We had an amazing time with this hotel.Truly 5 stars hotel with perfect and efficient services. Room condition is superb and very clean. Staffs are highly professional with very polite attitude. The location was extremely convenient. A short walk to the night market and beach . The staff were very helpful in particular Mai the restaurant manager . She went over and beyond for her guests . She took note of what we liked to have for breakfast and often had it prepared once we arrived. She even organised a massage and facial for me, all I had to do was turn up ! She was simply amazing and was the highlight of our stay. The pool was a nice touch and ample space even when other guests were enjoying it . There was always somewhere around the pool that you could relax in . The hotel was immaculately at all times and smelt beautiful once we walked in the doors

If I have to be picky, on arrival we checked in and no information was given about the hotel or surrounding area. We had to discover for ourselves which wasn’t an issue. But Mai the restaurant manager was very informative and gave us lots of tips on where to go and how to get there . Thank you again Mai. I think the only downside was the elevators were stuffy and so was the corridor leading to rooms . But not a big issue.

very clean and very helpful staff, they are very willing to help us with our special request, of which I appreciate a lot. Breakfast was ok, but clean. Restaurant food is very good, clean and not so pricey. We love the beef dish. Room service was very good. pool are chilling. good wifi.

they might can reduce the intensity of perfume / fragrance in the lobby. it was too intensive and if you have a sensitive nose, it could be too much. breakfast could be better. wifi is only good in the living room but quite slow in the bedroom. a curtain for the bathtub could avoid the the water splashing around in the bathroom.

breakfast was great, amazing choice of various cuisine, multiple fresh on-demand stations. the staff was really good and going above and beyond to help with any queries we had and helped organised our day activities. the spa was a great moment, and offered a good selection of treatment.

Hard to find anything to fault for this hotel, only downside, which was a little bit beyond the hotel's control was that we couldn't use the pool facility when we visited in December, due to cold/windy weather and not having a sunny orientation.

Excellent quality and wonderful variety. Cleanliness always with staff moving around continually. Plenty of seats in the large buffet. No matter what time you came for breakfast it always looked plentiful.

A little more catering for breakfast, eg: muesli would have been nice. Just a very small suggestion, when obviously there was so much variety to chose from. Staff at front desk did not always understand English.

the hotel is beautiful and grand. The service provided is excellent. We love the pool and our room was amazing, on the 36th floor with great views. Iris (the Customer Experience Manager) and her team are amazing. When you book this hotel, you get free tickets to VinWonders, which is a super fun day out, and unbelievable to get for free! If you’re game enough, try the zip line.

The breakfast was amazing, but a bit hectic as there are lots of families.

Location: walk along the street the hotel located is very convenient, safe and lots of fun as many local fruits/food stay there. The Spa services were very nice and professional.

The first receptionist We met was not friendly but there were many more friendly staffs here to calm and support us. The bellman was not supportive as my husband has to carry both our kid and luggage but they didn't help any, even at that time the lobby was not crowed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Hotel. The room was spacious and well cleaned, the staff were so helpful and the food was delicious. We moved here for our final two nights after extending our vacation and having to move from our previous hotel and we wish we had of known to stay here the whole time. Great location and really nice pool area, perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! You have everything you need! The staff is friendly, the room is light clean and spacious. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. The location is pretty good. And they have their own spa)) I definitely recommend to stay here!!

Cleaning could be better, the staff always forgot something to do during the cleaning (they definitely have to involve cleaning check-list). The swimming pool was cold (December).

incredible staff and facilities We used the gym and pool every morning, they were always cleaned perfectly when we arrived the view from the room was amazing and the staff all went out of their way to make our stay perfect

The pool bar was often not attended but staff were always on hand in the restaurant next door for any orders or assistance needed so not a big deal
