The location is perfect, views from terrace are great.

Pool is too deep, the water would be warmer with half a metre less water. Pool bar service is only 4pm to 6pm and what could be a lovely rooftop area is just dead.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop pool which was refreshing after a busy day exploring. The breakfast had a good variety. The location of this hotel is very good. It is situated across the road from the Independence Palace and a short walk to the Ben Thanh markets, the War Remnants Museum and lovely restaurants.

The hotel organised our transfer from the airport but no one was there to greet us which was a bit disappointing.

Everything. The room is very spacious, the toilet was clean with very nice water shower pressure. The bed is very comfortable, nice and clean but what I really like most is the breakfast buffet, it was very sumptuous, a lot of options :)

I don't like how the staff handle the situation and it's not being polite, I have bring and used the laundry bag and put my dirty clothes on it to separate the dirty and unused clothes which I thought that it is okay to bring upon check out but to my dismay the staff approach me publicly and ask me to return the laundry bag which is not polite. The staff should have called me to reception instead of approaching me on the waiting lobby publicly with other guest.

Surrounding green space was excellent, and the view from my room was as I requested. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was adequate. Overall, it’s a functional hotel, just lacked a face that smiled- with one exception, a female member of staff who completed my checked out process.

Staff were not very helpful and distant / aloof. In the Breakfast restaurant not a single member of staff smiled or looked happy. Fruits at breakfast was limited. The rooftop pool looked closed and did not look inviting.

A great location , very near to main market. The breakfast was also good. Nearby indian restaurants .

Their policy of refund against cancellation..........,as one couple of our group could not join us from india due to medical emergency and they cancelled it a day prior but the management did not consider any refund,saying it tobe booking.com policy, While Hotel Redisson at Danang and Hotel Calista at Hanoi did refund full. Incidently ,that couple had booked against advance payment using booking.com and we booked on payment against check in.

Luxurious hotel. Lobby was huge with a cafe and lots of seating. Rooms were fantastic and very spacious. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Great location close to Saigon mall. 5/10 minutes walking distance to many attractions.

Staff seem distant at times. Roof top pool wasn’t great. Food/drink very expensive for what it is.

Food was the same throughout stay except for the noodles section that changes everyday during our stay. Noodles was great. The dining area was huge and staff was quick at removing used plates.

Email sent 2 days before my stay that stated that there was construction at night and hotel was slow to my inquiry about that. In the end, I wasn’t moved to partner hotel but given low floor with music blasting into the early hours. In the end, hotel moved us to a higher floor eventhough they had insisted there was no available room. Gave me the impression that staff was not trying their best to accommodate but trying to pull a fast one. They could have immediately given us the room instead of trying to downgrade us to a smaller room since I had booked room 2 months prior! Hotel could have handled this better.

Fantastic Hotel centrally located besides Independence Palace & a quiet area, while a little away(walking distance) is all that you need - Shopping, restaurants, massages etc etc...Ben Thanh, Vincom center, Saigon Square, Nguyen Hue Walking Street ...all within 1 kms. The Park View room gave an expanse to the beautiful Independence Palace compound & many trees. Saw many hotels in the vicinity while walking around but none had the quiet & serene location as Central palace.

The Tub in the bathroom could have been better placed as its slightly high, getting in & out becomes a challenge...The Shower is also inside the tub so u have no option but to climb it...Elderly would definitely face issues.
