Beautiful little boutique Hotel, super friendly staff, great breakfast included in the price. Nice little rooftop restaurant. Very comfortable beds.

Didn't have a real shower, just a tub with a wand you had to pull out to hose yourself down, no shower curtain so floor would get a bit wet. Minor inconvenience.

Very friendly staff and nice lobby. Very central and you can walk to all sights by foot. I would book it again but a different room.

Internet didn't work in my room, there was a lot of mold in rhe bathroom. Asked twice about the Internet and was told someone would come and check, but that didn't happen.

Clean room with pleasing aesthetic, friendly staff, central location. Great spread for breakfast buffet. Hotel restaurant is nice with a great rooftop view of HCMC. Whilst the menu was largely oriented towards western cuisine which wasn't our preference, the food and drinks were quite good. The hotel provides a range of complimentary travel items during your stay which is quite useful/helpful (e.g. portable wifi device, personal USB charged fan, traditional hats etc). Bathroom was a little dated, shower curtain was too small to prevent water from getting on the floor, gap between wall and bathtub not sealed allowing shower water in. TV limited to cable channels only, no Smart TV/Chromecast

The staff were really friendly and courteous. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the bed is amazing. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of the city and the food is splendid. I would recommend the hotel purely on how good the food is and at a fair price.

The gym could be bigger and better stocked with weights but it depends on your length of stay and preference offcourse. The rooms as mentioned above are spacious and comfortable but they are a little dated, not a deal breaker but more of nitpicking.

The staff are all great Friendly and helpfull and accomodating to all our needs. Very attentive and one kind lady even made an online order for us as we needed to buy something. Many thanks to all the team members. Rooms are small, but they are clean and beds are comfortable. The location is very good, close to the Observation Deck and shopping centers as well.

As mentioned, rooms are pretty small. As we had 4 luggages, we always bumped into something. Also be careful when booking, as some rooms do not have windows. The thing i really did not like is that there is no isolation at all, so you can here everything from the neighbours. One early morning, must have been around 5 am, the couple next door decided to start a fight so that was really disturbing. If you have no trouble sleeping, then this will not be a big inconvenient. Breakfast is ok, but can definetly be improved to match the 4 stars of the hotel. Most dishes were vietnameze / asian style, although the big majority of guests were european...there should be a balance

The service at Odys hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly and you are able to borrow a powerbank,umbrella, electric fan. They go above and beyond for their hotel guest and just do the most.

The only SMALL minor thing for me personally that I did not like was that there was no conditioner. I have dyed hair hence conditioner is very important for me to keep it upkept. I called reception for conditioner but all they brought up was Shampoo and Body Soap. However, minus that everything was perfect. The bed and rooms are what you expect as you spend all day out and you're really just sleeping. The water pressure on the shower is weak but the service from the staff is outstanding, you will not even notice all these small minor first world inconveniences.

The staff were wonderful, especially the manager when we arrived Miss Kate nothing was too much trouble. There was a miss understanding regarding transfer however this was due to different language. Our room was on the 6th floor and overlooked the main road so we could watch the goings on from morning till dark. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good but the floor tiles when wet were slippery when wet, but a hand towel on the floor helped. The air-conditioning was perfect as it was a welcoming relief from the outside humidity. The breakfast was on the 20th floor and the selection of food was amazing as it covered everyone taste, again the staff were so very helpful and friendly. The lifts between floors were rather quick we didnt have long to wait. Overall we had a great experience st Odys Boutique

The only I can say was the slippery floor in the bathroom a falls risk if not careful.

staff were friendly but at times communication poor. We had complimentary mini bar but there was only water and one coke and one beer and they wanted us to pay , didn’t know we had complimentary mini bar and same with afternoon tea , it didn’t happen. Had to show a copy of our booking at checkout to prove we didn’t have to pay for the one bottle of water we had. Rooms on the small side.

Rooms had a good size and furnished quite well. A very nice bar on the roof with really good service and delicious food. Hotel service was also really good with a lot of helpful information, guides and tips.

Bathrooms were a bit outdated. There was also some bad smell coming from the bathroom occasionally. !! We occupied two different rooms on different occasions (4 days and then another 2 days) Room did not match the one we booked in the initial stay. We had two single beds instead of a queen and a bathroom instead of a shower.
