After six months of travelling Asia, this is by far my favourite. If I was to rate how happy I was and how well I slept. This place is heaven. Location tops everything and the best bed I've slept in and that is never to be undervalued when travelling Asia. The pool was a great bonus, but I love swimming in the ocean. Literally a 50-meter walk. The Shore Club, Black Pearl and Deck House on the beachfront are where I'd spend my day. The food is awesome. Good Wi-Fi. and breakfast. Luan will look after you well, great English, and nothing is too much trouble. Far better holiday being here and going to the Old Town now and then. I had such a great time. I'm returning for a month in a few days. Yay!!!

Everything! Shhhh this is a hidden jem! If you are looking for a lovely property close but not on the beach with beautiful caring staff then this is the place. Lou-Ann is the receptionist aka hotel manager and she goes above and beyond to help make your stay a truly memorable one. She knows you all by first name and helps to organize anything you need including medical treatment, transport, breakfast….plus her family are involved! The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and quaint. Breakfast is a small affair made just for you near the pool. The location is just 10 mins from Hoi An by car. There are loads of restaurants around the property that are cheaper and better food than in Hoi An. We have been to Life Beach Villa twice and this is the only place we would stay 🩷

Nothing. We have stayed in 5 * big fancy hotels but you can’t go past this small villa with caring beautiful staff.

Probably one of my favourite parts of the whole trip. This hotel has a really nice greek/mediterranean vibe. It feels modern and well decorated. The pool area is very quiet and fresh to cool down after a day at the beach. The beach is walking distance, maybe only 2 minutes and you have a direct access through the pool area. The room was very spacious, the bed+pillows+linens were very very comfortable. Cable Tv available. Breakfast was nice and delicious. Try the banana pancake ;) The manager and the security at the reception were very friendly. Beach tip: at the beach, on your right, look for the sunbeds of the bar/restaurant called Soul Kitchen. You only pay for what you drink/eat, not for the sunbed. The staff is very very friendly and the food is amazing.

The location was excellent, very close to restaurants, bars & beach. Room was perfect & large. I can’t speak highly enough about Lou-Ann, she was so accommodating & helpful. The hotel is luck enough to have her working for them. She couldn’t do enough to make me feel at home. Breakfast was great & pool area was a nice place to have a swim after a 50 meter walk home from the beach. It was the perfect hotel for my month long holiday.

Great location lovely spacious room comfy bed and a good shower.clean pool great beach bars close by and plenty of taxis if you want to go into hoi an 8 to 10 minutes cost £3.00 approx. Beach towels in room if you need them.

Breakfast was a little boring so we went to the beach bar for breakfast there is no real help at the front desk generally no one there except the cleaner who could not speak english.lots of plug points in the room most of which did not work needs a bit of TLC and it would be great

This was the third property we stayed in the area and would totally recommend it. This villa is literally a minutes walk to the beach and located near many dining & mini mart options. That being said it’s tucked away and still quiet. Luan at the front desk was so friendly, professional and welcoming always making sure we had all we need. We stayed in the garden room which was huge & filled with tasteful antique furnishings with quality linens and a hanging mosquito net that was clean and appropriately sized. We also appreciated the large ceiling fans both inside and outside on the private terrace - a great touch! If it wasn’t booked up we’d try to stay longer!

totally minor but the entrance to the garden room is quite dark at night so it would be helpful to have a night light you could switch on that’s not linked to the room key.

The hotel and the people that work there were wonderful. My room was beautiful and Luan who is the manager was so kind and helpful, she couldn’t have done more to make my stay better. The property is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that’s great for running, walking or sunbathing. It’s equally as close to some really friendly and excellent quality bars, restaurants and cafes. It’s a very relaxed vibe which I love. If I didn’t have to leave because of my visa allowance I would have absolute stayed longer. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Second time staying here, this place is super clean and comfortable with great service. So close to the beach but still super quiet. Breakfast is great, as is having some outdoor space with fans for the evening. Thanks again Luan!

Confusing on booking.com Pictures are confusing Deluxe room doesn't include breakfast but standard room does? First time we stayed in standard room and breakfast was included so made the assumption that all rooms included breakfast

Luann and the other staff at the property were wonderful. The property is situated very close to An Bang Beach, with access to many restaurants, spas and bars. The street food was cheap, tasty and authentic.great service, location and weather

Location is perfect a 2 minute walk to beach. Lots of restaurants and spa places nearby. Great pool and sun loungers. Staff fabulous, friendly and helpful. We loved it here 🩵

No complaints at all. We did have the cheapest room type and it didn’t come with a balcony/veranda….however there are sun loungers around the pool and chairs near kitchen area if you want to sit around.
