The presentation of the hotel from entry, to being welcomed by staff, to departure is impressive. The hotel reflects a sophisticated atmosphere, very professional and excellent customer service. The staff I had dealings with were of a high calibre, exceptionable in the arena of customer service. Management are have chosen well when hiring staff people like Kenny, Alex,Anne, Alley and Ellie, they provide an excellent customer service and make the hotel stand out from other hotels. More importantly the photos of website reflect the actual rooms unlike many other websites.

The bar fridge is actually not a fridge and does not function as one which is disapointing given cold water/drinks are essential in the warmer climate. A notation for management I found the showers that are located near pool area to become very slippery when soap on them and could result in a fall.

Jolie, Kim and Heeley on reception were particularly helpful, especially with our two young girls.

Breakfast was great but we ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times and don’t think it showed the best of Vietnamese cuisine.

Staff really friendly and a lovely hotel. Clean. Room was a fair size. Had no window but was not needed. Super comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Brilliant location, can see Ben Thanh market from the rntrance which is great for pick ups and drop offs for day and trips and just great for gettinf around. Very clean.

The only negative was the noise. You can hear other rooms literally brushing their staff, running a shower, having conversations, and more! Not so bad if you are not in your room all day but can be troublesome late at night when trying to sleep.

I like everything, beds, blankets, pillows, comfortable sleep. Breakfast is not many to choose from, but tastes good. The manager who is a man has no service mind. I check out late and have already negotiated a special price. on the check-out date think my money is wrong and make an arrogant face not finding a solution together Pretending not to understand the problem Should not be a manager, just a small point from the manager's habits makes me not want to go back to stay again, but the hotel is really comfortable. The owner should know and train the manager urgently.

The location was excellent and allowed us to walk easily to the main places of interest

The blinds on the bathroom were too see through, especially when sharing the room with others. We turned the bathroom light off when using the shower

Great location, you can walk everywhere. Lots of humble charm and character, this is not a big vanilla flavour modern hotel. Good AC and comfy bed and great shower for tall people. Ms. Alley was very helpful during checkout, helped us order a taxi for the airport.

We really liked the very central location that is very central and a great staff. The hotel itself is so well decorated and clean. This is the only hotel where we felt the most comfy after trying many during our Vietnam tour. i would definitely consider coming each time i come to Saigon!

Beautiful building, great location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful. The staff organised a taxi pick up from the airport which was seamless. A good selection at breakfast, the omelette was a particular favourite.

It isn’t a swimming pool, more of a jacuzzi. Still, a great feature of the hotel being on the rooftop.

This is my second time at Cochin, I prefer the shroeder room with big windows facing the street over the windowless rooms - which are cheaper, just as comfortable but too dark for me. Location is perfect, right next to Ben Thanh market. Even though the room was street facing, I had no problems with noise coming through at night and had great sleep during my stay. I had the pleasure of meeting Kenny, the doorman, who was very sweet and helpful with all of my bags. Vera and Jolie at the front desk were very helpful and carefully explained the 500,000 vnd deposit that they would return at the end of the visit. The check in and check out process went smoothly.

Room didn't have an iron, though i'm sure they would've brought me one had I requested it.

Location is great if you are a Muslim travel. It is in the centre of the Muslim street where you can find halal food and many Muslim products (baju kurung, tudung, long dress, etc). The Hotel is very clean, being only 3 months in operation. Hopefully the cleanliness can be maintained along the years to come.

The corridors are not well lit, the walkway is very dark. Should put in more corridor or side wall lights to make the walkway brighter. Should provide 2 key cards instead of one card. It will be easier for anyone to return to hotel with the additional key card. The pillows are very soft that there is no neck support, thus making your sleep a little uncomfortable. A slightly firmer pillow would be good.
