Wonderful stay here. Not a 5* if that’s what you want but we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Bathroom is a bit rustic but everything is clean and spacious. We had the triple room which had a big patio. Well worth a few extra dollars for the big airy patio. Plenty of room to dry out beach clothes and just enjoy the ambiance. Tinh was so friendly and helpful, she can take care of any needs or questions you have. We ordered breakfast the night before and told her what time we wanted to eat. It was a feast! I also ate dinner one night and that too was great. Had the scallops and wound up eating there for dinner a second night. It’s an easy walk to the beach - maybe 7 or 8 minutes and pretty much everything you might want is close by. All this and it was quiet ! Should I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay here again.

The Place and the Host were amazing. As it is not in Hoi An but a bit further out I assume its a bit more quiet than in town. But by bike/Taxi you'll be fast in town, could even be walked in an hour. Its only a few minutes by walk to the beach and there is lots of foodoptions arround. The room itself was really beautiful and clean. The Host was very helpful, with organising bicycles, tours, airport pickup and other advice and in general very welcoming. We really enjoyed it here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Comfortable and spacious room with a big patio at the back. The bathroom was nice, having the outdoor shower feeling. The interior design was also charming. It's located in a quiet street among houses. The beach is around 5 min walk, and nearby is a local wet market. The owner was friendly and also helped getting the rental motorbike and airport shuttle service. The breakfast was offered free of charge since we stayed for 3 nights, which was a surprise. It was delicious.

Great place to stay, which feels far from Hoi An but still very worth it. Taxi prices are really low and you will get some much in return compared to the city. The host Thinh is really friendly and accommodating so a big shout out to her. She can help you with all your questions. Rooms food everything was great 😄

It’s lovely and small but very relaxing right at the beach!

the building work next door waking us up early every day wasn’t great….but we have stayed here before and didn’t have this. so it must have been a one off.

The location was a win, very short walk to the quiet side of the beach. The room itself was very pretty and felt like a beach hut! The shower was very nice, everything was clean and there was a fridge which helped alot. I have nothing bad to say about this accommodation, loved it. The owner was really nice too, our flight was late in the evening so she let us stay until 8pm for a small fee so we could shower and nap. She also organised a taxi for us cheaper than the going rate. Room had a dimmer too which was lovely for the evenings, fan and air con were much appreciated

Perfect location in this sweet little village at the beach with many great restaurants around and also just 10min from Hoi An. The staff in the hostel was really friendly, breakfast choice great and really worth the price. The rooms were small but very clean, also the bathroom.

Our outside sitting area on front of the room was rather small and just made of concrete without garden view.

The decorations were perfectly the same at reviews on app. There were also 2 small chairs outside so we can take off our stuff when we get back. A big fan on the ceiling was useful to drying our clothes in such bad weather. The room was clean and full of facilities as well.

We stayed in a rainy day unfortunately so it was terrible to ride from the homestay to the ancient town (about 15 mins). We willing to do that with normal weather instead. And besides, the bathroom also got rain because of a ceiling door so it was a little wet. Finally it was quiet difficult to find the house cus it dont have any exact address

very comfortable stay. close to the beach and many food options around. warm and friendly owner tinh who helped with arranging the transport from airport and into hoi an. there is also an awesome spa just opposite that you can get discount if you are staying here.

Perfect location! A minute walk to the beach, 10 mins in a taxi to Hoi An old town, lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops within reach if you need snacks, water, coffee or a meal! It was absolutely pouring down when we arrived (no beach day for us!) but we took a quick taxi to the indoor food market in Old town Hoi An and used the outdoor kitchen at Cashew Tree to make a meal - a super lovely and romantic night! The hosts could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, bright and comfy. Especially loved the shower with plants! Will definitely be coming back and staying for much longer - hopefully it'll be sunny next time 🤣❤
