Amazing Service! The stuff is professional and they realy take care of their guests. If you have any issue they solve it immediately. My impression was that it was realy important to them that you feel comfortable and satisfied Room (I had both villa and main building room) had everything I needed. Even heating was possible when it was cold. Bed was very comfortable. Bycicles available for free use

Nothing was too much trouble. We were warmly greeted, shown a map, and given guidance for our trip. The staff spoke good English. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had to leave at 5am, and Phuc got out of bed to get us a takeaway breakfast, help us with luggage, and see us safely off. Would highly recommend this hotel as an all-around pleaser. Xxx

We loved the perfect well maintained garden, the colorful fishes, the pool looks great also even if we did not tried it. Our small baby loved waking and running in the garden. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff very welcoming and caring. We would come back again! Thank you!

An amazing place to stay at, it couldn’t be any better. The staff is most helpful, the breakfast is very varied and the rooms are clean and with all the amenities. It’s located in the center of town with access to a beautiful boat ride, about 30 eateries and also super close to nature. If you like running, it’s your place to stay at!

- The hotel is very well located in Tam Coc. It's just a minute or so from the boat dock and the same distance from lots of highly recommended restaurants. - The facilities at the hotel are decent. The AC worked well (it was almost 40 degrees celsius when we were there so it was essential), the pool is of a reasonable size (15 metres or so), there's an on-site cafe and plenty of seating. - The staff are very friendly and offer advice and help to guests. They spoke English really well too. Definitely a major plus point of this hotel! - The hotel is very decently priced and excellent value for money

- Breakfast is only open from 7-9. I saw people turned away at 8.55 as the 'kitchen was closing soon'. At 9am, the staff seemingly wanted everyone rushed out of the dining room and quickly cleared stuff away. When you want a quiet day on your holiday, waking up early and rushing to breakfast is hardly ideal. It would be much better if breakfast opened until 9.30 or 10. Though the breakfast itself was decent. Not a huge range, but reasonable. - The room was a little small and one of the seats wasn't usable as it was shoved up against a table.

The staff were very welcoming and spoke great English so the communication was easy. The location was really good. The hotel was clean, tidy and our balcony had an amazing review ! I would highly recommend !!!

What makes this hotel stand out among others is the amazing service the staff provide. We were convinced they must have cloned the incredible Le Phuc, as he was always there with a smile on his face, enquiring if there was anything he could help you with. He made our stay!, After we had checked out i realised that in an incredible act of stupidity I had left our passports in our hotel room safe, and Phuc arranged for them to be delivered to our next hotel in Cat Ba the next day. Thank you so much.

Perhaps I little more information on the day tour we did would have made it more enjoyable.

we loved everything about this hotel: very clean, large rooms, with many facilities. We did not expect it to be that good, I think it deserves more stars. Staff very friendly and helpfull: they recommended a very good massage at Kim Massage and booked a car for us, also offered free bycicles. Breakfast was very good, many things to choose from. They have a nice pond with Koi fish and a pool that looked very nice and clean (we did not use it since the weather was rainy). Really great value for money! Location also great: 50 m to where to take the river boats, some temples can be reached walking or by byke, and there was a bus station for the night bus (if anyone interested)

During our 2-months trip in the whole Vietnam (from south to the north), we have stayed in more than 15 hotels. However, this one was definitely the one that over exceeded our expectations! If you are looking for a wonderful and kind service, quite and peaceful surroundings, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful landscapes and a lot of places to visit around - then this hotel, in my personal opinion, is one of THE BEST hotels you will find in the whole Vietnam. The breakfast was really extensive and varied, also with a lot of fruit and drinks. You are kindly served during your breakfast. We had our room cleaned every day. The wireless internet speed is optic fiber with about 80/80 mbps. Very fast and really stable for daily meetings and remote work. The hotel is located in the middle of the tourist area, with a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby. Also a free bicycle rent is available in front of the hotel 24/7. Also an amazing pool is available behind the hotel, free of charge, so give it a try during dry and hot days in Tam Coc. And finally, I am definitely leaving 10 stars to this hotel because of a WONDERFUL service, especially the hotel manager named - Phuc. He really helped us finding all attractions around, and was always there to help. He also arranged us a limousine from the hotel to Hanoi. I will definitely come to this place again and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you for everything! 😊

On our arrival, we were welcomed by Mr.Phuc and little did we know that he is a superstar! A confident, calm and hard-working young gentleman. He helped us from the moment we checked in (explained about the sightseeing places, prices, when to go, how much does ir cost, distance to the sightseeing places) during our stay (provided us with iron, helped us with questions that arouse) till the moment we checked out (helped us to follow up our transfer to Halong Bay). Shout-out to all the team members that were involved to make our stay as pleasant as it was - from the housekeeping, F&B attendants to reception staff. You were all great and so kind! When we decide to come back to Tom Coc, we will definitely stay here, no doubt! Thank you very much for making us feel welcomed!
