We stayed for 4 nights at De An and had an absolutely wonderful time. Check in was smooth and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Our room was very spacious and the pool area was such a nice place to relax. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access the main attractions in a short time, by foot or bike. All in all, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Location was good about 1 km from the old town. Nice pool and bar area and restaurant. Staff were very helpful and Xavia and the team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Large rooms with nice bathroom. The hotel gives you free access to bicycles which we used daily to travel around Hoi An.

Our only criticism was that the coffee machine was broken and we couldn't get a good coffee at the hotel. But there were local cafes very close by, so wasn't a major issue for us.

The staff are attentive and kind. The hotel is out of the old quarter, with 15-20 mins walk. Calling Grab car is easy if it’s too hot to walk. Very quiet at night. There was no buffet breakfast on the second night of the stay but the staff asked you to choose from menu - which I actually enjoyed my noodle bowl more than the buffet.

It’s a bit off from the old town - it’s a 15-20 min walk which is nice daytime, but a bit dark if you walk back home in the evening. You can get free bikes from the hotel though or easily take a cab/grab.

The hotel is beautiful and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best beds and pillow. The location is perfect, not too far from oldtown and quiet. We made full use of the the free bicycles. Definitely will come back if we are in hoi an. Ala carte breakfast is good too! in the beautiful conserve heritage building in front.

Brand new hotel. Breakfast is served at the front of the hotel in a gorgeous building. Breakfast was very delicious. Beautiful hotel and very picturesque pool area. Good size room and I like that the bathroom and toilets are seperate. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Free bicycles to ride into town. Thank you for the free upgrade!

The decoration is very nice and modern.

I think you should use good quality toilet paper, e.g: Bless you or something is better. I think the switch for toilet should put near the toilet. Now it is put at bedhead. It’s quite low. If we don’t stay in bed, it’s disadvantage to control it. I don’t like air-conditioning location. It blows wind on my head.

Absolutely stunning hotel, with beautiful rooms and the most lovely pool. It lies a little out of the centre of Hoi An, but it’s easily walkable and you can also hire bikes from the hotel for free. I also liked the fact it’s a little out of the centre as it made it an even more peaceful place to relax. Really lovely staff too.

great location for accessing the old town as well as some of the surrounding areas by bike. The staff were great. The Wifi was good enough to work/teams calls with video, although I had to keep the room door open for video calls but this wasn’t too much of an issue.

All the staff was awesome, the pool was extremely clean as well as the room. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hoi An. Value for the stay is an understatement, I would stay here again if I were to visit this city again. Very close to the Anthony Bourdain visited restaurant and old town.
