I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orchids Hotel during my visit to the city, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, whose friendliness and professionalism stood out throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the spacious and impeccably clean room. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was remarkable, and I felt reassured about the hotel's commitment to hygiene, especially in these times. The room was not only large but also thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the hotel's key strengths is its prime location in the city center. Being in the heart of the action allowed me to easily access popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts, making my overall experience even more enjoyable. Whether I was attending a business meeting or exploring the city's cultural gems, the hotel's central location was undeniably convenient. The breakfast offered at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. The diverse spread catered to various tastes and dietary preferences, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The attentive staff in the dining area ensured that tables were promptly cleared, and they were always ready to assist with any special requests. In conclusion, my stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of friendly and professional staff, a spacious and clean room, a central location, and a delightful breakfast made it a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation experience in the heart of the city.

Hotel has excellent staff and are very accommodating of requests. I asked for an early check in and got one (paid). The hotel facilities are good. Pool and gym are decent. The family suites were in penthouse that had a good view.

Breakfast had very limited vegetarian options. The staff did prepare veggie fried rice and noodle upon request. It was difficult for the fourth person to stay in the suite. It was good for 3. We could squeeze 4 due to sofa.

The location was phenomenal. I was less than a 5 min walk from Independence Palace, less than 10 min from the post office and other key tourist spots. I was less than 10 min from Diamond shopping center and right outside of the hotel was a cell phone carrier, so I purchased data quickly because I wanted an e-sim and the airport only had physical sims. To the right of the hotel, is a Jolibee and close by are plenty of convenience stores so that you can easily purchase snacks. Breakfast was delicious. It was obviously Vietnamese centered, but they had mini pancakes, cereal, and other Western comforts. I stuck with the Vietnamese foods despite being an American because I have allergies. The breakfast selection was also great because it wasn’t the same every day which I appreciated.

I only received one room key. I was traveling solo, and I understand for safety and cost effectiveness, but I wish that I could have charged a few devices while I was sightseeing, but you needed your card to re-enter the room and to use the elevator. I could have left it and then asked them to let me in, but it wasn’t worth it.

The Orchid Saigon is a lovely property located in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Our room was a corner room and therefore was quite large and even included a bathtub. The swimming pool area was quite nice and offered a nice view of the city. Food was good overall. Hotel offers some good tours and sightseeing options if requested.

The staff seemed a little overworked. We were not allowed to refill our water bottles (you could only purchase bottles from the hotel). Even though the restaurant is quite large it only remained open for breakfast. Rest of the meals can be had in the room or in the lobby cafe, and it's a little inconvenient.

The hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable with a good range of breakfast options. The rooms were modern and tasteful with dressing gowns and slippers provide plus great Air Con and a safe in the room.

We had a late flight and asked if there was a courtesy room available to shower etc. This was not something offered so we requested a late checkout, offering to pay whatever the cost, expecting a percentage charge. We were told this was not possible as the hotel was fully booked. We then checked online to find another room elsewhere and found multiple rooms were available to book at this hotel. When we showed the staff that we had found availability, they seemed indifferent and told us to book online, using the app. We had checked out of our original room, then had to wait 2hrs to check into the next room. Not the best customer service experience, which was a shame as everything else was really great!

We experienced very good service throughout our stay. I will stay there again if I travel to HCM again.

A very small sound proof issue - could hear other guests talking when that walked past the entrance of the room. Was a little disturbing at night during bedtime.

Clean and Modern room with a very nice bed and a very practical bathroom for a really affordable price.

Room was not that small (25m2) but with all the furniture it felt very packed thanks to the huge chair. I guess that removing the chair could help give some space, but,you won't be able to enjoy how comfy it is.

I can’t speak highly enough of this place and the staff working here! this has been by far one of my best stays in hotels and I am use to travel a lot and stay in top places like Langham, Marriott, Sofitel, they obviously are top hotels with top facilities, but there is something that no facility can give to you, that is the service! in this hidden gem in the heart of ho chi min I have experienced the best customer service in my life, the workers are so professional yet so down to heart, they just melted my heart with their kindness, I will stay here each and every single time I will be in Ho Chi Min no jokes! thanks Orchid hotel staff!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable with good facilities. Location very good and able to walk to most attractions. I would stay again regardless of the issues raised below.

Breakfast was limited for westerners. Bacon arrived only once during our 7 day stay. Chef provided eggs any way which was good. Could try some baked beans etc. Toaster basically not functional. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to walk and be careful. Motorbikes use the footpaths here as roads and the footpath in front of the hotel is no exception. The hotel corridors are not air-conditioned and your room is not air conditioned once you leave your room. Also the hair dryer failed when we there and we were not offered a replacement.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and even luxurious.

The swimming pool closes too early, at about 6 I was told on the phone, and I think most people would like to go for a swim after exploring the city.
