Best decision ever! This hotel is close to everything and the staff is incredible! Really helpful and we even made reservations for more nights because Hanoi turned out to be our base! We really enjoyed Halong bay trip that was organized by Mr Alex .

No elevator but that is very often with 2stars hotel

Very nice room, the people are very nice and the price is really good for what you good. Really hot shower, a nice balcony and pretty close to all hotspots.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel located in the old quarter with restaurants and various stores around, it is also possible to walk from the hotel to several touristic places, wi-fi, fan and air-conditioning in the room, various services offered by the hotel (airport shuttle, tours, laundry, money exchange...)

Noisy as the door is not well insulated (can hear any noise from lobby and stairs), stains on the bed sheet, the pictures on Booking don't really reflect the room in real (room smaller and older in real), no elevator (not a problem for me but just be aware of this while booking if you have mobility problems), bathroom amenities could be better (bigger size, refilling bottles instead of single use), my room booking mentioned "city view" but view was on a roof, the closest plug near the bed was behing the bed and impossible to access

- The staff were really nice. Very grateful to Alissa for her restaurant and coffee recommendations. - They have a drinking water dispenser, which helped reduce plastic waste. Buying bottled water is terrible for the environment. - I had a room on the 4th floor, so it was extremely quiet even though the street was noisy. Some of the other reviews said they had trouble climbing up, but the staircase is quite comfortable. - There is daily cleaning service - Bathroom was clean

Everything was excellent. I would have preferred it if the room in my window could be opened, but no complaints on that front.

Excellent customer service from the hotel receptionist Mr. Kelvin, the hotel owner Ms. Alison and the Manager Mr. Alex (before and after our arrival in Hanoi) They are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. They helped us booked a tour to Ninb Binh, arranged for taxi to airport, money exchange and recommended us all delicious Hanoian local foods. The hotel was well located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, which short walk to all local restaurants and mini shops, Circle-K. The room had everything we need and spacious. Reasonable value for money. Thank you Mr. Alex, Ms. Alison, Mr. Kelvin and another receptionist guy (night shift, I forgot his name) for your excellent support during our stay at Bonjour Hanoi Hotel & Travel. Keep up the good work!

I stayed for one night, so it was fine. Location is good, few minutes walk from the crowded streets. Towels smell good. And the staff were kind.

I think if I want to stay longer I would like that the room must be clean clean. Also the small places of the room for example under the table and nearby the chairs were a lot of dust.. It is not convenient.. Also the hotel needs more small money for changing...

Nice hotel in the centre of the old town Hanoi. The room was big and spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. Ha was super nice and helpful!! Good value for money!

The shower/bath situation wasn't great. No shower curtain or plug in the bathtub and shower head was broken so water went everywhere. But saying that it was still okay and clean for the little money we paid!

Overall an excellent value! Very good location, has good well-priced restaurants in the area, close to several tourist sites, Have stayed in 3 different l rooms and all were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. quality duvet, sheets and towels. Staff arw all hard working and ready to assist. AC worked well.
