the service was great. staff was accommodating. it's my second time in this hotel, and it was just as good as the first :)

more transparency for what to expect between the regular Studio vs Studio Executive! I didn't have a problem because i booked early enough via Booking.com -- and what I saw on the website was what I got. can't say the same for a few of my friends if you've never booked a room here, request for a room at the new wing!

Supermarkets and shops are located within the building, so there's no need to worry about food. The lake is nearby, but it's a bit far from other areas. It's ideal for those seeking a peaceful, quiet living environment away from noise.

The water pump had some issues, but it's been fixed. The water pressure is good, so you can enjoy a nice shower or bath. However, the shower drain was clogged, which almost caused a flood. Please be mindful not to turn the showerhead too high, as it could flood the bathroom and potentially your living area.

Room with kitchenette was well equipped, staff was great and there are even two supermarkets in the same building. One of them is upscale with great bakery goods and prepared food.

Not much to see nearby, but it is a Grab ride to anywhere in the city, whether to the French quarter or the new Lotte Mall with lots of stores,restaurants and even supermarket in the basement. We had noise issue with next door gym on our third night. Once we informed front desk, the problem was resolved fairly quickly.

Super mice & friendly staff, great property with services available including pools, bar, restaurants, shops next door, and shuttle to the city areas. The property is close to a lake, where you can take a walk or jog around it. And there are also plenty of eateries including restaurants, street foods and stands with local food. I was there for my birthday and the hotel staff sent me flowers with hand-written card with heartfelt words! That meant a lot to me and I have enjoyed my stay there even more!

The stay was super comfortable. Excellent, convenient location. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities was superb, the comfortable bed, Japanese style washlet, loved everything.

The check in process although not much of an issue, could have been better. I was awaiting my room keys for over an hour and even while the official check in time happened, I had to visit the counter 10 mins later to check for the keys myself. Staff should be more proactive on this.

Fantastic hotel! The location makes it easy to get to the city or the airport. The building has excellent insulation so there is no noise from the streets (treat in Hanoi). I loved the room, so comfortable and big spacious bathroom. Gym is great and the roof top pool just fantastic. There is also an excellent Japanese restaurant on top floor. Overall, highly recommended!

There are 2 lobby areas (I understood one for hotel and one for long stay residents). This makes it confusing for the taxi drivers and you may well arrive in the wrong lobby. Not a big deal, you can cut across inside the building.

Location was convenient, staff was helpful, and the property was in great condition.

Out of the 5 different stays, this was the most expensive stay I booked in Vietnam. I booked a resort in NinhBinh which was even better than this and much cheaper. Also had great views of the mountains. While the property met my expectations completely, I thought it was expensive compared to other local alternatives.

Beautifully appointed accommodations. The room offered everything I needed, except wash cloths and Q-tips. Not a big deal. The heated bidet was a lovely detail. And ensuite laundry was wonderful. The front desk gave us a good tip for finding a very good spot for lunch by the lake and also arranged an early morning driver to get us to the airport. Very helpful staff.

Was disappointed that the only night we stayed, the rooftop pool and lounge were closed for a private party. Bad timing, but all in all a fantastic stay.

Clean. Well equipped room with lots of cooking facilities. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Location was good for us as we didn’t want to stay close to the old quarter as it’s so busy.

We didn’t have breakfast included and when we went for one morning, we paid quite a lot for an average breakfast. We did however love our stay and wouldn’t change anything else

We stayed here twice, the apartments are absolutely incredible. Super modern rooms with comfy beds, great showers & amenities, mini kitchen and your own washing machines. You have incredible restaurants within the complex and the Japanese one is really great. On the top floor you’ll have the best view in town and a great bar. You have the new Lotte world just by a 10 min cab for anything you need and tons of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!
