new, great location, spacious

Rooms were not as pictured, much darker as the flat was on lower floor and didn’t have a nice view as described. It could have been cleaner, kitchen had basically nothing in it but 4 plates and glasses, cutlery for 4, 2 knives and a pan. It was therefore useless. We had to ask for lots of things, towels were missing, no remote control for TV, it wasn’t explained how hot water works, where rubbish goes,…

lovely apartment in a great location on West Lake, surrounded by lots of nice cafes and restaurants. very good value for money and friendly staff

we booked a lake view room and on arrival we were not given this room, however after two nights we were then provided with a lake view room. on the first night building work from next door started at around 11pm and continued until 1.30am and was extremely loud. the apartment wasn’t very clean and there was an infestation of wood mites (we think). the sofa was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The lake view room that we eventually went into was comfier and cleaner

The property was clean and really nice, the location was good and was close to restaurants and about a 15 minute taxi to the centre, everything was comfy and it was nice to be out of the busy bit of Hanoi

We arrived just after 2pm and the room was still being prepared so we had to wait till 3pm which was annoying as we had a long day travelling, the staff weren’t very approachable and did not really say anything to you, but i wasn’t a big deal but still would have been nice to get a hello. Their are currently works being done right next to the apartment so you do get woken up at 7:30am mon-sat by drilling, we would stay here again though

The 2-bedroom apartment that we stayed at is perfect for groups of 5-6 people. The master bathroom has a tub. TV has a lot of entertainment applications. There is also some washing powder, a washing machine, a dishwasher liquid and a dishwashing sponge.

The floor doesn't look and feel clean. The tub has 1 or 2 tiny strands of hair. I don't think there is any hand soap, but there is a convenience store (Circle K) 400 meters away (on Xuan Dieu street) so no fret.

Margaery Apartment is incredible. The staffs were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They are also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was quiet. The apartment was walking distance to some tourist attractions, and it was close to many nice Coffee shops, restaurants by the lake. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Hanoi.

Location is near Intercontinental hotel where I had meetings. But it’s a bit outside the city centre. Room is clean. Reasonable price. WIFI connection is good. Staff speaks English well and is friendly.

We booked 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms but we got 2 bedrooms with only one bathroom. Staff said it’s fully booked and there is no chance to change room. Room type was changed so the staff should charged us with lower price.

The location was excellent very cheap taxi to the old quarter 15 min . The Apartment was spotlessly clean really helpful staff excellent roof top bar and restaurant with views to die for what more can I say but top place and reasonable priced

Hand on heart stayed 3 nights four days could not fault the place not one thing to dislike

When we first stumbled upon this flat on Booking, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The receptionists are the most thoughtful & gracious staffs. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

The property is pretty clean and there's a washing machine which is convenient. Location is also pretty good as there's a lot of cafes nearby too. Staff was super friendly and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the toilet's drainage wasn't the best so there's always a smell whenever we came back from outside.

Good location. Very nice apartments. Perfect for a family of four or a group of friends. Friendly and helpful staff. We could leave our luggage there for a trip to Ha Giang.

The entrance gate is closed by night and can only be opened via calling a vietnamese phone number. It would be way better if one could open the gate with the room keycard.
