I loved the location and the view from my room. Also the young couple who runs the homestays helped with everything that I needed. They were super nice. It is a great value for money. Good vietnamese coffee for breakfast.

Everything is not commercialized but more like helping foreign customers. Comfortable, book tickets to Hanoi Limosin VIP for only 260,000 VND for door-to-door pick-up. Laundry clean during the day. The mountain scenery is very beautiful

The property was beautiful and had lovely views of the mountains and lake. It was in the perfect location with lots of nice restaurants nearby and hiring a motorbike or bicycle from the homestay was easy and getting around to see all the beautiful sites of Ninh Binh was great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and a nice hot shower. Thank you for a great stay 😊

A nice relaxing stay. At the edge of Tam Coc, so nice and peaceful. The room was super clean, good supply of hot water, breakfast pancakes and ginger/honey/lemon tea were super nice. As we arrived very early, once the staff turned up we were offered a comfy place to rest (Flamingo Restaurant) until the room was available offering blankets and breakfast was available to buy. Arranged motorbikes at short notice and provided a good clothes washing service.

Property was fine but google maps took us a bizarre route up some alleys. Which would have been fine if it wasn’t 3-4am. After setting off several dogs we opted for a different route and had no further issue with google 🥴

Quiet street, lovely hosts, beautiful view and very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast too! Very helpful and organised pick up for us after our night bus at 4:45am! Great scooter as well

Good location, walking distance to restaurants but also view of rice fields and mountains. We did a walk around Tam Coc to some of the temples from here. Lovely owners who gave us tips on the area and where to go. Tasty breakfast-we had omelette or crepes , plus were given a small plate of fruit each day which was lovely. Laundry service really came in handy when the weather was a bit more damp. Comfy beds, hot shower. Quiet area.

Nothing to do with the accomodation as such, but obviously there's lots of mosquitoes around because of the water, so it's worth having repellant if you tend to get bitten a lot

- The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming, they helped us plan our stay, organised renting bikes for us and did our laundry for a really affordable rate. One time we were sat reading and they offered us free tea / coffee which was so nice - THE VIEW!!! - Breakfast was great - The room was spacious and clean - The location is perfect, very quiet and an amazing view but also extremely close to all the restaurants and buzz of the town

Lovely view towards the mountains. The location was just about perfect, peaceful and quiet but a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

This homestay is in a beautiful, peaceful setting but still only a short walk into town. The family that hosted us were exceptionally kind and friendly - They allowed us to check in at 4am after our sleeper bus for only a small extra fee, gave us a fantastic list of things to do in Ninh Binh, and also offered laundry and motorbike rental service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this homestay!

The homestay is located in a quiet street of Tam Coc facing beautiful mountains, which are quite spectacular to look at in the morning. The host family is very kind and helpful, they helped us rent bikes for each day we spent there. We spent one night in the mountain view room and one night in the garden view room. I would recommend the garden view ones as they feel more quiet and private. It's a simple yet clean and well-run homestay. Don't expect luxury, just a nice quiet place to rest.
