Family hotel run by lovely people. Views of river and rice fields away for the busy city centre. Room was large, bed was huge and comfortable and everything was clean. Including the large swimming pool which was a great place to relax after a hot day out. Drinking water supplied in reusable glass bottles was a great eco-friendly touch.

Wifi was patchy in the room I was in. Free bikes could have done with some maintenance

Here I stayed my longer period of my trip and it was a great place to do so, because I could feel like at home. The family who runs this homestay is very charming and try to help you as they can. They can arrange touristic activities, book ticket bus, etc. Also offer a service to Da Nang airport for a reasonable price, free bikes to ride to the city or wherever you want. Breakfast was delicious that included a drink, dome fruit and one main dish to choose. The location was also a good point, just in the middle between the beach and the city, just 5-10min riding by bike to both places, and very quiet to have a nice rest. I really recommend this homestay to spend some nights.

Lovely and helpful owner, amazing swimming pool, great breakfast. Comfy bed, lots of privacy. Super good location, 5min cycling to the beach and 10min to the old town. Perfect to be in the middle. Free bicycles! Had a good time, stayed for a few days

Everything was great, except I rented a motorbike for a day, but it was not good condition at all. The lights were not working, so had to ride home for one hour in a dark 🙂 make sure to check before renting out.

Without a doubt one of the very best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The beds in the dorm were super comfy and private, good lockers, night light etc. fresh towels everyday. Lovely breakfast every morning. The couple who run this place are absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help me have a great time in Hoi An. When I had an issue with booking a flight they were eager to help and phoned the airline company for me. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

This isn’t a ‘party’ hostel (which was fine for me) so there isn’t a lot of socialising with other guests.

We booked just one night and ended up booking a second. This place is lovely. It is out of town near some lovely rice fields. You can borrow bikes for free to cycle around the rice fields, to the beach and into town, it's not far at all on a bike.We stayed near old town our first night in Hoi An, then moved here which was a nice way to explore a different part of Hoi An but still close to cycle to old town. The breakfast is freshly made to order each morning and is a good size. There is a menu to choose what you would like as well as fresh fruit for dessert. The beds are large and comfy and the bathroom is a great size with a nice hot shower. The place is very clean and well looked after. The pool is well maintained as are the rest of the grounds. There is lots of seating for breakfast and we also ordered grab and ate dinner there too. A nice quiet place to have a drink at night on the balcony outside our room too. The owner is very helpful and offers lots of extras if you want them.All the staff there are his family and are all very helpful, friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here.

If you get a room at the front it can be a little noisy in the morning because of the road

Amazing Stay at Haemer Villa! I recently spent four nights at Haemer Villa during my vacation in Vietnam, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the owner and the staff. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The villa itself is stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms and a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the design of the villa is remarkable, and every corner is filled with charm and character. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food served at the villa. Each meal was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, showcasing the best of Vietnamese cuisine. I especially loved the fresh ingredients and the variety of dishes offered. Overall, I cannot recommend Haemer Villa highly enough. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Vietnam!

very nice place, run by a very nice and kind family. It is cleaned every day, the pool is wonderful and well maintained, and there are a lot of spots to sit and chill. free bicycles and the breakfast is, hands down, one of the best I had in a hotel/hostel so far!

the location is a little far from the old city, but you can get there easily by motorbike. at the same time, it is also nice to explore that area or just relax away from the hustle and bustle.

I enjoyed everything about this hostel/hotel. Minh and his family were so accommodating and helped me with so much. Info about local places, booking a bus etc.They have bikes free to borrow , which I put to good use. The hostel is only 10mins ride to the old town and beach. Very quiet with restaurants only minutes walk. Each morning I was made a delicious breakfast of many choices. I really cannot fault anything here! The beds were very comfortable, use of the pool, cleanliness 5star! It was a great finale to my travels! Thankyou Minh, mum and dad, I will definitely see you next year! Rachel

Minh and his family did a great job! Ended up staying a full week, the place is spacious, very clean and pretty. They even have a pool and places to relax inside and out. The dorm beds are basically capsules, well built and very stable. The rice fields are just a 5 minute (free) bike-ride away and you can sort a scooter at the property. Breakfast was consistently delicious. Full 10/10

I would definitely recommend this accommodation. The dorm is great. It is very clean, beds are comfortable, curtains for good privacy if needed, big lockers, towel, aircon well working, a balcony attached to the room (nice for sitting outside too), lights, plugs and fan at each bed. Breakfast (with iced coffee) is great too! Facilities with an inviting and clean swimming pool. Nice location with rice paddies close by. Could not hear the big street in front of the building from my room. It is easy to access the beaches and go to the city with the free bicycles (5-15 mins drive depending how fast you are and where you are going). Last but not least, Minh and his family are amazing hosts. They were so friendly and made me feel very welcome. Also, they gave me great recommendations for shopping and booked a tour and transport for me at the best available price. I never felt pressured to buy or book anything though, they were very helpful and kind. Minh also helped me out when my transportation to the airport got problematic. All in all they helped me to have wonderful last days in vietnam and i am very thankful for that! I had an amazing time there. If i come back to Hoi An, I would stay there again.
