Breakfast was great the room very spacious, bed very comfortable,had a view of city from one window,and ocean views from another window. All the staff from Sandy who runs the hotel to the doorman and all other staff were fantastic I could not fault anything about hotel and can't wait to go back,.

Hotel is absolutely amazing. Personal is very friendly and helpful. It is not true that they take your passport you still have the option to give 500k vnd around 20eur. The room felt like i am on honeymoon even though i was alone :) Location is in the city centre and close to the beach. For this price its amazing deal and i would definitely come back. Thank you V hotel.

There was actually nothing i do not like but i can see some space for improvement in breakfast. The food is good but its repeating every day and compering to hotel i stayed in Ho Chi Minh the variety of food was little bit lacking. But this is nothing to look up, because over all this is not important since you go out on street you have 1000 other options.

Check-in was smooth, though needed to pay a refundable deposit of 500,000 VND (instead of leaving my passport with the reception). Concierge cum guard was helpful to carry the luggage and show us the room. Room was clean with a great view of part of the city and partial sea view. Location was rather strategic.

As mentioned in my previous review, the lobby could have been better ventilated or wonder if the air-conditioning didn't work at the time. Every time showered, it did splash onto the blind and flowed down the gap between wall and bathtub, which was a bit odd as worried may also affect the water draining.

Really nice hotel right in the middle of all the action. Short walk to the beach and food outlets. Room was really nice with a huge bed that was very comfortable. Bathroom is good with a huge shower and you get a view of the ocean as you wash. Room is serviced every day and sachets of coffee provided. One night there was a noisy group taking loudly in the hallway but this was soon stopped I think by the security guard. Staff are OK, not the friendliest but it’s a big hotel, not a Homestay so to be expected.

Nothing, good value for the standard provided.

I did not expect much from my stay initially but I was pleasantly surprised. Most of all I liked the rooftop pool, clean, with constant current(water circulation) and convenient access, also working more late than most pool in other hotels allowing perfect cityscape experience. The staff was super helpful with everything related to hotel, helped rent a bike, etc. I felt like at home while living there. The rooms are also new and clean, the food in room service is tasty and housekeeping do a very good job. All amenities such as shower gel, fan, and even comb and dental kit were provided. Recommend for anyone who want super experience in Nyachang,

For me all was good. Maybe the only downside is that despite they advertise "seaview" the seaview is actually only partial. But, view from the rooftop pool more than compensates for that - again, probably best one in town :)

the staff was wonderful! They were attentive, kind, and respectful. We never felt rushed or struggled to communicate with them of our needs. The breakfast is complimentary and delicious every single time, we had an early morning flight on our day of checkout and they packed us a boxed breakfast. I have traveled all over the world and no one has done this kind gesture for us. They offer airport service for a fee and provided excellent drivers to pick and drop us off! We wanted to visit DaLat and they offered us to book a private car with them so we could travel there comfortably and the driver would take us to 5 or 6 different places depending on the time. it was perfect and comfortable and he was a skilled motorist. Everything is within walking distance and there are a lot of good restaurants and street food stalls in the vicinity as well as shopping malls. The staff is what really makes this hotel wonderful though, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy which is really what you come here for!

If I had to choose something… it would be that the pool was a little cold but nothing you can’t handle compared to the beautiful view you get from there!

The security guard is nice, always friendly and helpful. The service in general is good. The price for 2 weeks is affordable, actually is quite a good deal!

The soundproof is not good. I heard so much noise in the hallway in the morning or when the neighbors with children came home. It's because they were talking so loud, but sadly we cound'nt do anything about it. I hope the hotel manager makes some renovation or sth changed in the room about this problem.

Comfortable, cozy and huge mattress. Overall a nice experience

The outside view is not as shown in the pics. Because of the new building, unfortunately ocean view is blocked 🚫 . At the time of check-in one of that staff was rude.

The location, staff, room, view. Everything was unbelievably good for the money. The bed was huge(extra king size), the room has been cleaned every day and also whenever you ask, you have free coffee, tea, water every day
