1. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of Q1. 2. The apartment I booked has a great size and super clean and bright. 3. Most of the staff are helpful, two of them managed to help me with my heavy luggage, specifically there is no lift from level 8 to level 10. 4. The price is a great deal comparing to the room value.

1. The lobby and the lift are not clean. 2. There is no lift to the apartment (level 10), the lift only goes to level 8 while the stairs up to level 10 is exceptionally challenging from level 9 -level 10 (dark, tiny and hardly up). 3. The male staff at the time I needed to call for the taxi to the airport just spending a huge time (>20 mins) to guide two other guests how to drive a motorbike (which could do later since the motorbike would not run away) while ignoring my request about the taxi to the airport (I was almost late for my flight). After all, guiding the guests driving is not the duty of the receptionist, but calling the taxi is.

The location of hotel was good, near market and all night activities were close. The room was clean. WiFi is stable.

Staff don't speak English well, it was hard to communicate with them. I mentioned that check-in time will be 11pm, and once we arrived hotel doors were closed. I had to call them, and someone came and checked in us. Another thing is cleaning the room, there were no way to inform cleaners to not disturb, or if you want to clean your room, you should request in reception.

I love that the location is ideal and the space is amazing. A plus thing that it have a balcony.

At check in counter I was told to make payment whereby in the booking.com it stated that the payment will be made via the apps. I never have this issue with another booking I made via booking.com and upon staying there were another guest with the same issue as mine as well.

I absolutely fell in love with this place as soon as I arrived. The room was gorgeous, clean, and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. 🌟. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, always willing to assist me with anything I needed. 🤗.The location is also very convenient, with easy access to all the nearby attractions.

Central location. It takes a few steps to Ben Thanh market. New furniture and clean room. The bed sheet looks like new 100% and clean. The door is smart lock, friendly receptionist 24/24. I feel safe while staying here. They don't provide breakfast but tons of restaurants around. Reasonable price. I will stay here when come back Ho Chi Minh city.

The staff in the front lobby amd at breakfast were very friendly and food was decent! The rooms were updated and clean. Small hotel but clean and newly remodeled. Worth the money.
