An unbelievable experience. From check-in to check-out every moment was catered for. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless, pool and spa was sensational and food was delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast, the buffet selection was worldclass with everything from handmade sushi to french patisserie. The housekeeping were also wonderful, offering late night cookies and keeping the minibar and amenities stocked. Thank you everyone at Mai House.

Nothing, it exceeded my expectations tenfold.

A beautiful hotel in an ideal location for exploring the main sites of Ho Chi Minh on foot. The staff were very helpful and provided lots of useful information, both prior to and during our stay. The property is spotlessly clean throughout with lovely facilities. There is an extensive and high quality buffet breakfast and the spa was wonderful and very good value, especially as there was a promotion on during our stay. The free taxi from the airport was also a nice touch.

Nothing really, but a couple minor points could easily be addressed. The hot drink service at breakfast was a little slow, and whilst very lovely, the Club Lounge's food and drink choices were a bit limited, especially during the afternoon, when only biscuits were available. A nice slice of cake or a couple of light bites would have been good rather than just the small jar of cookies.

Great location, fast service, Cosy beds. Pools staff and spa staff were great.

They actually extort your money for smoking inside the room, they will also charge you for the things misplaced by the management from the room. Front desk people are more like money recovery officers than just helpful front desk.

It was absolutely beautiful! When we first arrived and were welcomed into the lobby we both gasped - it was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen! There was a huge arrangement of orchids on the centre table and the foyer was huge and completely spotless. The staff were so wonderful and instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable, it was such a great first impression. Our room was big and again, so beautifully designed. It had all the modern comforts whilst maintains a traditional charm. The bed was really comfortable and we loved how dark the black-out blinds were. It was the only hotel we stayed in that really made the room nice and dark. Buffet breakfast was amazing and Cest la vie was even better - the food presentation was lovely!!!

100% luxurious place with top notch services . the facility is so clean , new , everything in the room seems to be ordered right now , few minutes before you check in. the room is spacious with very nicely designed furniture. the bathroom is very beautiful with a standing shower and a bathtub. the shower gel, shampoo , soap and body lotion are « Roberto Cavalier ». the wifi works perfectly in the room, the restaurant and the lobby. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly with good English . breakfast was very varied , fresh ingredients and presence of local food . if you can afford this place , I strongly recommend it .

We had the most pleasant stay at Mai House Saigon Hotel! From the interior design to Hotel staff everything was beyond expectation. The staff helpful and courteous. They did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel room was soundproof. So we did not hear any noise from outside. The room was cleaned twice a day and room service was great! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of different foods. Even the security at the entrance was really nice and helpful. Thank you for having us and we are looking forward to see you again soon!

Nothing to complain about!

This is just a lovely hotel and five stars from the entrance to the rooms and the facilities. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. Great gym and spa. Pool on the rooftop is a great getaway in a busy city. Saigon is electric, so walking into this place at night feels like you walk into a different world.

Nothing. The hotel is just outside of district one, so walking to the city center takes about 20 minutes. Not really a problem and gives you a chance to explore and see more, but something to keep in mind.

This hotel is super luxurious! Starting from when you get out of your taxi, you will be greeted by hotel staff with a big smile. The hotel lobby is amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge and the bathroom is to die for. They also have everything you need. You will not regret staying here!

The room is so big, it looks empty. They could add a sofa or a coffee table and arm chairs and it would be even more perfect.
