Lovely suites, comfortable bed, nice balcony

Checkin, rude older woman very abrupt. We also wanted to come back after our stay, went to na Trang and wanted to stay for a further week. This same woman refused to let us leave a suitcase at the hotel, very rudely said they did not have room for a case. Other staff were very nice. Swimming pool had bad. Steps up and down to the pool. Thin steel step which cut into your feet. So we did not swim and we’re looking forward to swim.

The property was very modern, clean and well presented. The staff gave exceptional service and were always smiling. The location was excellent close to many attractions

$35USD for airport shuttle one way is a bit steep when you can get a grab for under $10aud or $7USD. The mattresses were like sleeping on concrete my husband tried sleeping on the couch & I had to use pillows under my body to get any sleep and be able to walk the next day.

Location is great! Walking distance to most attractions, very suitable for family with kids. Lots of restaurants, massage for family

The bath area need to improve on the drainage. There is 3 shower area in my room and all of them flood when we shower as drainage seems to be choke. We didn’t tell the staff as it really didn’t affect us that must which made us forget even we stayed for 5 nights!

Our second stay here. What drew us back was the location and the comfort of having our own small well equipped apartment to return to rather than a standard hotel room. The staff are charming, helpful and polite.

unfortunately there was renovation work going on throughout the day which began rather early (0800) with hammering and drilling directly above our bedroom. I guess it needs to be done so we were just unfortunate with the timing of our stay.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fully equipped. Useful to have a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities for use. The gym was good enough for a workout, although equipment is outdated. The reception offered support to book tours, although they were more expensive than booking through travel agents outside. It was nice to have the space of an apartment after booking many hotel rooms in Vietnam.

The apartment was dark, even on a sunny day (fine for us as we were out most of the daytime anyway). It faces directly at another building which is lined with aircon machines which makes noise all day/night. Additionally, the balcony is not desirable to use as it was dirty, no view, and noisy with the aircon machines right there.

We stayed in the Luxury Two Bedroom Apartments and it felt very clean, new and modern. Heaps of space for our two boys to run around. We didn’t use the kitchen so cannot comment on that. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, bell boy offered to bring up our Grab food to our door, Restaurant staff happily packaged breakfast for us on one of our early morning starts for a tour. Doorman were very attentive and would open the door for us every time. They would see us coming back and would race up the stairs to open the door for us! Having laundry and dryer in the apartment was super convenient! Location was great! Short walk to Ben Thánh Market but just far enough that it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Shower over bath so lots of water dripping onto the floors. Only stairs to enter the building, so it is not accessible or pram friendly. We were lucky we had a travel pram so it wasn’t too heavy.

Appartement style hotel, with a separate living room and kitchen. Close by all the tourist attractions, we had a very comfortable stay at this location. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is of good quality. Currently they have old and renovated rooms. The renovated rooms for 2 persons were about 500k dong more expensive. The first 4 nights we stayed in a renovated room and the last 4 nights in an old room, as we extended our stay and the renovated room was not available. Compared to the renovated room, the old room is basically the same except the renovated room feels new and modern (new furniture, carpet, doors, etc). In particular the televisions are new (support YouTube casting on your private room WiFi) and the bathroom is newer with a better shower. Based on our stay I would have no trouble picking the older rooms if the new ones are not available, although the other rooms will likely be renovated soon as well.

The swimming pool is on the second floor and the lighting is a little bit dark. It's good for a short swim, but not too special.

The warm greeting upon arrival, ease of check in, the room was perfect! Very good size and comfortable. We ate dinner both nights at the Garden Cafe and it was lovely and delicious food. Breakfast was also very good, many choices and fresh. The staff was extraordinary! Always smiling and ready to assist with any needs and questions.

There really was no balcony, no chairs to sit on and the air condition units were there taking up all the space. However, with that said, it was quite warm and humid outdoors. Perhaps not advertise that there is a balcony?

Location was excellent. Fairly quiet (except for noise from restaurant opposite on weekends) but close to the action. Staff were excellent, helpful and cheerful.

Disappointed with the behaviour, consideration, of other guests, particularly at breakfast. Noisy in general, children running around the breakfast room, touching food, using hands instead of tongs, etc. Breakfast time was a time of dread if you wanted a peaceful and civilised experience. I guess the hotel management cannot vet customers and their etiquette before they arrive, but staff could supervise better perhaps?

What a great place to stay for a visit to Ho Chi Minh The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, I had an issue with my credit card in Vietnam and she assisted me to find the right place to get a wire transfer, Restuarant staff were amazing, breakfast every morning and always something different but the Pho was out of this world good So close to everything and walking distance from the Markets and dozens of cafe's, bars etc The rooms were very large and everything you need in them All in all, it is the place to stay

The only thing and so very small, the bed was a little hard for me, but that is my only negative in a whole lot of positives
