Fantastic hotel! The location makes it easy to get to the city or the airport. The building has excellent insulation so there is no noise from the streets (treat in Hanoi). I loved the room, so comfortable and big spacious bathroom. Gym is great and the roof top pool just fantastic. There is also an excellent Japanese restaurant on top floor. Overall, highly recommended!

There are 2 lobby areas (I understood one for hotel and one for long stay residents). This makes it confusing for the taxi drivers and you may well arrive in the wrong lobby. Not a big deal, you can cut across inside the building.

Beautifully appointed accommodations. The room offered everything I needed, except wash cloths and Q-tips. Not a big deal. The heated bidet was a lovely detail. And ensuite laundry was wonderful. The front desk gave us a good tip for finding a very good spot for lunch by the lake and also arranged an early morning driver to get us to the airport. Very helpful staff.

Was disappointed that the only night we stayed, the rooftop pool and lounge were closed for a private party. Bad timing, but all in all a fantastic stay.

Rooms were super clean, great furnishing, lovely TV nice couch and kitchenette etc (though we didn't use that) Bathroom was huge, lots of the guests stay there on a longer term basis but we were there just for a 2 night stay. Staff were friendly and they recommended a nice massage place that picked my parents up which was much appreciated. The bellhop and concierge was also great and super helpful in getting taxis for all of us. The hotel GM came by to say hi too and gave us great recommendations on where to go shopping 10/10!

The area is nice but you need to walk about 5 mins on hard roads to get to nearby shops and restaurants (not an issue for most but you might want to consider arranging transport if its late or if you are with elderly children) hotel premises though are spotless! Breakfast was around $20USD if i recall, found it slightly expensive just because you could get much cheaper options outside but it was nice, clean and convenient.

We were located in Tower B which had direct access to the Syrena Mall and Annam supermarket. The location was great. Furthermore, the facilities and the lounge room for waiting to check-in or waiting for transport were also very pleasant and comfortable waiting spaces. The room itself had washing facilities and a kitchenette- we only used the washer/dryer and stored groceries purchased from Annam in the fridge. The bed was huge, comfortable, and with pillows that were super comfortable and fresh. The greatest asset to this booking was the bathroom, oversized, spacious, and had an internal wardrobe that was accessible. The toilet had electronic features as well as a warming feature but was generally a very nice space for an overnight stay. Fraser Residence extended our checkout time to 3 pm which we were very grateful for as we did not check in until after 9 pm. All in all a great stay and conveniently located in Tay Ho.

Getting transport to Tower B as many drivers don't know to pick you up from here and generally go to the front of the mall or Tower A entrance. We had some confusion with the receptionist suggesting our grab booking had been cancelled and she ordered a taxi for us, but this was not the case and the grab driver pulled up behind the taxi. Of course, we took the grab as this was our personal booking but I'm not sure what the intention was here but it was a small issue. Everything else was outstanding.

very clean and extremely well facilitated, there is a shop connected to the hotel with international products of every type, although it is quite expensive the prices are justified by the range of goods. I used the gym and the pool which were of a high quality. We had an apartment which was spotlessly, I think we may have been the first guests to use it as it felt like it had just been unwrapped. If not then I’m impressed on how well maintained it was.

We asked for a half day extension in the booking as our flight was in the evening and wanted to be able freshen up after exploring Hà Nội, while the receptionist tried to get us a half day rate the manager refused and said we would have to pay a full rate. I thought this was a bit tight fisted seeing as the hotel clearly only had a few guests and the room wasn’t in demand. I’d assume half a day for a later checkout would be better than nothing but I guess that’s their loss. On the other hand they were happy to keep our luggage for the day and organise a taxi when we can back in the evening.

The room is super nice, luxury touch with very comfy king size bed. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, just feel like home. Bathroom is spacious with seperate space for shower, toilet and even comes with a bathtub. Lightning is great too. In-room dining offers various meal, which is the best for a retreat trip/ staycation. The building has Annam Gourmet (super market at ground floor) plus a Japanese restaurant, sky lounge and a pool on the rooftop. This is not my first time here and I always enjoy every moment at Fraser Suite!!!!

Ashlee - receptionist is very helpful. Helped me to arrange the airport transfer & helped to ensure everything is ok. The hotel is safe, room is big with facility like complete kitchen, clean new kitchenwares, washing machine that comes with washing powder, clean toilets & shower room.

The hotel is situated in such a place that is convenient for the Muslim travelers, so many halal food options nearby. And also Fraiser suites hospitality is exceptional.

Welcoming was very friendly. All pre-arrangements worked out well. The room was reallz spacious and the roof top pool had an incredible view over the lake.

The roof top bar was closing little early. But understandable if no guests are around. Otherwise a top address for a sundowner drink and chill out.

I bedroom apartment was comfortable and quiet with great view of the lake.
