Review of Carillon Hotel Hanoi: I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Carillon Hotel in Hanoi, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel impressed me with its attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. First and foremost, the staff at Carillon Hotel Hanoi deserves high praise. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff who were friendly and efficient. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The level of service I received truly enhanced my stay and made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooms at Carillon Hotel were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The room was equipped with modern conveniences such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. In terms of location, Carillon Hotel Hanoi is situated in a prime area. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the local culture without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service that was helpful for longer excursions or airport transfers. One minor drawback I noticed during my stay was that the hotel's facilities, such as the gym and spa, were slightly limited in terms of offerings. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. In conclusion, I highly recommend Carillon Hotel Hanoi for anyone visiting the city.

Staff was incredible. Location is great, near to all spots and it is on the quiet side of old quarter. You can book all activities via the hotel which is cheaper vs online tours (starts with K lol). And hotel tours are VVIP treatment. I know because I used both. 10/10 for the hotel experience.

There was no fridge in our room, I was thinking it is pretty standard in all hotels but it is just a tiny bit of nitpicking. Overall experience is still exceptional.

First of all the receptionists were amazing - all of them were friendly and very accommodating. Special thanks to Ngoc for arranging us a taxi ride to the airport, giving us recommendations on places to visit and just being such an angel. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was amazing too. They had a variety of continental/fruits/Vietnamese food to choose from. Lastly but not the lease, the location is excellent as well because pretty much everything is within the walking distance .

Words are not enough to describe the warmth and kindness of the owner, Thomas, and his amazing staff. Ann and the team made me feel like family and were incredibly kind, welcoming and thoughtful. After a slight issue with my room I was upgraded free to one of their best rooms with a private balcony. I travelled solo for 3 days and the last two was joined by a friend who got the same warm welcome. Breakfast was great and generous, and I got a packed breakfast for my days excursion and for my trip to the airport. I loved every minute of my stay and can’t wait to go back, hopefully in November this year to see you all again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and big hugs to you all 💛

We booked a bath room but wasn’t available and the reception give us an upgrade for a balcony room that was really beautiful and comfortable and it was really appreciated. The room with balcony has a lot of light and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Breakfast really good with a lot of fruits and fresh vegetables. Good location and I would recommend this hotel.

A bit of pressure from the staff to have reviews and come back but this is happening everywhere in Hanoi for what I noticed.

Amy and the team are super friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. All team members helped us with local hotspots to check out, bookings with our day/overnight trips for Ninh Bing and Ha Long Bag and general inquiries you might need answered as a first time visitor to Hanoi. Rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable. Location wise we are conveniently located close to all places/points of interest. Also the free breakfast was more than enough to fuel you up for your day ahead. Highly recommend you consider a stay here if visiting Hanoi. Thank you again Amy and Co!

The hotel was very nice the first time we stayed, the room was a little small, but then we stayed a second time, why did we go to Halong Bay, they helped us with the cruise as well, very good and then they gave us a room Bigger, more comfortable, super-large bed, very clean rooms, the only suggestion is that they should improve breakfast. Super friendly staff always willing to help with whatever you need. 100% recommendation and excellent location 7 minutes from the street to go for a beer.

As you will see in other reviews, the staff go above and beyond to make your time in Hanoi wonderful. I don't know how they have the energy to treat every person like family! Anything you need, like anything, they will make it happen. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the location works well for visiting the main sites around the city.

Our room was a bit on the small side (but I'm sure there are others that are larger) and it needed a fresh coat of paint. Despite that, everything is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again regardless.

Great location, rooms are really comfortable and Tom helped me book taxi from the airport as well as transportation to and from Ninh Binh. He was also very responsive when the driver had some trouble reaching me at the airport. I used their recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city and had a great experience. I booked for another night ob my way back home based on my experience

the property is very modern with comfortable rooms, I stayed in both the standard room and the balcony room. I would recommend upgrading to the balcony room as it is much bigger with a nicer layout, however both rooms were great value and in a good central location. the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, they will assist with whatever you need and are genuinely happy to see you which is lovely. breakfast was also tasty with good choice so you could vary each day

the air con was a little temperamental, we were here 5 nights in total and had a couple minor issues where the air con switched off, but we did manage to fix them ourselves and this didn’t have a negative impact on our stay
