Hoi An Chic is surrounded by an abundance of rice paddy fields in An My Village - a luxurious experience of rural living. Daily breakfast is served at their sister company Chic Chill-Lax which is just 1 min walk from its location. We dined there 95% all the time as their food was exceptionally fresh, delicious and well executed - mostly Vietnamese food. Both Hoi An Chic & Chic Chill-lax are surrounded by rice paddy fields / 360 view and are owned by the same owner(s). Both premises have English speaking employees so you don’t have to worry much about communications. The distance from Hoi An Chic to the Ancient Town & Ancient Morning Market is about 3km - walking time about 30 mins. One-way by Cab is about 60K VND / charged by meters. The distance from Hoi An Chic to the Hidden Beach is about 3km - walking time about 30 mins. Yummy Vietnamese food and drinks are available by the beach with FOC beach beds. Pristine waters and peaceful with super blue sky. And lastly, there are plenty of cafes & local restaurants, provision shops along the street way to Ancient Town.

This was a lovely place to stay a little way out of the busyness of Hoi An at Tet, between the town and the beach. The shuttle bus and bikes provided made it easy to get around. Our rooms were well presented and comfortable. There is a great roof top pool which we tried out on a sunny day. The breakfasts were delicious- plenty of fresh fruit and food prepared to order. We also had a lunch cooked for us on one day which was excellently. But best of all were the staff who went out of their way to help us, booking us a great cookery class and generally making us very welcome.

There was nothing we didn’t like except maybe the rain meant we couldn’t try out the bath and shower outside our room- we had to stick to the indoor shower.

The hotel is situated a little out of town surrounded by rice paddy fields. It feels tranquil and calm. There is a free shuttle into town. From the moment we arrived we were looked after perfectly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough. Rooftop pool is the perfect place to chill out. There are bikes available to use to explore locally. We even got to do a cooking class in their traditional kitchen - cooking over open fire. Food was delicious! Recommend highly!

Nothing - hated leaving!

The property and room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location is great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, which is still easily reached by bike and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle. The location is also quite close to the beaches. They offer complimentary bikes, which we enjoyed riding around the rice fields and seeing farmers, water buffalo, etc.

Only two small things I would change: (1) our balcony had only one lounge chair and it would have been nice to have two; and (2) the water temperature and pressure was inconsistent.

The staff were wonderful very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The retreat is just that so peaceful and beautiful. I could have lived in the bathroom huge and gorgeous! With shops walking distance and free shuttle into old quarter all day. Breakfast great and the restaurant next door is the most beautiful I've ever been to superb food! Will definitely stay again and recommend

Couple of very small problems which staff fixed straight away eg no shade at pool and umbrellas brought up and placed immediately

We loved this peaceful place just outside Hoi An old town. Beautiful room and bathroom (with finally 2 racks for 2 suitcases! No more putting them on the ground or improvise on some desk or something). Nice garden and in the middle of rice fields. Such sweet, helpful and funny hostesses! You can get bikes to Hoi An, we did the first day (around 15 min biking), but they were too small for my 1m95 husband, so we used Grab the rest of the time. Very easy to go around, also to the beach. Due to a recent typhoon, they are rebuilding the restaurant, i think it will re-open soon.

It’s not easy to walk from the hotel to Hoi An old city, will take around 40 minutes via a busy street. We didn’t mind, but good to know.

we stayed for our honeymoon. staff arranged flower and cake and wine at my room! so amazing also they give us free dinner for our celebration. they has such a nice hospitality. whenever we asked good restaurant or tour they arrange all things and everything was wonderful. I want to come back again. thank you so much!

sometimes hot water dose not come out on bus tub .

The staff were all so lovely and accomodating. The room we had was beautiful and always cleaned and well equipped. The decor around the hotel was stunning.

The location is a little way out of Hoi An, however they have a free shuttle that was super helpful.

Amazing hotel in the middle of rice fields. Unique and sustainable room design with beautiful view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it!

This was (not exaggerating) the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The service was exceptional. The facilities immaculate/clean. Garden well kept. Infinity pool over looking rice fields. Room was really cool. Quite spacious with high ceilings and marble tub overlooking rice field. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
