO asked us the same question and hoped we had a good stay. We happily said yes. We're super happy with the excellent services of your GROs. They made us feel at home. Keep up the good services.

Hotel is big but still very cosy. We loved the size of room and bathroom, the only issue was that there was no much place to dry towels and beach clothes since it was banned to put them to balcony. The breakfast was just fantastic - there are so many options and all are tasty. The breakfast restaurant is also beautiful. As well as the rooftop bar and terrace. There is also rather big pool but not many sunbeds, so it's better to go to beach since considering the size of the hotel, I can't imagine when is possible to find 2 vacant sunbeds. The staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out process smooth. I'd certainly stay in that hotel again.

We travelled as a group of 4 so had two rooms Location was great, the welcome was heartwarming and staff were extremely friendly and helpful . One of our bathrooms had a bit of damp smell in the bathroom a so should be checked out by hotel. We were out most of the 2 nights we spent there so didn’t get a chance to report it but the hotel staff were so lovely and attentive to our needs that we overlooked it . The Excellent customer service means you overlook certain things. We would definitely recommend a stay there

The slight damp mentioned above . Only matters because I am quite sensitive to damp. Rest of the hotel smelt beautifully .

OMGGG!! I loveeeeed my stay here .. the staff were brilliant , amazing and above and beyond.. from the checkin process with the flowers and bag handlers to the room to the beautiful view of the beach we couldn’t have not ask for anything more. The headspa was a nice little touch and that mango Bingsu was a 10/10 you must try it! The food from the restaurant was yum and so was the breakfast! The pool area was really nice and not so packed too. The location was right near the beach and close to shops , nails , spas and food spots. Definitely value for money!!! 20/10 service!!!!

The TMS was a brilliant hotel. We had a room with a city /beach view. Fortunately for us we chose well as there was a typhoon & being facing the front may have been a little scary. However I think the rooms facing the beach front would be stunning. The sky bar & pool area was beautiful, the view is exactly what you see on the pictures however if it is in a busy period then we think you would struggle to get a bed as there are only a few but other than that. Truly an awesome hotel. The rooms are very spacious, exceptionally clean & the bed was very big & comfortable. All the staff were very happy & very eager to assist. The location was great, easy to walk into for dinner & all amenities. Overall you could not complain about this hotel, probably one of the best we have stayed in.
