Excellent service. Starting with the introduction & a brief introduction to the city & a Map of the locality with a list of local eateries & shopping places are provided. Do's and Don'ts are given to you & explained. I was told how to manage myself with the local shops where you are forced to buy something, traffic, and local restaurants. My Husband is a vegan, The staff searched and provided few vegan restaurants. From here I left to Halong Bay. One my way back before I go to Hanoi Airport, The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa offered me a quick shower and get fresh before I leave to the Airport. This gave a great feeling after a 4 hours long drive back to Hanoi. You can see & feel that the Hotel staff put full effort to keep the guests comfortable & happy to provide the best possible experience. I strongly recommend The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa for to anybody travelling to Hanoi.

Staff was amazing, super helpful and proactive, giving good advice on what to visit and where to eat some authentic Hanoian dishes in the streets. They even gifted us with a box of green bean cakes upon check out (probably because we told them on our arrival that we liked the cakes offered during check in and asked where to buy to bring some home). Very thoughtful! They arranged a car to bring us to Airport too. The room was simple but nice and most importantly, very quiet thanks to the balcony looking inside a tiny inner court, it was appreciated to be in the calm after a long day. The A/C also worked as Heater which was great for winter time! We really appreciated our stay and would return there if we come back to Hanoi.

Great hotel and incredible staff. From the moment we arrived the entire team couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff Molly help us everything from reception to the restaurant. Tiffany give me the welcome dink with tea and cake and Daisy help me with the city map, recommend of me many good place to visit and local vietnamese food.

The staff were all exceptional, especially Elsa & Tiffany. The were always friendly, happy and always happy to help. They even purchased a surprise birthday cake for one of my group. Thanks Guys!!

Everything was great, the breakfast could do with some work. Towards the end of the stay we decided to avoid breakfast at the hotel. I had a lizard in my room behind the aircon. The bathroom could also do with an update.

The hotel is well located, room and toillet are big and not dated. The toillet has a window, and a glass division between the rest of the toillet, which is very nice so the toillet doesn't get all wet when you take a shower. The bed is super comfortable, aircon and heat work properly. Staff at reception is very kind and helpfull. Breakfast is good.

The room is quite clean in general but has some dirt spots that seem that haven't been cleaned for a while, for exemple: behind the tv and on, on some corners of the footer and the balcony. Some services need to be improved. The good thing is hotel has a very nice structure and every little problem i mentioned is easy to be solved with some training.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and cleand. The hotel is well - located in oldquarter. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Daisy - very beautiful girl and helpful.

The staff was super nice, location was good, and price was a great value. The bed was medium soft. The room was very clean and they even turned on the hot water for us beforehand which was great.

There's a mandatory one page survey before they let you check out. We were in a rush to catch a cab and they seemed very sad at us that we couldn't discuss our stay at length. Also note that there is a 3 percent fee if you use a credit card that we weren't aware of but not a huge deal.
