The location was super convenient. Right in the heart of district 1 and most landmarks were within walking distance. The pool and gym at the hotel were both exceptional! Super easy check in process and they even provided pick up service for us from the airport even though we were delayed in arriving.

I just wish there was a bar on site at the hotel. Would have been perfect if we could have a few drinks while lounging at the pool. Also wish there was room service within the hotel, although that didn't bother us too much because the grab app helped us tremendously.

Stayed in 3 bed apt. Plenty of space. Showing its age in places but clean and comfortable. Good AC. Washer/Dryer useful to have. Safe in Master bedroom. 5-15 mins walk will get you to most of the Quarter 1 areas or just take a cheap Grab/Taxi. Staff helpful.

Be aware - unlike Somerset Grand in Hanoi, this hotel reception does not offer a foreign currency exchange facility. The shower heads are installed low so not great for tall people but plenty hot water pressure Breakfast in the adjoining public cafe is adequate but options are limited, especially for juices. Wi-Fi slow at times

The room was excellent for a family of 4 - plenty of room and a second toilet made it really helpful. The pool was great to cool off after being in the hot and humid outdoors.

The breakfast was around the corner (same building) but was a Japanese place - and would have preferred a more authentic Vietnamese place. Location was ok however with young kids, we really couldn't walk to our destinations and caught Grab's (not an issue). The kids play room was hot and needs to have some air conditioning.

Our family was upgraded into a 3-bedroom apartment which was huge and very well equipped. I would say that the pictures on the website don't really show the reality - it is nicer than it first looked. Our 5 and 8 year old really enjoyed. Great facilities! There is a good gym, pool and a steam room. Right next to the reception there is a small supermarket with fixed prices and quite good selection if you want to have something to eat at the apartment. There is also a little playroom for small kids. Breakfast was okay - you get to order one dish from the list (dry ramen was my favourite) and in addition limitless juice, coffee/tea, yogurt and bread. Location is very good. HCMC is a huge city and the apartment is at the outskirts of district 1 and it's very fast and affordable to use Grab to take you anywhere. There are also many restaurants within a walking distance. Overall, our stay was very pleasant! Warm recommendation!

Housekeeping came to ring the doorbell a bit too early.

Everything was fantastic. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with aircons throughout (critical as it was 38C outside during the day). Had no time to try the gym, but the pool was incredible and surprisingly mostly empty. There's a convenient minimarket downstairs with basic groceries and fruit which was nice.

Didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Tiny buffet, few options in the menu... below my expectations. But then again, there's tons of breakfast options within 5 minutes of walking so perhaps just skip the included breakfast and venture outside.

Staff was very friendly, we checked in late (11.30pm) bit it wasn’t a problem. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much. We had a very nice and big appartment, I also used the washing machine, very handy if you have kids. There are always taxi’s available in front of the building and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We wanted to book an extra night but the accommodation could not extend our stay. We had to book an extra night via booking.com at a higher price and without breakfast… because if you book a stay for 2 nights or longer, you get a better price and breakfast included. We already had booked 3 nights, so this was our 4th night but it’s a pity that they could not arrange this at the accommodation, it’s 2023 after all.

I liked the breakfast options, not too many but an ala carte serving. In a restaurant setting so that you can do a takeaway if you prefer. The location was excellent in the middle of District 1. Accessible to many parts of the city. The staff were friendly.and helpful even the bellboy who helped us off the taxi. All in, I would definitely stay there again given the chance. Exceeded all my expectations.

While we requested for the water cooler to be refilled as it was empty, it did not happen until the next day. It was but a small hindrance as there was a kettle. Very minor point to make.

The service was very good. People would be at the front to open car doors, service was quick, the workers were nice. We had a very big room with lots of storage and they even let us keep a few luggages there as we are moving around vietnam for the month. Our kids loved the pool, the food was pretty decent. Steer away from the western food and try to asian menu for breakfast

very clean and spacious. staff is helpful. there’s a convenience shop in the same building. the play room for kids is great. our apartment had all the amenities, appliances and utensils even to live there. location is also good - not too far from the buys little Tokyo area but in a relatively less busy are.

the property is at least 3, 4 decades old so it’s quite visible in fittings, furniture and decor. however, it’s very spacious and clean so not a big deal.

it’s old. i did not use any amenities other than the bed and bathroom. there was a washing machine but there is no space to hang clothes/ no dryer/ have to ask for clothes rack. Breakfast is included but not very nice foods were served. I ended up paying for food at the same restaurant.
