The stay at Jessica's Place was great. The room is big and clean, the location a bit outside which makes it quiet at night, the breakfast is Vietnamese Soup and (good!) coffee and fruits. Jessica helped us booking the bus to the next town, getting a Tour to My Son as well as translating on the phone in a minor emergency. She also offers laundry service. And the shower worked well. The garden seems very nice, sadly weatherconditions didn't give us the opportunity to test it out that much. I guess during dry season it's even better, since it's close to the beach and should be close enough with a bycicle!

Only two small recommendations: Since it should not only rain when we visit Hoi An, but should rain more often in general, a place to hang wet stuff (except the wooden cupboard) would be nice. And to me, the bathroom door wouldn't need to be a milky glasdoor. I know this is popular at the moment, but always weird to me - no matter in which combination I'm traveling.

The best thing about this hotel is the lovely family that own and run it! We stayed 4 nights and they were so friendly throughout our whole stay. The breakfast which is included is a great portion and very tasty. Our room was large and comfortable, and the pool was nice to have to chill and cool down! It was super handy to have the free bikes, as it is a little way out of town.

You can hear noise from outside early in then morning, but otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Very nice family run holiday home. Location is very good in between an Old town and the beach which you can easy get to on the bicycle that is there ready for you. In the morning they serve nice breakfast and you feel like on the contryside it is nice and quite. There is shop right on the corner from the villa and very good noodle Phó restaurant if you need quick food or drink. Good value for money as well

Everything about our stay was fantastic , from the first step into the property till the time we had to leave. The staff went out of there way to help us with day tours to transport and generally make us fell like family, the villa was clean comfortably and everything we needed to enjoy our stay, We highly recommend Gia Lam Villa Hoi An and can’t thank them enough for making our stay exceptional. Lovely home stay within walking distance to old town, or a short bicycle ride (which were free) lovely kind family, breakfast was included. The king size bed was very comfortable, which was a bonus. Vietnam beds are rock solid. The pool was so nice and clean.

Wifi was a problem for us the first night but once we spoke to them about it, it was then working for us. Otherwise not much to fault.

Second time visiting the property. A place I will always remember. A home away from home. Near the walkable rice fields. 15min from the beach by bicycle. 10min from the old town. Great swimming pool. Very clean. Just outside of inner city hustle and bustle. Lovely family run business. Definitely will come back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the most amazing family running it. The outside area is like being in the South of France. Super pretty! The family were so helpful and lovely with us, we ended up staying 2 extra nights. A great location too, just a 10 min drive away from the Old Town

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Family run Small Villa/Hotel. the couple are very friendly and they let us check in the room at 5:15AM for 300 000 (£10) as our nightbus us arrived early and we woke them both up very friendly and helpful. Pool & rooms are clean and it’s out the way of the busy roads and crowds. Free bikes to rent to cycle into the town 5/10 minute ride

The location is great. The property is beautiful, clean and mostly the hostess is extremely kind, helpful, a pleasure to be around her. One of the best places that I’ve seen. I strongly recommended.

There isn’t anything not to like about this property

Owners are delightful couple, making the stay here very comfortable. He readily booked a taxi for us whenever we hit the pubs in the evening. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, akways providing info on food, massages, sight seeing and made bookings for the Bamboo Show FOC. Had an extra large attached bathroom, much bigger than my home bathroom.
