The key to a great experience here was, quite simply, the amazing service. The staff were always willing and ready to make sure you had what you needed and went out of their way to provide small comforts even when we hadn't asked. Hannah, Sarah and others (apologies for any mispelled names) were all fantastic. Meanwhile the pool area was small but lovely and really enjoyable, the a la carte breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's also about a minute's walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, spas and beach clubs, and around a cheap 15 minute taxi ride to Hoi An's Old Town.

We didn't really have any significant issues with our stay.

This is a fabulous new hotel which opened in June 2023. That is why it does not have many reviews yet as it is brand new! It is fantastic and so well run, the staff are wonderful and so professional. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are fantastic. They are very spacious and everything is new and well designed. The air conditioning is brilliant in the room. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The room had great shower with lovely shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The hair dryer was excellent and very strong. The bed is very comfortable with spotless white bedsheets. Every single one of the staff are truly fantastic and made our stay wonderful and memorable. They knew each of us by name and looked after us so well. Everyone was so friendly and we felt at home. Phuc, Viet and Nee were so good to us, as were every single other member of staff. Thank you all. Eveyone always had a warm hello for us and were so helpful. The pool is brilliant and very clean. We got complimentary airport transfers from Da Nang Airport which was excellent. The breakfast is a la carte and you can pick what you would like the evening before for the following morning. It was so tasty and lovely to have such a variety to choose from. The hotel is located in a fantastic area in An Bang and it is only a 30 second walk from the beach. Very easy to get taxis into Hoi An old town in the evening time. We enjoyed having our pool and beach during the day and going into the old town in the evening for dinner. I would highly highly recommended this hotel. We were a couple and it was wonderful. There were also young families there who were loving it also. We loved our stay and would 100% stay here again if we ever visit the area again. We have recommended it to all of our friends and family.

The Hotel ChiEM exceeded our expectations, it’s a great place to stay in Vietnam. What was important that Phuc met us at the airport and transferred to the hotel, that was very convenient. Every day we’re well cared by the hospitable Phuc and Viet🥰 It’s a modern hotel with the great interiors, extremely tidy and comfortable. The photos don’t reflect how magic this place is. It’s an excellent location in a quiet street, just 30 seconds away from the beach. The breakfast is full of variety of delicious meals and drinks, simply the best that we had in Vietnam. Thank you very much for your care and hospitality. We would love to come back again

The location is lovely, deep inside a beautiful small alley way like a hidden gem. The hotel is 1 minute walk away from the An Bang beach which is lovely because you can hear the waves hit the beauty white sand from the hotel balcony. Even though the hotel is brand new the staff is professional and always at the ready to offer help. Since this is brand new hotel, the facility feature a classic Indochine style architecture with every hand pick materials thats beautiful to the touch. From the wooden hand rails of the elevator to the soft like cloud bedding. Everything just tune up the feels to eleven. I would love to comeback to the beautiful city of Hoi An again and I definitely pick this hotel to spend my vacation here again

Lovely, quaint hotel metres away from the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and airy, and should you wish to stay in rather than explore the nearby attractions, there’s a decent gym, sauna and a lovely pool, and the internet is perfectly serviceable. The staff is extremely lovely and have done their utmost to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Would recommend to anyone, especially those who wish to stay somewhere away from the noise of the main road

Compact boutique hotel. Restful, quiet and clean. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel from a wide variety of choices, promptly served to table. Very comfortable room with a good bed. But what made this exceptional was the friendliness of the staff. Their constant and genuine warmth made our stay an absolute delight.

I would have liked a little more flexibility regarding breakfast- you have to book the night before - the time etc which isn’t a massive issue but if you wake up starving you have to wait until your allocated time

Chiem Hoi An was the hotel we liked most on our trip to Vietnam. Situated in a quiet side street the beach, restaurants and spas are just a few steps away. The old town we reached quickly with a Grab. Nearby rice fields we visited with the bikes offered complimentary by the hotel. The hotel has a modern, clean design and lush plants around the pool, the terraces and balconies. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of very good quality and more than sufficient. Looking back we were more than happy to have chosen Chiem, the beach and the quiet village over staying in the old town of Hoi An.

The hotel is well located. It’s a quiet town anyway, but the hotel is tucked down a side street, 60 seconds walk from the ‘main’ road and 20 seconds from the beach. There are an abundance of great restaurants and spas within a few minutes walk, plenty of local tours will pick you up from the resort and a taxi to the ancient town is reasonably priced. I was upgraded to a pool view room upon arrival for half of my stay, so my time was spent between pool view and garden view. Both rooms were very nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable, air con cold, lovely waterfall showers and overall all a lovely beach town luxury feel. Breakfast came in courses, in truth if you opt for all of the courses it’s probably too much food (but then again, no one’s forcing you to opt into them all, and in my experience the kitchen were open to fulfilling requests if you had them). The staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and addressed me by my name which made it feel very personal. They shared local knowledge and insight into the area. I’m ashamed to say that my Vietnamese is basically non existent, fortunately the staff all spoke very comprehensive English so there was never any miscommunication or awkward interactions. Sadly I fell unwell during my stay and they went out of their way to ensure I was looked after, really going well above and beyond what would be expected. I’m incredibly grateful I stayed with them. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Faultless. If anything, I’d say that the system for ordering breakfast isn’t to my liking, but I’d really be nitpicking. You have to place your order the day before which feels like a bit of a chore as I don’t really know what I’ll feel like in the morning, but the flip side is a very smooth, efficient, well organised breakfast where delicious food appears in front of you as soon as the previous course is finished.

The villa was perfect for a group of friends. All the facilities were top quality. Comfortable beds and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. Pool area was gorgeous and the pool was the perfect temperature. Sunny in the morning with lovely shade in the afternoons. Breakfast was taken in the main hotel and was of an extremely high standard. But best of all were the lovely lovely staff who were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. They helped us arrange trips, gave great advice about places to eat and even looked after me when I tripped over and hurt my ankle.
