Great hotel with great location. Very friendly staff (also those in charge of room service, or of solving problems/requests in the rooms during the night). Comfy beds and sheets, very clean rooms and facilities. There was a problem with our reservation. The evening staff did not communicate internally that we were staying an extra night. The next morning a young girl from reception called us to tell us that we had to check out, and that our room was occupied for the night, without giving us any solution or offering any help. It could have been a problem for us... The manager, male, in his 40s(?), (unfortunately we didn't get his name!), quickly took care of this situation and assigned us a room with an even better view. In a very friendly and polite way! We would like to take this chance to thank him for his gesture and good handling of the situation.

Everything was fine. I would like to give a couple of suggestions: - Improve the coffee and tea offer - Have an extra pan exclusively for vegetarian omelettes (at the moment they clean them every time, but it would be good to have one for the people with diet restrictions)

I'll start off with a big shout out to Ms. Lan Anh (in the photo), the Supervisor in the frontdesk for arranging everything to us from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The check-in process (although got some minor hiccups) went smoothly through her. The check-out was a breeze too. We tried the shuttle back to Nha Trang airport and the ride was exemptional. The room itself is fairly reasonable, not too small, yet not big either, perhaps just right. Definitely a great value for money. Did I say the night market is really just walking distance, as well as the beach and all other areas of interest? It's really right there in the center of everything.

We mentioned this to Ms. Lan Anh as well that the food in the breakfast was not that exemplary. The taste was not there, bland at its taste. Appreciate the custom egg omelet and sunny side up cooked right in front of you, but the other food in the buffet table lacks some "real Vietnam taste". Another concern, to which may not be hotel's fault are people dripping wet and riding the elevators, either coming from the beach or the pool. Perhaps have some signage to not go walk without patting oneself dry.

- Very friendly and professional staff from the moment we entered the building. - The room was incredibly comfortable. There was a lovely view, a small table to eat, spacious bathroom, etc. - The buffet breakfast is super tasty. There are plenty of options as well. It’s one of the better breakfast buffets we’ve had. - The gym is also excellent. There’s enough machines and weights to have a solid workout. - The location is wonderful - you’re walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and cafes. - In the lobby, they have a “business center” with monitors for individuals who want to do work.

- The “business center” wasn’t a separate room. Instead, it was a separate section of the lobby. The lobby can get very loud and busy, so it could be difficult to concentrate or take calls if you need to. - The wifi in the gym wasn’t that good, which is not ideal if you need it to listen to music or follow a workout.

We were greeted with a glass of fresh watermelon and a plate of fruit. They let us have a free early check in which was awesome! The room had an amazing view of the beach.

The pool bar was misleading. On their website there was a cocktail menu for the bar. We went down when it was open and tried to order some cocktails but the guys working there said they couldn’t make any. They only had 2 kinds of beer in the fridge.

The location is very good to access city, beach and shops nearby. The room was on the high floor with terrific view with city and ocean. The room rate is reasonable . The employees of hotel reception were very kind, especially KOI , he is such a smart and kind man. He helped me booking tour attractions with efficient and updated information. And what’s more, when I checked out, he arranged a car with correct way promptly so I could check out immediately and got a flight in time. I appreciate Koi as a 5 star service man with high gratitude. I will stay in Libra hotel next time if I visit Nha trang again in the future.

The first impression of hotel wasn’t very good when I saw the level of cleaning of the room. Hairs on the floor in a bathroom, the water leaked out through the shower booth.

This hotel is a short distance from the beach, we didn't use their private one as we only stayed one night. Breakfast has alot of options, the pool is great too if you want somewhere quiet and cooler to hang out. The staff were friendly. We had a really late train and they let us stay and use the facilities until we needed to leave. The view from the room was incredible (ocean view)

Was a bit sad the room we had didn't have a bath (as pictured), but the view was amazing.

Great location, near by many places to eat, shop, go to the beach, and explore and 5 min walk from the beach! Easy check in and the receptionist knows English. The room was excellent from A/C to the restroom. Having the beach view was nice too. The hotel was modern, very clean and great facilities! There are quite a lot of options for breakfast. The pool has a great view of the beach and sea and the gym if full of great equipment.

The pool is freezing - as it's on the 7th floor, it's covered by the floor above so doesn't get exposed to the sun. The lift system needs work - there is no coordination between the three lifts, resulting in very long waiting times. It would be great if the AC temperature at the gym was adjustable. Despite the above, I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Very nice hotel. Got service and nice rooms. The gym is huge here. They also gave me a really nice welcome fruit plate. Very cute and delicious. This is actually my second time staying here. I came here few months back and decided to come back. The selling point for me coming back was the gym. It was big and has everything I need. Much nicer and spacious gym than another 5star hotel I stayed in nha trang that costs more than double.

The hotel property itself was well located and the amenities had a lot of potential. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Good breakfast

The employees were not very attentive except at the breakfast. Hot water went out one evening and the air-conditioning also quit one night. Due to lack of guest, no shuttle, no dining room, no bar at the pool, beach access was to far to walk and shuttle to and from once a day.
