This was my favorite hotel on out 3 week holiday in Vietnam. It was far more spacies than I expected. Our bathroom with huge bathtub was beautiful, we fealt very spoiled. The pool was lovely, beautiful garden, services was excellent and the prices of refreshments, cocktails and food was reasonable. We enjoyed seeing the traditioal rice noodle making at the ancient house at the bottom of the property. The included breakfast was also fantastic, and the best omelets we have ever had. We loved using the complementary bicycles so much that we didnt need to use the complementary shuttle bus to the town centre or the beach.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and will continue to not only stay here but recommend to friends. Good pool area, excellant breakfast, shuttle service to town or beach, very friendly and helpful staff.

Kindest most genuinely welcoming staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled extensively. Beautiful room in garden setting and pool. Free shuttles into town and back. Stayed here also 10 years ago and luckily it has not changed. No ugly sterile modern hotel here. Just traditional old world place but very well maintained. Was sad to leave.

We had a family room which was plenty big enough for two adults and two younger children. It was beautifully decorated, modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was great and had enough sunloungers for everyone. They provided towels at the pool for your use there. The hotel is close by to the town, a short journey in a taxi but easy to reach by walking or bike also. We loved cycling to the beach through the paddy fields. Hopefully we will return one day soon.

Just a couple of small things; There was a good variety on offer at breakfast, but the coffee could have been better. Vietnamese iced coffee was good but only other coffee on offer was ‘American easy taste’ (or something like that) and it was awful. The hotel offer a shuttle service. Could do with a few more times available. We turned up 10 minutes before the last departure from town at night, to see the mini bus full and already driving away.

Loved the gardens. Hoi An Ancient House is beautifully laid out around a central axis of a pool and old ancient house producing noodles. Rooms were very clean and spacious with luxury bath included. Breakfasts were good. Staff were friendly. Return shuttle buses into town and beach operated several times a day, which we often utilised as the daytime temperatures were very hot during our stay. Hoi An Ancient house was convenient to everything but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. One of the nicest places we stayed throughout our three weeks in Vietnam.

Everything was good. Hoi An is super hot in May, but no one can control the weather.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Any requests were attended to straight away and in a very nice manner. The rooms were a good size and well maintained. The breakfasts were consistently good. The resort was very well looked after nice landscaping and pool area. The location was good about a 20 min walk into the old town with cafes and coffee shops along the way and a shuttle bus as an alternative to walking.

Could do with better lighting in the living area, the lighting in the bathroom is very good but I had to leave it on all the time with the doors open to have sufficient lighting. A light over the bed area would be helpful. It would be good to provide guests with a carafe of water each day and just one bottle of water each on the first day. Guests could then simply refill their plastic bottle from the carafe every day rather than go through numerous bottles of water to help cut down on plastic. Likewise a large cotton shopping bag could be provided so that guests can say no to all the plastic bags handed out with every purchase.

The landscape was quite unique. I loved all the different plants around the property, it's such a beautiful scenery and provides a lot of shade from the hot sun. The rooms were also comfortable, and breakfast was very filling. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off. Staff was very attentive and helpful in recommending places to eat and visit, and also helped call a taxi for us.

In our triple room, the door of the toilet was a little too close to the toilet itself, and the door of the shower area did not close all the way. There was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom area but only a wall.

We booked this place based on recommendations from Wanderlust Travel magazine for being unique. The place is beautiful and unique. Staff was super, service is being offered without asking. Breakfast buffet is plentiful in a tranquil environment. Fresh flowers and fruits are in the room.

It’s not in center of old town. 25 minutes walk to old town. There’s shuttle service to old town but not very frequent.

A very good quality hotel with an excellent swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Free shuttle to the historic city of HoiAn (approx. 10 minutes journey). Far from the airport - you need to reserve 60 minutes by taxi.

It is not directly related to the hotel - we ordered a 1-day trip to the imperial city of Hue through the reception. Organizationally without problems. But the guide quality was very low.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Great location with ATM out the front and free shuttle to town was awesome. The swimming pool was amazing and a great buffet breakfast was included. The grounds were beautiful and maintained to an excellent standard. We would definitely recommend this resort.
