Our stay at the Winsuites was exceptional. From the staff opened the door every entry and exit to every time leaving the elevator to a “hello or good morning/ afternoon “ Our room was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and so spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we had a huge selection, even for myself as a vegetarian. The afternoon tea is served as a high tea, choosing from a sweet selection, savoury or both. Although the hotel seemed busy, no one was ever at the rooftop pool and sky lounge, we had it all to ourselves.

the hotel was perfectly located in district 1. I went for the Park Suite room which was nice, albeit smaller than I had hoped. the bath didn’t face the window like the photos shown but was still nice touch. the shower was brilliant pressure. staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. laundry service was great and quick. only downside was the breakfast and the pool area. the breakfast lacked a lot of options for western pallets . the afternoon tea was great though. the pool area has so much potential but small and a bit neglected! overall a lovely stay !

we like the LOCATION of the property. it’s walking distance to most places you need to see and go and the city. Near Ben Tanh Market. The STAFF are all very friendly and helpful and most of them know how to speak English so it’s easy to communicate with them. VALUE for money. EXTRA BIG ROOMS. Very spacious. Clean.

The only thing I don’t like about our stay was because they only give 1 Key Card per room, i guess that’s understandable so that they can save electricity when guests go out. but it’s a bit of a hassle specially when only 1 person wants to go out and have breakfast because you need that key card to use the elevator too, so when you go out you need to take out the card and everything will turn off in the room. Other than that —our stay was really nice.

I have stayed here many times and keep going back for a reason, it is very good. The staff were superb as always. I had an issue trying to locate a hospital to visit a friend but only had sketchy details for the location and never realised there are approx 60 clinics in Saigon to chose from. The staff turned detective and at one point all front desk staff and managers got involved to find the right one. Mr Khoa was a star and couldn't have done more to help.

Being picky I would say the breakfast is fine but it wouldn't hurt to mix it up a bit with more variations.

Staff took immediate action about any detail mentioned. For example, although there didn't seem to be any problem, the air conditioning flashed a message saying the filter needed cleaning. I told the front desk about it, and they took care of it before I came back a couple of hours later. If I hadn't seen the message, I would not have noticed anything was wrong anyway. It was more of a preventative action that wasn't critical, but I was impressed with how it was handled without delay. The staff were also helpful with any questions asked.

Basically, the bathroom area is well designed and clean. I am a fairly big guy (although not fat) and I had trouble trying to keep the water from getting onto the floor outside the shower area. There is no door or curtain. The shower height adjustment mechanism seemed a bit delicate and I was a little afraid that I would break it if I moved it around much. Also, the top round shower head dripped a little even though I only used the flexible hose attachment. The staff who cleaned my room probably remember that I solved the dripping issue by placing shower caps over the round shower head.

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location

To be honest, the breakfast was monotonous and boring. There were too many Asian dishes. They need a bigger variety of fruit, whole meal or brown bread. Black tea! The croissants often tasted old and not fresh. The afternoon tea was not like what they advertised. Same thing every day and no black tea! Why?

the staff very polite and friendly. location so near to Ben Thanh market and halal eateries room is large and clean. esp the toilet is good breakfast not much for muslims so we just enjoyed the bakeries and drinks. free tea time bakeries

its the noise from construction next door but its ok. might be a bit tough for elderlies with knee pain as we need to go up and down the stairs at the entrance.

I really appreciate how the staff waited for our GRAB and helped us with the luggages when we were going back to the airport.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We didn't go for afternoon tea or breakfast so I don't know how it is. There was some construction work when we stayed and it could get pretty loud in the room but it didn't really bother us since we weren't sleeping at the time.

The Winsuites Saigon’s staff is remarkable, going above and beyond their call of duty to accommodate residents of the hotel. We were impressed at their wealth of knowledge and eagerness to help us during our stay. Remember Nich and his bamboo fans! (special mention to the day shift staff on Feb 28th 2023)

Location was perfect to visit most tourist sites around the city also the hotel being a smaller hotel had a great friendly feel about it. Very clean and modern staff were always polite and helpful. Good breakfast and afternoon tea included in the price great value.

The small fridge is located right next to bed so you hear it but not that intrusive enough to keep you awake bit of a stupid design.
