So close to Ben Thành markets, very presentable and comfortable hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Shower pressure was good and bed was firm and provided 2 pillows. Staff were friendly and easy and quick check in. Breakfast had a good selection, was happy with the options. Had English speaking channels on the tv. The pool area is pretty, not huge but 3 separate pools , comfortable enough during the May heat.

The shower water would run out into the bathroom, leaving the bathroom floor full of water.

Loved the cosy room and the breakfast buffet.The rooftop bar and spas were also a big bonus. The staff at front desk could be a bit more friendlier and more approachable.I have however have to make one exception as one of the ladies at front desk recommended a lovely Vietnamese restaurant where we could have a meal on our last day.

I didn't like how cold and clinical the staff was at front desk was.They were too business orientated.No "good morning how are you....or good afternoon did you have a good day"?

Rooftop still under ren ovation - some parts.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location right next to the square and close to the sights and the center. The pool on the upper floor is nice, small, with a lot of greenery around, but not deep enough to swim. Of the 7 hotels I stayed at in Vietnam, this one was the worst in terms of quality and price and the most expensive. It was below our expectations. They gave us a very small room on the first day, with stripped furniture, overlooking a block of flats under construction, even though we had paid more for a room with a city view, but the next day they changed our room to one with view of the main street, although that view is not beautiful either. But the room and the furniture look better and it was bigger. In the presentation photos of the hotel on booking.com, there is a photo that is not of the hotel. The one with some buildings lit up at night. It doesn't seem fair to me because that photo betrayed our expectations.

An overpriced hotel compared to other hotels in Vietnam. Not very good value for money. I wouldn't go again.

Great property in a very central location, rooftop pool with bar is brilliant for chilling out and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Only downside of the hotel is the lack of a window in the room we choose, I know this is normal in similar cities and it’s only a small thing but would’ve paid extra for window with a room if the option was available at the time of booking. Another small issue was upon check out and retrieval of our deposit is that we had been hit with a charge of a number of drinks at the bar charged to our room that was not us. They were insistent that we signed the bill and charged to room at a particular time, a mistake must’ve occurred as we provided proof that we were not present at the rooftop pool that evening as we were out exploring the city. Unsure how this occurred but thankfully they were understanding and we had proof to show that it was not us.

Nice modern hotel with very friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Nice features inside including water features in communal hallways.

The air conditioning within the room was rubbish - even when set to the coolest setting it never dropped anywhere near that temperature and was just too hot most of the time. The gap between the sink to get to the toilet was tiny with barely any light in that area. And the shower/bath wasn’t fitted very well meaning any water running down the screen just ran directly onto the floor in a huge puddle each time. Also the rooftop pool is tiny and looks very different to the pictures. Perfectly positioned hotel for the markets and that district.

Great location in District 1, this is just removed enough from livelier streets that you can get a good nights sleep. Hotel decor is really nice, feels almost spa like throughout. While I had a windowless room this was very comfortable. The rooftop pool area is incredible, amazing views. I used the spa and the staff there were very professional.

One slight issue with the shower, it is poorly designed so that water spills out around the side. Minor annoyance but can flood the floor if you aren’t careful

We stayed as a large group of 15 with numerous room types. The hotel was in a fantastic location, 2 mins walk from Ben Thanh market. The rooftop pool was nice but it is very shallow and small, there are 2 tiny pools too. Very crowded rooftop if busy and loud music. The breakfast was really good and they will make fresh omelettes too. Staff were nice. I had a Zen room, which looked amazing and was large but the bathtub was oddly placed and designed, it was a hazard trying to get in it!

I tried numerous times to contact the hotel via email before we arrived but no-one ever go back to me. Lots of charges if anything is broken accidently. Got charged 500'000 VND for a make-up mascara mark on a pillow.

I loved the location of this property, it’s perfect for wandering around District 1, everything is within easy walking distance. It feels safe, and very comfortable. I had booked a room without windows, but this was fantastic for getting a restful nights sleep, and didn’t bother me in the slightest. It was great value for money given the location and facilities. The room was also spotlessly clean, the bed was firm but I slept really well on it, the towels and bathrobes were nice, the aircon was great, and the bath tub and water pressure of the shower was lovely. I enjoyed the breakfast selection as a vegetarian. The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly.

I didn’t use the pool so I can’t really comment on that, but it is quite small, I’d describe it as a plunge pool, perfect for cooling off.

The hotel was exceptional in location and price. Very close to the bustling Ben Thanh market and walking distance to many sites, food vendors and more! Facilities were clean and reception was available 24/7 for assistance. Breakfast was great each morning! Special thank you to Kenny who manned the front door and gave a few recommendations on itinerary options! Always smiling and happy to chat with the guests! Will be visiting again soon.

Only downside was the gym facilities - limited options were expected as this is a smaller hotel, however, the equipment is outdated and the treadmill no longer functions!
