We loved our stay here!! Manh the owner was soo lovely and helpful! The whole family were so welcoming and we really felt at home here. The location was insane. It is literally surrounded by the mountains... Best spot in town I reckon! It's a short trip into town which is a very beautiful walk/bike ride/scoot. They provide free bicycles and you can rent a motorbike for a reasonable price which was very easy to operate. Highly recommend! The rooms were lovely, huge and the bed very comfortable. LOVE

Superb location, tucked right under the karst hills, and set in the rice fields, with amazing views. Bungalows were basic but very spacious and comfortable. While the restaurant only serves breakfast (a delicious and varied menu) it was only a 1km walk along a winding, paved and scenic path into the main town area for food and entertainment. The siblings who ran the place were incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped with arranging transport and visits as well as thoughtful recommendations.

The location was amazing. It was just out of Tam Coc centre, quiet place, but the centre and restaurants were only 4 minutes by bike. The breakfast pancakes were the best we've ever had in our life. The family was very very friendly. They were always open to help us and organized a lot for us (taxi's, tickets for the train, a tour to cuc phuong). They were very good at giving recommendations and always asked how our day was. There was someone at the reception whole day long. Wifi was good. You could use their bikes for free, which was a big plus for us! A lot of Ninh Binh highlights were reachable by bike. Had a very pleasant stay, would for sure recommend this place!!

There were a few crickets in our room, though it didn't really bother us. We know that's not something they can prevent. The bathroom drain didn't work very well which caused the water to not go down.

We have been here with a family of 4 and had one room with two big double beds. The homestay is very quiet at the end of of a dead end road surrounded by beautiful landscape. We could rent Motorbikes at the homestay for 4 €/day and with the Motorbike it is only a couple of minutes to town and all sightseeing spots can be reached. Bicyles are also available. We had a great stay. Breakfast was simple, but good. Staff is very helpful with all questions (transfer, where to go, where to eat,....). The Pool is just great. It is a quiet place to relax and a good spot to discover Ninh Binh area.

We really loved the location tucked away through some rice fields and banana tree alleys! The bungalows were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was refreshing after a day in the heat but it just looked a little tired with moss growing around the edges. The staff were really friendly and helped us with our transport to Hanoi plus with moped rental which is highly recommended as going around the area on a moped and stopping where you want was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Only breakfast is served - they don't seem to do any other food. The place just needs a bit of love and care and tidying up. Too many things just lying around. The pool wasn't the cleanest

Secluded location surrounded by mountains. Pretty garden. We upgraded to a bigger room. Lovely sitting outside in the evening. Had huge beds which were very comfortable, they were surrounded by mosquito nets. Pool was great after a busy day sightseeing. This is a homestay like most of the accommodation in the area but the bungalows are very attractive.I think the family have fields close by where they grow some of the produce the use in the kitchen. I woke to the cockerels crowing and birdsong in the morning. Saw some pretty birds and butterflies. Breakfast was chosen from a menu and cooked fresh, some items needed pre ordering.

Pool was a bit green when we got there but it was cleaned.

This place is simply a dream, I cannot recommend it enough! In the middle of nature facing the limestones and rice fields, but just 3/4 mins cycling from the centre of Tam Coc (you get free bike rental and they also offer scooter rental for a very cheap price). The family that runs it is SO amazing, kind and helpful in everything. We stayed in a bungalow which was simple but cozy and well equipped. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anybody!

It’s a minor detail really! But the shower is an open one so the water spreads across the bathroom floor. Wasn’t really a problem though, it dries up relatively quickly.

We loved staying at this gorgeous little spot just 10 or so minutes walk from town, our walk in and out we’re some of our favorite parts of the stay. unfortunately we didn’t have great weather, but still did as much as we could and staff were very helpful in assisting to organise transport.

nothing really, the environs are damp which can impact rooms too, but not much that can be done about that!

The location is great! Quiet and tranquil, only a 10-15 min short walk past rice fields to Tam Coc centre. The staff were very welcoming and supplied us with everything we requested. Be prepared with mosquito repellent since it's amongst the greenery, but they have bug nets for the bed. Comfortable stay and they do free bicycle hire!

If you are worried about picking the right place, look no further -- this is the spot! The location is perfect, close enough to the main drag for easy access to restaurants but it feels totally secluded. The host family is lovely, super kind and helpful. The breakfast was hearty and well done-- don't sleep on the pancakes! They were fluffy, crunchy edges, and all around delicious. Highly recommend the Tam Coc Luxury Homestay!
